  Excellent article (and as others have indicated, the figures are very conservative, compared to other findings). Heads should roll, etc. etc. But then, there’s a systemic change coming through, anyway…but that shouldn’t keep people from looking into the truth of a lot of things. We need to know the whole truth of the times we are living in (and the years leading up to it; i.e., the 1913 Federal Reserve/Income Tax scam, the WWI con job, the 1933 elimination of private holding of gold, WWII with FDR conning the Japanese into firing the first shot, etc. etc.), to be fully accountable ‘spiritual beings having a human experience,’ and bringing the spirit of Truth and Love into everything we do. It’s not enough to just point our fingers at the ‘bad guys’. To paraphrase the iconic child: “What did YOU do in the war, Daddy?”

I don't have time to listen to this story right now, but I hope (s)he [I was originally addressing the fellow behind redicecreations] includes the fact that there is good evidence that this 'toxic mattress' thingy is the cause of at least some SUID - Sudden Unexplained Infant Death, from crib mattresses.  [Aka SIDS, for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.] That's why the 'finding' that putting babies to sleep on their backs has been a help against this syndrome: they're not directly in contact with the volatile fumes from the (urine-soaked as well) mattress that way.  (Also found: the more that the mattresses were used for subsequent children, the higher the incidence level of SUID in those babies.) 

There is also the effect of vaccines on SUID: babies who are low in vitamin C (i.e., poor-nutrition babies; usually in poverty circumstances), and have their stores used up in trying to counter the stress assault on their systems from their early child vaccines, succumb to the equivalent of scurvy, which causes the heart to simply stop beating.  (Otherwise healthy sailors used to just drop on the spot, until a British doctor figured out what was going on; and hence the term for the British sailors of 'limeys', added to their food supplies.)

WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND

The more we find out about what is really going on in the world today, the more pressing it seems to be to understand what the ancient religious texts were really telling us.

Rather than being dusty old myths, these tales -- from great masters who may well have achieved the next level of human evolution -- seem highly relevant to the concerns of today…

At the same time that the news of NSA surveillance is becoming increasingly mainstream, Luciferian symbols are increasingly being displayed in the mass media.

Whether you believe in a "Luciferian Force" or not, the point is that some of the most powerful people in the world actually do.

As the process of disclosure continues unfolding, this is something that all of us will be forced to confront.

When you hear about "pedophile networks" being exposed and broken up -- including the high-profile Jimmy Savile case -- this is what hides beneath the story.

This angle will be explored in future articles -- which we are now constructing as part of a single, greater narrative.

WE DO NOT WANT TO REPEAT THE SAME MISTAKES

Most likely, the full, public exposure of the Luciferian agenda will happen a lot sooner than we think.

We have been tracking this story for quite some time on this website -- with the help of multiple insiders much more highly positioned than Edward Snowden.

The biggest challenge we will face once the Cabal is exposed will be for us to not repeat the same genocidal mentality that Hitler once stirred up against the Jews.

If we do this, we will not have proven that we've learned our lessons. We will be bound to continue repeating the same mistakes, in the same cycles of time…

SO WHAT EXACTLY IS LUCIFER?

To truly expose and "decloak" Lucifer, we must understand that it represents a personification of the idea that "there is no God."

This could be seen as a basic part of our personality. Psychologists would call it the id. Spiritual folks may call it the ego.

Eckhart Tolle calls it the "pain body" -- a persona we snap into while we are traumatized.

On the deepest level, this part of us does know that there is a God, and that there are rules to the universe.

This part of us does not like the rules. In fact, it hates them.

So, like an angry child, we "rage against the machine" -- and believe we are superior to the whole system we are living in…"

And here we come to the crux of the matter.  Part of 'us' believes that this 'free will' business is a sham and a delusion, because, if there is a God, we are not really free.  He - It - They get us in the end; make us conform to 'the system' (via the law of karma; i.e., of cause and effect).  Hence, the spirit of rebellion expressed by some of 'us' - aka Luciferianism.

And my answer to the accusation? 

It's very simple.  We here in this dimension - this density; this hologram; this training realm - haven't yet demonstrated our maturity to be able to handle total freedom.  That's the first thing.  The second is that God is a just Creator.

