from dailywire.com: ‘WATCH: Women’s March Organizer Linda Sarsour Calls For ‘Jihad’ Against Trump’ - Ben Shapiro, w/ Jordan Schachtel of Conservative Review - July 6
(Speaking at the Islamic Society of North American Convention last weekend. ISNA “has a long history of ties to Islamic extremism”…)
..
Funny you say that because our founding fathers thought religion is general is a contradiction to our constitution and that is why they wanted a separation of church and state.

- "a contradiction to our constitution"?? Wrong. Our Constitution is rooted in the Declaration of Independence, which is rooted in "the Laws of Nature and Nature's God" - i.e., that there is a Power above Man's, that we need to allow for in our human endeavors. They just didn't want any particular religion, or branch of religion, to become the state religion, as in ancient Rome, or in the modern Britain (which occasioned the founders of this country to come here in the first place). The emphasis here was to be on "certain unalienable Rights," among which was Liberty. The only Liberty that Islam allows for is to believe it or not - and if you don't, off with you. Totally foreign to our approach to civic life. They need to be willing to live under the rule of law in this country - i.e., the Constitution - or leave.
WRONG. Our constitution IS NOT rooted in the Declaration of independence.
" The only Liberty that Islam allows for is to believe it or not - and if you don't, off with you."
WTF are you talking about? There are 1.5 billion muslims in the world...if that was true we would all be dead by now. Are you really that stupid? There are plenty of Christians living alongside muslims...Islam is not only in the middle east dumbass.
You clearly haven't even read the constitution or the declaration of independance. You are as ignorant as they come. Go F your sister and stfu

Quite the debater you are.
Out.
To others who might have the misfortune to read this guy's crude histrionics but are still interested in the subject, let me clarify that this nation's basic beliefs in "certain unalienable rights" is clearly of a religious nature, going to the nature of Man in relation to God. Not to other men; as in governments over him. And thus, our firm belief in Liberty as a founding virtue of this country is reflective of the 'religious' - more accurately, the spiritual - concept of free will. That is to say, Man has a fundamental right to be a free and sovereign being - the free and sovereign being that he is by virtue of his relationship to his Creator. And thus, governments are instituted among Men in order to secure these rights - by the consent of the governed. And that is why the national (federal) government in this country is one of limited and delegated powers - "few and defined," in the rather authoritative words of the man known as the Father of the Constitution, James Madison.
It's all in 'The Federalist Papers'. A good read. For anyone serious about the subject.

And speaking of the American form of government:
from wnd.com: ‘Justice Ginsburg Must Recuse Herself’ - Larry Klayman - July 7
(“Larry Klayman quotes octogenarian’s open criticism of Donald Trump…” Ginsburg caught openly talking to reporters of the MSM before the Trump election about him, degrading him and obviously pushing for Hillary to be elected. Klayman wants her recused before the Court takes on Trump’s moratorium on travel from six failed-state hotbeds of terrorism. She obviously won’t decide the issue on its judicial merits.)
..
What a travesty; a mockery of true judicial acumen. How did she ever get in her august position in this nation in the first place? Political correctness?? She definitely needs to go.
She should have been recused by the Court back when she allowed herself, along with Justice Kagan, to vote on the issue of same-sex marriage when she and Kagan had presided over same-sex marriages previously. Nothing of Supreme Court quality about her. She's just an old biased biddy. Pathetic.

As for the Supreme Court itself:
Both Kagan and Sotomayor need to go, when Obama is brought to justice, for being an ineligible occupant of the Oval Office, and, when he is declared such - as is the fact of the matter - all of the legislation that he signed into law, and al of the E.O.'s and P.D.'s that he issued, and all of the appointments that he made - including to the Supreme Court, and inferior courts - go with him. Into the trash bin. For it to be as though he was never there. For, he was never there legally.
This, as part of the cleansing that needs to take place.* Before we can take our Next Steps. Into
the Golden Age
awaiting us. On the other side of
the Great Divide.
Between operating under the Dark forces.
And operating under
the Light.
Our true destiny.

* Which will include the elimination of both the Democrat and Republican Parties, their assets seized and their authorities imprisoned, under RICO statutes, for engaging in a collusion to allow the Usurper to run for the office, in an act of perfidy that they simply must pay for. Which will entail the dissolution of Congress as well, of course.
