How often do we need to hear Obama's own words "my Muslim faith" and see his protection and promotion of Islam. How often do we need to see and heard Obama's denigration of and promotion of the destruction of Judaism and Christianity. 

When the words "protect the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic" were included in oaths of office the words enemy and domestic were intended for those like Obama.

We "The United States of America" have never had a credible foreign enemy. One we couldn't handle. We even managed to take on and survive England a second time in the war of 1812.

Domestic enemies are another story. We are being destroyed by those I call SLPTs, Socialist-Liberal-Progressive-Tyrants, Obama is their leader but who manipulates him? 

My question is -- can America, as founded -- a Constitutional Republic, survive this onslaught of domestic terrorism?

Not as long as the Usurper is allowed to remain in the office that he has purloined, George; with the help of his friends, in high places, behind the scenes. 

He is a plant, pure and simple. Between his Marxist background and his Muslim background, he has been well primed a) to lie, cheat, and connive - anything to achieve his ends - because it's all 'good to go' because of his faiths (taqiyya, as you point out, and the likes of Saul Alinsky's 'Whatever It Takes...By Any Means Necessary' philosophy); and b) to help create the 'state of national emergency' situation necessary for him to be able to declare martial law, and take down the Constitution in that one fell swoop, rather than by the death of a thousand cuts that he has been subjecting it to so far. And the New World Order people capture their big prize, on their way to total control over the planet's people. 

Good for Putin, for putting a chink in their best-laid plans. The rest is up to us: to call the Usurper on being the Usurper in the office that he is, and hold him for trial (on a whole host of charges by now, including fraud, perjury, and treason), as we clean out the executive branch of the federal government of its vipers, and dissolve the legislative branch, for having failed in their constitutional duty to rein in a rogue executive; and do a bunch of other things, to TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK. But first things first: The Usurper - out of there.

I forgot - even many conservatives don't understand the constitutional fact of this matter. Let me spell it out for some of you:

The constitutional Framers were wise enough to put in their contract for the presidential office an eligibility requirement intended to head off PRECISELY what has happened, with the Usurper: the occupant needing constitutionally to be a 'natural born' citizen, rather than just ANY kind of citizen. The historical definition of the term that they were going by - to which there is plenty of historical evidence - being of one born on the soil (jus soli) of citizen parents (jus sanguinis). That's PLURAL. As in BOTH. The whole POINT of the exercise being to make sure that the occupant of that particular office - who becomes as well the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces - would have NO DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES. As a naturalized citizen would be subject to. And as a DUAL citizen would MOST CERTAINLY be subject to. Like, er, Obama.

And like Cruz, and Rubio, too; you conservatives who have been fooled, by the Republican Party honchos who obviously colluded with their Democrat Party counterparts on this issue, to hide it from view, for their own purposes - as we are seeing at this time, in their roster of presidential candidates, some of whom are likewise not eligible. But hey - not to let a little matter of the law of the land stand between you and your druthers, hey boyos??? 

And you will get yours too, before this attempted hijack of this nation is over. Both of you party animals are going DOWN, on RICO-statute charges, for having colluded in this crime, and thus being the criminal enterprises that you have become. Having become so enamored of Power as you have, that you have chosen to overlook the little matter of the rule of law - the Constitution. And are trying to replace it with the rule of men. Aka arbitrary law.

Harry. I cannot find one case where a child of only one parent who is a natural born citizen makes it mandatory for that child to become "naturalized". And if it is not mandatory to become naturalized then they are considered natural born citizens. On the U.S. immigration website and Dept of Homeland Security it states one parent. This is indeed confusing. I'm still not convinced either way, so for myself I need to check this out. I'm also going to check with my State Rep to see what they have to say.

Michael........there is no such requirement for a child of a US citizen to be naturalized.

There are citizens and then there are natural born citizens.........anyone born of two US citizens is a "natural born citizen". 

Someone born in America, such as Marco Rubio whose parents were Cuban citizens at the time of his birth, is simply a citizen. 

Rubio was born in Miami in 1971, his parents were not naturalized US citizens until 1975.  So he is a normal citizen but not "natural born citizen".  Therefore he is not eligible to become president.

Senator Cruz had a father of other than US citizenship, therefore while Senator Cruz is a citzen because of his mother, he is not a "natural born citizen" as his Father was an alien.

Well If that is true then Obama certianly falls into that category. And again if you must be a natural born citizen to be President of the United States and the courts, the house of Represebatives, the Congress and the Senate on both sides of the aisle have no objection to their eligibility, my next question is "Why"? Has the whole system become that corrupt as many here are saying, and if again that is true what can be done to correct it outside of a total rebellion to overthrow the current government which you say is not your objective for change?

Oath keepers - both current and retired; and including the Constitutional Sheriffs [& Police Officers] Assn. - need to take the lead, with the rest of us patriots having their backs, as we TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK from these vipers, who would attempt to hijack this nation, in order to serve their ends.  I for one WILL NOT HAVE IT.

Please note -- in this context only a child born of US Citizen parents is a

"natural born citizen".

There were additional cases that stated that, in every other instance EXCEPT

qualification for President, the citizen parent requirement was dropped.

Born in the USA was enough.  However, there is one exception as noted in...

Schneider v. Rusk, 377 U.S. 163

"We start from the premise that the rights of citizenship of the native-born

and of the naturalized person are of the same dignity and are coextensive.

The only difference drawn by the Constitution is that only the 'natural

born' citizen is eligible to be President."

Commentary:

Therefore -- it would appear that all the discussions going around are moot.