There is Justice in the universe.  In the Creation, of this our Prime Creator.  Yes, there is not total free will.  And it is for our own good.  Because we are being given the opportunity to learn how to create in a just and orderly way.  To become Gods in our own right.  (As fractals of our Prime Creator - the One of which we are all holograms - we are apprentices to the art.)  

So yes, there is a 'system,' that we have to learn to adapt to.  Like a horse being broken to a rider; in order to be of more Service than it could be totally on its own.    

So, grumble if you wish to.  Throw a hissy fit if you want.  Refuse to be 'broken'.  But also know, that you will never be able to fulfill - inherit - your complete potential if you do.  

Because there is Order in the system as it is.  

Because God is Just.  

And ask yourself, in the middle of your tantrum:

Would you be?  Given your level of consciousness in such a moment???...

Personally, I wouldn't went to be subject to a god who was so capricious, and vexatious.

But then, that's just me.

On Gordian Knots, & Right Timing

I have another blog pending, but today (meaning Saturday) I have come across information that disturbs me greatly, that I will share on first.

The more I look into the relatively recent history of the American nation (I have been out of the country for over 35 years, have not been privy to details about what has been going on here) the more I find that there has been an awful lot of chicanery involved in the operations of the U.S. government over these years, and since the turn of the century.  I am not impressed, to say the least.  I will refrain from jibing with the sort of response that the Queen of Britain might make at this point, that 'We are not amused'.  But the sentiment certainly is there.  What with constitutional amendments that weren't properly ratified, and bogus executive-branch agencies collecting illegal - even if called voluntary - income taxes, to unheard-of extents of executive actions, and collusion in thereof by Congresses, it is no wonder that the Democrat and Republican party honchos figured that they could get away with the Democrat Party's running of an ineligible candidate for the office of the president, in the form of Barack Hussein Obama; who was not a qualified candidate for that office under the terms of the Constitution, but when you have been treating the Constitution so fast and loose for so many years anyway, one more 'little fudge' might well not seem like so big a deal.

But, nevertheless, it is.  And I for one will not stand for it; even with all the compromises with the rule of law that have already been made.*

For, though it may seem a small matter - the difference between a 'natural born' citizen and any other kind of citizen, in that position - it can have huge consequences; as we are seeing today, with a step-by-careful-step attempted takeover of the country by a dedicated cadre of totalitarian-minded forces, right up in our faces now, with their determination to make the American ship of state sail the collectivist sea that those forces are determined for the whole world to have to sail, under the guiding philosophy that Big Brother Knows Best (about all sorts of matters, not just environmental ones).  

With all this sorry mess that we are in - and which is about to ignite into civil war in this country, with patriots, though demonized by the Left, as part of its attempts to stifle the anticipated reaction to its revolution (it was ever thus), not about to surrender the American flag to the globalist forces, and their demeaning, dystopian future - one might well conclude that the best answer is the one that Alexander the Great gave to the conundrum posed to him of the Gordian Knot: that is to say, to just cut through it, in one imperial stroke (or at most, a couple).  But there is more going on here, in this instance of a difficult dilemma, than that sort of simple 'blunt' response should be called for.  There is the need for some measure of accountability to be introduced.  And so, rather than a leader of higher forces just slicing through our knot, causing the warring forces of The Process to stop going on about their business in action-reaction mode, ultimately anyway to ascend to our Synthesis stage of operations here on planet Earth, I would hold that we need first to hold those responsible for crimes against the law of the land accountable for their actions, to some extent at least; and only then move on from there, into a brighter future than the one that  might reasonably be expected to be ahead of us, given the gravity of the current situation, and the widespread lack of a larger vision, than the merely materialistic, 'humanistic' one that we are living our lives by today.

And which would undoubtedly await us mortals, if there weren't a God, and all that that 'fact of life' implies.

Now that I've got that off my chest:  more tomorrow.  (Meaning, now: today.  Time flies...)

