As a person with common sense, I can simply say, there are just too many overt signs for this situation to be ignored. But HOW?
With everybody “in the barrel”, WHO is going to stand up?

Dozer, Who Will Stand Up?? Sheriff Joe Arpaio from Arizona, that’s WHO!!! Every American should be grateful to this brave law enforcement official with the guts to follow through with the investigation into the false birth certificate sham. There have been many suspicious deaths surrounding Barack Obama and even some out and out murders. Andrew Brietbart (sudden heart attack?) and Bill Gwaltney,a long time personal friend of the Clintons (shot at his desk while at the office), just for starters. I believe that they were targeted to set an example to anyone who dare challenge Obama in any way—his birth records, college admission records, past mentors, etc.. Everything surrounding Barack Obama from deceit, lies, cover ups, racism toward caucasians, running dirty campaigns thanks to Axelrod, spending millions to sequester all of his personal records…it’s endless.and just goes on and on. Even a fifth grader would question this man!! I shuttered when I heard some blantant lies from Michele Obama and Bill Clinton during their speeches. The Clintons and Obamas all belong in Hollywood…they are really good actors and hardly anyone takes the time to verify what they say…they just assume it’s true because they are good looking, good speakers and they adore them. Big Mistake!! Condemnation Without Investigation is the Height of Ignorance!! God Bless Our Troops and God Bless America!!!

Well put, dozer. Indeed, this matter must not be ignored. What would go into the history books of the American Republic – that come the generation alive at the time of the first decade of the 21st century, those American citizens bought a pig in a poke for their presidency?? No. It MUST NOT STAND.
As for your wonder, my911, I offer two scenarios. (1) A March on Washington of The People, Assembled – led by Oathkeepers, and followed immediately by state Militias (unarmed, at this point; to signal that this is a non-violent display of civil disobedience) and Article Twoers and Second Amendmenters and Tenth Amendmenters and Tea Partiers and those Occupy Movementers who fully understand what is going on (i.e., the takeover of the country by affiliates of the New World Order, who, whether of the socialist or the fascist bent of mind, are despots, not to be trusted with such power), and any other members of the body politic who are mad as hell and not going to take it any longer – with the intention to stay there (spelling each other in the ranks, for those to go home who need to at any given time) until the Usurper vacates the office of the presidency of the United States (which deserves better, and far more, than this sullying of that honorable office that is going on, and has been going on for long enough); as well, The People thus Assembled to dissolve the sitting Congress – for being an accessory to and after the fact of the crime of the purloining of the American presidency (& also for being the body that has ‘standing’ in the matter, and refusing to do its constitutional duty) – and appoint an Officer OF The People (Art. II, Sect. 1), who will call for elections ‘within a time certain’ (this could be the elections already scheduled for November 7, although consisting as well of the whole of the Congress; some of whose members are to stand trial in a properly assembled court of law for specific criminal conduct in this regard, as, e.g., Nancy Pelosi, who signed off patently illegally on Obama’s eligibility to run for that particular office); and in the meantime, who will clean out the Augean stables of the Executive branch of the federal government, of all those individuals who can be proven to have engaged in illegal or immoral conduct while in their positions of responsibility.-
Barring that interruption of The People’s lives for this momentous occasion, there is another scenario possible; to wit: (2) to have Oathkeepers and U.S. Marshalls arrest those individuals who are most responsible for this outrage to the American Republic. That would include Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama (or whatever his legal name is), and all those individuals who have been involved in this coverup, including all the people who falsified the various birth certificate documents, arranged for a fraudulent Social Security number for the Usurper (or more than one, as I understand it), falsified his Selective Service document, covered up his passport file information; and so forth and so on. A total cleaning out of the criminals who have attempted, over many years, to purloin the American presidency. An act which the American people, through whatever formulation of its citizenry, finally would be seen to say NO to.
And understanding – fully realizing – that waiting to vote on November 7th might well be too late. For, this despot could well take advantage of an (by-definition) orchestrated false-flag operation,* and a subsequent declaration of Martial Law, to take over the nation, and take it into a long, dark night.
Which I for one will not stand for.
What say YOU, Citizen??- (* N.B. I would have inserted here, if I hadn't been so heated up/incensed at the moment & not thinking completely clearly, the bridging comment between the two situations, of 'a declaration of a national emergency')

What law? The Democratic Party and Obama are above the law and the Constitution. Nothing is going to come of this. What is Klayman going to do? Sue? We saw what happened for the past three plus years, nothing. Everything get thrown out of court for lack of standing, or Supreme Court rulings are ignored. It is up to the people of the United States of America, hopefully enough, to get rid of Obama in Novermber. Yes, it would be nice if his term of office was declared null and void, but it looks like that is not going to happen. Unless maybe, if Obama wins again, the Republicans finally grow a pair in the electorial college and finally demand to see Obama’s birth certificate and college records. How likely is that?

Unfortunately, electing a different President in 2012 will not affect the validity of Obama’s previous term. Unless he is prosecuted and found guilty, whether for ineligibility or for fraud resulting in the fact of ineligibility, his record of constitutional abuses will stand. The people should not allow precedent to be set by an ineligible president. That is also why it is so important to make sure Romney is eligible. His father’s Mexican citizenship must be addressed. If George did not renounce Mexican citizenship, Mitt is a dual citizen at best, and therefore, not eligible.

AZ-Ike:Indeed.I read somewhere that the Mormon colony that Mitt’s father was a part of in Mexico didn’t have to renounce their American citizenship to be there, in a deal with the Mexican government. But that could be false info. You are absolutely correct that it needs to be clarified – and in addition, that puts the whole issue directly on the table, instead of tucked away in the back of a drawer.However, it also begs the question: Why HAVEN’T the Repubs done something about this matter? And that leads to trouble in River City, my friend. Because it brings up the issue, that BHO could never have gotten away with this bit of legerdemain without the connivance of top members of the Republican Party, who quite well could have had their eye on an illegal candidate of their own in the future, and did a quid pro quo on the issue with top members of the Democrat Party.There is enough connivance in this matter to go quite a way around the political arena in Washington. All the more reason why the whole lot of them should be bounced, and a whole new lot of TRUE Americans this time take their place, as representatives of The People. Not of the special interests in this beleaguered country.