There is no question that his (Obama's) father, at the time of his birth, was residing

in Kenya and was a British Subject.  Therefore, Obama can not be, by

definition, a "Natural Born Citizen".  

In my view, even if Obama showed a Hawaii long form birth certificate he

clearly was not born of citizen parents, therefore is certainly not eligible

to be President of the United States.  I am continually amazed that this is

completely overlooked by critics and the media (including Fox).

Question. If this cited case is worth the paper it is written on and goes against the framers intent that any person who does not need to be naturalized and meets the age and residency requirements how is it that all branches of government and all courts have given Obama a pass and have concurred that McCain and Cruz qualify for the office? To my knowledge "Natural Born Citizen is defined by the court as one not having to be naturalized, and that holds true if just one of your parents is a natural born citizen.

You need to stop listening to people who have an agenda to take this country down, Michael, and listen, rather, to reason:

The whole POINT of the exercise on the part of the constitutional Framers in putting that particular requirement in their contract for that particular federal office - and that particular office ONLY, for a particular reason that will become clear in just a moment - was so that the occupant of that office, WHO WOULD THEN AS WELL BECOME THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF OF THE NATION'S MILITARY FORCES, would have NO DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES.  As a naturalized citizen would be subject to.  And as a DUAL citizen would MOST CERTAINLY be subject to.  And a NATIVE BORN citizen with only one citizen parent.  They were after SOLE ALLEGIANCE TO THE UNITED STATES for that office, for the reason mentioned in particular.  THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.  

They were CLEARLY going by E. de Vattel's definitive tome of that day on such subjects, 'The Law of Nations Or Principles of Natural Law,' which they were well familiar with - and if there were any question in their minds [as to] what they were being asked to vote on, all they would have had to do was ask their learned and respected elder mentor, Benjamin Franklin, sitting right there amongst them as a delegate to those [same] proceedings himself; who was not only well versed in such matters, but was known to have three copies of de Vattel's tome in his possession (and had previously given a copy to the Continental Congress itself).  They knew PRECISELY what they were voting on.  And it is sophistry for anyone to [attempt to] pretend otherwise.

Plus, both major political parties in our day ALSO KNEW the truth here; when, between them, they tried a total of 8 times between 2003 and '08 to get a constitutional amendment going in Congress on this SPECIFIC MATTER, to water down the more stringent type of citizen that the Constitution requires for that particular office - and they failed each time even to get their proposals out of committee, such was the sensitivity around the issue.  So, what did they do?  It is obvious what they did: They colluded, in an attempt to do an end-around of the Constitution - read: the rule of law in this country - on this matter; and obviously figured that, between them, they could bluff their way on it, with their control of both the judicial branch of government and the mainstream media.  And if it weren't for the Internet and its alternative media, they may well have gotten away with their chicanery.  

So what needs to happen, is:

* the Usurper is asked to vacate the office voluntarily, or be removed, and either way, be held for trial (on a whole host of charges by now, including fraud, perjury, and treason);

* both major political parties are hauled into court on RICO-statute charges, of having colluded in this matter and thus being the criminal enterprises that they are, and ultimately dissolved;

* Congress is dissolved, for having failed to do its constitutional duty as regards a rogue executive (and those of its members who it can be proven to have engaged in criminal acts - like bribery - be held for trial as well individually);

* an Officer of The People is appointed to oversee a) entirely new elections - with Voter Integrity Laws in place in every State, or their votes will not be counted in federal elections; and b) a wholesale cleaning-out of the federal government of those individuals who have been engaged in the attempted takeover of this nation; and

* we get back to some MORAL INTEGRITY in this country.  And by "this country," I mean the federal constitutional republic of the United States of America.  Not some ersatz entity, with the intention to be merged into being merely a part of a region of TPTB's vaunted New World Order.

Which is about to be attempted to be put in place as we speak (with such as the TPP, and a declaration of martial law just waiting in the wings).  If patriots don't damn well DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.  And, like, NOW.

Speaking Truth To Power

Some 'Lightworkers' are trying to concentrate on the positive in the leadup to the change afoot in the human Drama.  But I must confess that it is difficult for me to go there, with all that is going on, in this country, and the world.  I get there occasionally.  But perhaps I had a past life involved deeply in the founding of this country.  For whatever reason, I still see red when TPTB continue to attempt to take this country over, and merge it into being simply a part of a region of their New World Ordure.  Hence this sort of response, even still, this close to The Breakthrough:

This is all arrant nonsense on the part of the politicized judicial branch - it's the spirit of the law that counts. Plus, the 4th requires a warrant based on probable cause.

We are getting perilously close to a police state in this country. If we're not already there. We must tell the federal government in no uncertain terms:

'Not my country, you won't.'

And so there’s been a change in the law; so now what??  From Judge Andrew Napolitano’s Washington Times article posted at the same site on December 2, titled ‘The spies who ruin us’:

“How can the NSA get instant access to your emails and phone calls? 

“Quite easily. Both the Patriot Act and the USA Freedom Act unconstitutionally do away with the probable cause requirement for warrants. Those two laws permit the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to issue warrants based on the standard of “governmental needs” rather than probable cause. This is a profoundly unconstitutional standard, and one that has resulted in spying on all people all the time.

“In reality, “governmental needs” is no standard whatsoever, as the government will always claim that it needs what it wants. “Governmental needs” is the hateful standard that was used by the British government when it secretly obtained warrants to enter the homes of the colonists. This provoked the American Revolution and produced the Fourth Amendment…”

Just so, Judge.  Just so.