The stupidity in this nation is amazing...Once we were the greatest nation in the world, united in honor, freedom and faith!  Now we are split down the middle, with racism higher than in many a time, faith almost dead by most, disgusted with our government and do not believe in either party anymore, jobs are rare and good ones even more rare- yet illegals flood in and are handed OUR basic jobs, benefits and are wanted to stay for some outrageous reason?  They will always be parasites to this nation!  We are failing fast and no one has any idea what the heck to do about it all while there is a communist illegal person sitting where a real president should be who was allowed by fraud to sit there a second time, as insane as that is.......Our military are being demoralized and torn a part to become ineffective gays, anti-faith, muslim honoring who will not be able to fight against much of anything- so Ozero will bring in his own monster militia to run roughshod over us-- who will try to take our guns, all of our freedoms, rights and liberty!  My are we not just a real mess now??   WE HAVE GOT TO STAND UP AND SPEAK UP AGAINST THE TRASHING AND RUINATION OF AMERICA NOW...AND LOUDLY OR WE ARE GOING TO LOOSE OUR FREEDOMS AND OUR NATION AS WE HAVE ALWAYS KNOWM HER TO BE!!!!!

  Linda Semple, conservatives really need to get clearer about this 'natural born citizen' matter. Being born in the country is only HALF of the birth requirement for a presidential candidate, to fulfill the NBC requirement for that office - and that federal office ONLY, it should be noted. The other half is to be born of two U.S. citizen parents. The point was - and still is, constitutionally speaking - for the person in that position not to have any CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES. Like, oh, say: a DUAL CITIZEN.

  The point was in PARTICULAR due to the fact that the person in the presidential office is also the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces. The constitutional Framers rightly did not want that person to have such conflicting loyalties/allegiances. So, no Dual Citizen is eligible for that position. And THAT'S why Obama is ineligible, and thus a Usurper. And why he needs to be removed from that office just asap. Before he does any more damage to the nation.

  The Republican Party is complicit in this crime, for not calling him on his ineligibility. Their reason in not doing so? I would say that it is obvious: They had their own candidates in mind for the future, who were likewise ineligible for that office (like Rubio and Cruz); and so their party officials did a quid pro quo deal with the Dem Party officials, not to say anything about their candidate if the Dems wouldn't say anything about theirs. This whole thing needs to go to court - a legitimate, independent-minded court. To say, under a judge who will stand by the Constitution; not any political affiliation. It's 'Clean Up Our Act' Time

I'm getting more than a little peeved at various individuals and organizations these days.  And not just of the Left.  

Take the Tea Party Patriots, under the direction of one Jenny Beth Martin.  I just received another mailing from them, or rather from their 'Citizens Fund' arm, containing a Tea Party Candidate Issues Poll, with a selection of hard-hitting questions to be asked of prospective 2014 candidates for office - federal, state, and local - and with the TPP Citizens Fund asking us, their mailing-list patriots, which questions we support to be asked, and soliciting our suggestions for any others.  The whole mailing was hard-hitting, and included a couple of quotes from Ronald Reagan to emphasize that they meant business.1  

So: All very hard-hitting stuff, as I say  And then, in the final part of the Poll, that was geared to their wanting to gauge "who like-minded people like you are leaning towards for President in 2016," the proferred list included the names of -

Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio. 

Neither of whom is a 'natural born' citizen.

With friends like this, who needs enemies??

I wrote on my Poll submission, after crossing out those two names on it as, quote, 'Ineligible': 

"Jenny Beth: I would support you and your group if you would wake up and realize that the requirement for the president to be a 'natural born citizen' was/is so that that person did not have any conflating loyalties or allegiances.  Like a naturalized citizen - and ESPECIALLY like a DUAL CITIZEN.  

"If we want to change the constitutional contract, then we need to do ti legally - by the amending process allowed for.  (see puzo1.blogspot.com, CDR Kerchner, Dr. Herb Titus, et al)"

And as an afterthought, to make my point even more clear, I wrote on the back of the return envelope:

"Remember: the president is as well the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces - thus especially the requirement for NO DUAL LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES in that particular office."

I hope the whole Tea Party 'movement' wakes up to this fact.  It is NOT a 'mere detail'.  It is a crucial constitutional factor.  Imagine how things might have been in the country now if Obama had been called on that matter, and had been refused the opportunity to run for that office in 2008.  What a difference it would have made.

And actually, that's a point.  Things might very well not have come to such a fruitful head, as they have now, with that illegal act creating the major confrontation in the country between the far Left and the Right that it has.  (The thesis-antithesis historical dialectical process so cogently noted by Hegel setting up the state of Synthesis - of final Completion of the process - afforded us now.)  And both the Democrats and the Republicans colluded in this constitutional crime.  (Like the yin-yang symbol, with a bit of the 'other' embedded in each; neither complete on its own.)  So let's not be too harsh on either of them when the accounting comes.    

As it will.  For, though it has all been part of an Act, of the Play that we humans are involved in, to catch our consciences, we must honor the need for that purpose to be played out, before the (karmic) curtain is drawn on the Play.  Before it can be drawn on the Play, that we have been engaged in, for a very, very long time.  Now approaching its denouement.  

What will that denouement look like?  

I'm not sure of the details.  It will be basically made up of a raising of consciousness on the part of all who are to ascend now, here at the end of this astronomical (in both meanings of the word) Grand Round, and the birth of a New Age.  But part of the cleanup operation leading to that 'stage' of our spiritual evolution, could be anticipated.  Things like -

* the citizenry no longer to be allowed to engage in the low-consciousness spending of the taxpayers' money, which amounts to - and has amounted to - the consciousness of theft.  

     Example.  People who could find a job, but prefer to live on - immoral word - 'benefits'.  (Seducing people into a dependency mentality and lifestyle is no real 'benefit' to them.  It slows their spiritual progress.)  Even more immoral word: 'Entitlement'.  No one is 'entitled' to the earnings of any other person.  The cleaning-up of which situation to be accompanied by better, tighter administrating of such programs.  

     Somehow an important fact has  been overlooked - has been allowed to be overlooked: the federal government has no money of its own.  It has only the money that comes into its coffers by way of taxes.  (And borrowings; which clearly have gotten totally irresponsibly out of whack.)  Some citizens (or actually, in reality, even non-citizens, in on the 'game') seem to have the attitude that, because the 'rich' are making a lot of money (and some of it via the government's upper-class largesse, like too-big-to-fail bank bailouts), they are 'entitled' to cream off some of that good stuff, too; conveniently forgetting that it has been extorted from the taxpayers.  And I use the word 'extortion' when the taxes are nor being administered with a responsible eye.  The taxpayers have a right to assume that their money is being used in a responsible way; or they have a right to withhold as much of it as they can manage to.  

     There is a duty of care here, on the part of the government - federal or state - which is not being attended to properly.  That irresponsibility has to stop.             

     Example.  Females having babies on the taxpayers' dime.  (And especially when a lot of couples are being responsible by not having their own children when they can't afford to raise them properly, i.e., not in poverty conditions.)  

     To help people out when they hit hard times - and on a Temporary basis - is one thing.  But to raise families on the taxpayers' dime is clearly another.  Which has been allowed to happen, by bleeding-heart liberals, and even more ideological leftists, on purpose: in order to create a welfare class, in order to overload 'the system,' and bring about its collapse leading (they hope) to its replacement with a socialist system.  See the cynical, using-humans-as-cannon-fodder-in-The-Revolution Cloward-Piven Strategy.)  

     No more.  And not just because it might lead as well to a fascist takeover; like the Nazi regime.  Neither totalitarian extreme should be the order of the day.     

* All the voter and election fraud going on.  The federal government must insist that each state clean up its voter-fraud act, into a legitimate, Voter Integrity state of being, or it will withhold funding that comes from it to the states for that particular purpose; and if a state still doesn't clean up its act sufficiently in this regard, the federal government should withhold ALL funding that it sends to the state for whatever purposes.2

* A resetting of the world's monetary system; to clean up the Old, and set the stage for the New.3

And the necessary clean-up of our act goes on.  These are just some of things that I would ask of prospective candidates for political office, Jenny Bath, that you folks didn't include in your Candidate Issues list.  Along with The Biggie:      

for the nation to return to the rule of law, by requiring a candidate for the office of president of the United States to be a 'natural born citizen'.  

Which also, then, entails the cleaning-up of the illegal act going on as speak.  How?  By removing the Usurper from that thus-dishonored office; charged not only with that crime, but for the crimes that he has committed in its wake, in order to attempt to cover up the initial crime.  In particular, the (federal) crime of allowing to be posted on the official White House web site a forged document, purporting to be a copy of his long-form birth certificate.  

The production of which was not even necessary, because he was ineligible for that particular office from the very first by his own admission, of not having a U.S. citizen for a father - of not having two U.S. citizens as his parents.  

Which he knew, as a constitutional law instructor, ruled him out for that office.4

But which he also knew that both the Democrat and the Republican parties would cover up for him on the point.  The Republicans engaging in a quid-pro-quo, for their own purposes, of running a less-than natural born citizen of their own for that office in the future.5  Both parties having discovered, after a considerable number of failed tries in the appropriate House committee, to get the subject broached via the route of a constitutional amendment.  So they just made one up on the spot, as it were.

All of which information will come out, in a court of law.   When this particular issue is finally brought to justice.

Along with the full truth behind 9/11.  And the JFK assassination; and that of RFK; and that of MLK; and that of JFK Jr..  And the Sandy Hook and Boston Massacre scams..  And……And……..

For, humanity is facing its final Test.   

And only those who can pass it will be able to proceed.

For those who fail? 

They still have a little more growing-up to engage in.

And I do mean 'up'.

Incidentally, just to point out that this mentioned videotape of Hillary could be used to devastating effect against her if she ended up being the Democrat Party nominee for the presidency in 2016, what with the issue of lying and deception being what it has been.  But somehow, I don't think that's going to happen.  The election either, I mean.

     For one thing, both the major political parties need to answer legally for the 'natural born citizen' scam; and may well not even be around for an election in 2016.  If there even is one  A situation that I can imagine under at least a couple of scenarios.

     But then, that's another story…

     "You and I are told we must choose between a left or right, but I suggest there is no such thing as a left or right.  There is only an top or down.  Up to man's age-old dream - the maximum of individual freedom consistent with order - or down to the ant heap of totalitarianism.  Regardless of their sincerity, their humanitarian motives, those who would sacrifice freedom for security have embarked on this downward path.  Plutarch warned, 'The real destroyer of the liberties of the people is he who spreads among them bounties, donations and benefits.'"

     Couldn't have said it better myself. Ronnie.

2 Rather than the precise opposite that is going on under the Obama-Holder Dept. of Justice; whereby, under the cover of the idea of voter 'suppression,' the Democrats/far Left are keeping the states from cleaning up this voting act - because they have the voter-fraud system down to an art form.

     That is not to say that the Republicans haven't engaged in voting-system fraud themselves (especially with electronic voting-machine skewed software) .  But this tit-for-tat 'game' has to stop.  And will.  Because it's time for the Big League now, team. 

3 I've dealt with this before.  The Reset - involving a return to a precious-metal-based currency - ultimately leading to a moneyless system (i.e., sans interest-bearing money and fractional-reserve banking), with Credits and Debits electronically monitored (with no statist Big Brother threatening to cut you off from the system); and ultimately to a total moneyless system, i.e., with no medium of exchange, when we have learned to manifest what we need out of the every energy Field in which we live and move and have our being.  For all is energy.  Fundamentally.  Including ourselves.  And when we gain the proper consciousness, we can tap directly into it.  

     But we need to learn a lot of lessons first.  The main, overriding one: to come from a higher level of consciousness than we, by and large, are living our lives by at this time.  Which means: no low-energy mental qualities; like theft, and envy, and greed, and deception. 

     All I have dealt with herein; and more.

     Rather, more fitting of who we are, really.  As aspects of our Prime Creator.

     And therefore, as God ourselves.

     It's time to start living up to our Higher Selves, as The One that We Are.  Not living down to our lower, seemingly separate selves.

     Been there.  Done that.  It's time for a change.  A fundamental Change; to a higher octave.

     (Handy things, those video tapes.  Or not, depending on your perspective.  As when Hillary would enthrall her audiences with the story of running for cover under mortar fire when alighting from her plane in a war situation, only for someone to unearth a video of the incident.  The supposed 'incident'.  Showing Hillary strolling off the plane, and greeting someone casually, as they made their way to…er, cover???……

     People, people: If videotape has all this sort of thing stored on it, for 'the record,' imagine what all is on the akashic record.  And that you will confront yourself with, when it comes time for your personal accounting…)

5 Like, say, Marco Rubio; in looking down the road to the likely future in the country and trying to capitalize on his appeal to the Hispanic vote.  Its 'Establishment' leadership having 'bought' the position of the party's financial/business arm that it would be good for business.

     And bringing to a head the potential split of the party, between its grassroots, middle-class, Main Street patriots, who want less government interference in our lives, and its Wall Street, 'Chamber of Commerce' arm, who want what's good for business.  Not necessarily the nation.  Thinking that the two are the same thing.  Or if the nation has to go, into a mere region of a New World Order, for the making of money, well - that's business.

     Over a lot of dead bodies.

Dr. Roberts, for some reason you didn't mention two fundamental aspects of minimum wage increases: 1) Because they are arbitrary, and there has been no equivalent increase in productivity, the employer simply passes on the increased cost of labor to the consumer, which results in inflation, which results in a vicious circle, not really progress (more & more money which, chasing a static level of productivity, is worth less and less until it is, potentially, worthless.  See the Weimar Republic, and Zimbabwe in our time); and 2) The minimum wage is basically an entry-level-job wage, until the employee proves his or her value to the employer, and then they get a raise.  It is not SUPPOSED to be a 'living wage;' it's for the school leavers/unskilled starting out in the job market  You have to allow for that two-tiered economic factor, or you're living in a dream world, in which jobs will disappear, for the citizenry not understanding, or at least not acknowledging, that fundamental economic fact.  You can't command a 'living wage' from on high.  At least not in a capitalist society.  And good luck with an attempt at a command and control society.  Been there.  Tried that.  Doesn't work.  People are not chattel, to be ordered about at the [whim and] will of the state.

Now, and speaking of a dream world: We're facing a fundamental change in how we live on this planet anyway, with humanity needing now to face up to the fact that we are 'spiritual beings having a human experience' - needing to, because we have pushed ourselves dangerously to our limit of acting as though it were not true, rather than acting as though it were.  And with that awareness - scientifically confirmed now, through such as Near Death Experiences, and other experiences of individuals becoming aware of other lives that they have lived; thus proving there is a Plan in and Purpose to life, beyond just in & for itself only - we can start moves towards eliminating money altogether (especially the twin training wheels of interest-bearing money and fractional-reserve banking), and simply sharing goods and services with one another - and giving of our best in the process - out of a higher motive than the age-old [and old age] one of profit.  Out of the highest motive that there could ever be: out of gratitude to our Creator for life with meaning.  Out of, in a word: Love.

Just waiting for us to awaken to it; and to our true identities.  As facets, fractals, aspects, points of view, extensions of the One.  The All That Is.  Deserving of our respect.   

And that means: of each other.  For, beneath the human Drama of being, successively in (illusory) time, One Another, we are, then, All One.  And thus, As you do unto others, so do you do unto yourself - literally.   

And thus endeth the lesson, of seeming separation.  And thus endeth as well the need for training wheels; of all kinds. 

It's all a matter of consciousness.

N.B.  I think the relative value of the dollar since the shenanigans of 1913, with the creation of the Federal Reserve and the (falsified) ratification of the 16th (Income Tax) Amendment, is now down to about fifteen cents.  So much for one of the main arguments for the creation of the Federal Reserve (which is as 'Federal' as Fed-Ex), which was that it would help to keep down inflation.  Still waiting on that promise.  In the meantime, the amount of income tax has climbed exorbitantly.  But when you are in the business of getting the federal government to spend and spend, and spend, and spend, and spend - hey, the Federal Reserve has been a roaring success!

Postal Service Announces Giant Ammo Purchase

Post Office joins other federal agencies stockpiling over two billion rounds of ammo

(Info Wars) – The U.S. Postal Service is currently seeking companies that can provide “assorted small arms ammunition” in the near future.

The U.S. Postal Service joins the long list of non-military federal agencies purchasing large amounts of ammunition.

On Jan. 31, the USPS Supplies and Services Purchasing Office posted a notice on the Federal Business Opportunities website asking contractors to register with USPS as potential ammunition suppliers for a variety of cartridges.

“The United States Postal Service intends to solicit proposals for assorted small arms ammunition,” the notice reads, which also mentioned a deadline of Feb. 10.

The Post Office published the notice just two days after Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) announced his proposal to remove a federal gun ban that prevents lawful concealed carry holders from carrying handguns inside post offices across the country.

Ironically the Postal Service isn’t the first non-law enforcement agency seeking firearms and ammunition.

Since 2001, the U.S. Dept. of Education has been building a massive arsenal through purchases orchestrated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

The Education Dept. has spent over $80,000 so far on Glock pistols and over $17,000 on Remington shotguns.

Back in July, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration also purchased 72,000 rounds of .40 Smith & Wesson, following a 2012 purchase for 46,000 rounds of .40 S&W jacketed hollow point by the National Weather Service.

NOAA spokesperson Scott Smullen responded to concerns over the weather service purchase by stating that it was meant for the NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement for its bi-annual “target qualifications and training.”

That seems excessive considering that JHP ammunition is typically several times more expensive than practice rounds, which can usually be found in equivalent power loadings and thus offer similar recoil characteristics as duty rounds.

Including mass purchases by the Dept. of Homeland Security, non-military federal agencies combined have purchased an estimated amount of over two billion rounds of ammunition in the past two years.

Additionally, the U.S. Army bought almost 600,000 Soviet AK-47 magazines last fall, enough to hold nearly 18,000,000 rounds of 7.62x39mm ammo which is not standard-issue for either the U.S. military or even NATO.

It would take a Lockheed Martin C-5 Galaxy, one of the largest cargo aircraft in the world, two trips to haul that many magazines.

A month prior, the army purchased nearly 3,000,000 rounds of 7.62x39mm ammo, a huge amount but still only 1/6th of what the magazines purchased can hold in total.

The Feds have also spent millions on riot control measures in addition to the ammo acquisitions.

Earlier this month, Homeland Security spent over $58 million on hiring security details for just two Social Security offices in Maryland.

DHS also spent $80 million on armed guards to protect government buildings in New York and sought even more guards for federal facilities in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

While the government gears up for civil unrest and stockpiles ammo without limit, private gun owners on the other hand are finding ammunition shelves empty at gun stores across America,including shortages of once-common cartridges such as .22 Long Rifle.

It really is time to go, not either to the Right or to the Left.  But Up.

To say: In.  Where you can contact your Higher Self.  And thereby activate your 'intuition' in order to comprehend how we get out of this (dialectical) dilemma.  Which threatens us all, Right and Left, with calamity; if we don't wake up in time, out of the deep sleep-state that we have been incarcerated in for a (seemingly) long, long time.*  And understand how to go about our Next Steps.

Which take us to a Golden Age.  Once we 'negotiate' our way out of this crossroads that we are now so faced with that it is right in our faces.

Time to enter another kind of sleep-state.  Called meditation.  And come out the other side.

Called, ultimately: Ascension.

Spiritual Justice - 4

In my last blog I dealt in the main with the Left's attempts, via the strategy of using smear words like 'racist' and 'bigot' and 'hater' and so forth against their enemies, the conservatives and 'Tea Party' patriots, to disempower the opposition to their revolution-in-progress.1  But I want to give due credit to where credit is due, also.  And that includes the Right.  (Or to say, the far Right.  To say more clearly: the fascist Right.)2  

This, as I was reminded by a mailing over this past weekend, that I finally got around to earlier today, from one of my favorite 'worthy causes,' Larry Klayman and his Freedom Watch.  In his doctrinaire pro-Christian position he goes too far for me in one respect - in seemingly blind support for Israel in its face-off with its enemies.3  But in his down-the-line patriot stance, he is to be commended; and especially for his court-case argument against the overreach of the NSA in its police-state-like spying on the American people, which the judge agreed was an egregious case of unconstitutionality.4  That case is being defended - strongly - by the current government.  But the protocol was put in place by the previous government, of George W. Bush.    

And with that bit of awareness, let me get to the real, to say main, point that I want to make in this particular blog.  And that has to do with the Constitution; and a widespread misunderstanding thereof, it certainly appears.

This current court case (which the Usurper's administration is doing its damnedest to stonewall as long as it can) involves the Fourth Amendment, and arguments about the interpretations thereof.  Big mistake.  It was the same mistake that was made under the rule of Bush Jr.  I knew that we were in deep trouble as a nation when a Bush Jr. NSA (I think he was) official tried (on camera, with some reporters) to nitpick over the details of the wording of the Fourth Amendment, arguing that it said "unreasonable searches and seizures" with the emphasis on "unreasonable," while some reportorial critics of that take on the matter replied that the Fourth emphasized the need for their being "probable cause".  

People, people.  Do you want to eat your carrots or your peas?

To say: The emphasis should be on our constitutional rights, whereby the federal government has only strictly enumerated powers, examples of excesses of which are stated in the Bill of Rights.5  You have allowed your eyes to be taken off the ball; and a police state is being constructed before those very eyes, because of your failure of paying sufficient attention to detail.

And it is as much the fault of 'the Right' - under Bush Jr. - as it is the fault of 'the Left,' under the Usurper.6  The Bush Jr./Neo-Con administration called for a war footing - on al-Qaeda (a creature of  the CIA) - on the domestic front as well, with the 'homeland' being declared by them a war zone, for a specific reason: to try to get around this very thing, of the constitutional limits to the federal government's powers, and in particular, the executives; not just in terms of this or that article of the Bill of Rights.7  But the Usurper's administration is content to try to stay within the Bill of Rights' constraints if it at all can; a) for not wanting to draw too much attention to its overreach, in order to keep 'the masses' dozing; and b) for not wanting to have to go to the 'war zone' well to draw their 'powers' waters from if they can help it, so that it can be established that they have such powers even outside of such a consideration, as simply the prerogatives of an 'activist' president.  Like FDR.  

Whose imperial-presidency approach to the job ultimately didn't work, either.  Top-down government not being of the essence of a free people.

Unless it's the right top-down.  Whereby all are, truly, One.

Another, although associated, matter.

2 There is a misconception amongst some of the citizenry about 'the Right'.  Some think of, e.g., the John Birch Society as being of 'the far Right'.  But some also think of fascism as being of 'the far Right' as well; when the JBS actually believes in small government; not statism/collectivism, like either socialists or fascists.  The far Left is socialism (or 'progressivism,' as the socialists like to be called, to get around being tarred by the same sort of demonizing brush that they wield against their enemies); the far Right is fascism (aka corporatism; an unholy alliance between the bankers/'Big Business' and the government).  Technically, the political spectrum could be put as all the statists to the far Left, shading over to anarchism on the far Right.  But that way of looking at it seems a bridge too far for people to handle.  So: socialists and then communists (regulations on private property, all the way over to no private property, and other major controls over the people, like enforced equality) on the far Left, and capitalists and then fascists (private property and less governmental interference/essential liberty, all the way over to Big Banking/Business in cahoots with the government) on the far Right.  That's how I am looking at it, when I talk about the 'left' and the 'right'.

     They are both to go, when the real New Order of Things makes its debut.  But, as far as 'being here now' is concerned, it is, I feel, a fair way of looking at the political scene.  It still doesn't clarify as well as it could, for example, the difference between such as the JBS - who want less government ('and more responsibility and, with God's help, a better world') and fascists on, quote, 'the far Right'.  But as I say, the time's they are a 'changing anyway.                

3 the state of Israel needs to be told by the American government, in its arrogant assumption of ongoing financial assistance from Uncle Sugar: 'You need to tender an apology to the American people for the so-called Lavon Affair; for your attempted sinking of the USS Liberty; for your guilt at the least by omission in the suicide bombing of the US Marine Barracks in Lebanon; and for your guilt by both omission and commission in the 9/11 atrocity.  And then we'll see where we all stand.'   

4 "Almost Orwellian," US District Court Judge Richard Leon labeled it.  A worthy call.  He could have called it outright Orwellian, and been that much closer to the mark.  But good for this good man and true, to the rule of law in this country, and to his calling.  

5 'The Father of the Constitution,' James Madison, warned specifically about this sort of thing; i.e., against the danger of a Bill of Rights being added to the Constitution (as it was developed at the Constitutional Convention for ratification by the state legislatures), said Bill of Rights possibly leading some to think that the Constitution was conferring powers to the federal government that needed to be checked by such a Bill.  The constitutional Framers were very clear, that the powers being conferred on the federal government by the constitution that they had crafted were limited and delegated - "few and defined," in the extremely defining words of Madison.  But the state legislatures, in their suspicion of such things - conferred on them by history - wanted something even more specific 'down on paper' -  to be written into the contract; and then, to make their intentions even more clear, they added the Ninth and Tenth Amendments.

     And even with all that history (and as having been clarified beautifully in The Federalist Papers), we have ended up widely getting it wrong…   

6 Which 'usurpation' situation is as well an example of this failing, of a self-governing body to keep an eye on 'their' government.  But that specific issue is another one.  But it is an example - albeit a particularly devastating one - of the sorts of ramifications there can be thereof.
