Good summation, Bernie. But the threat will remain as long as the American people don't realize that the Constitution has been compromised into ineffectuality - which is why so many people don't pay any attention to it anymore - by the placing of a Usurper in the Oval Office, and the so-called opposition party, the Republicans, not doing anything about it. So if the Republicans aren't going to object to the gutting of the Constitution, who will??
I am referring to the hijack of the country by the governing Elite in the candidacy and election of a constitutionally ineligible candidate, Obama, for not being a, quote, "natural born" citizen, which the Constitution requires of that (particular) position. Which it did, that is to say, until it became a dead letter; and the Obama administration commissars continue to press their advantage, in trying to drive a coach and horses through that breach in the rule of law; 'rightfully' seeing that the nation is now under the rule of men, that is to say, arbitrary law. Which is the hallmark of tyrants down through the ages; as we see a replay of the Decline And Fall Of the Roman Republic before our very eyes.
Briefly: a 'natural born' citizen is one born on the soil of citizen parents. That's PLURAL. As in BOTH. With, thereby, SOLE ALLEGIANCE to that nation. The whole POINT of the constitutional Framers in putting that particular requirement in their contract for that particular office - and that particular office ONLY, of all the federal offices - being to make sure that the occupant of that office, who would then as well become the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces, had NO DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES. As a naturalized citizen would be subject to. And as a DUAL citizen would MOST CERTAINLY be subject to. Like, er, Obama.
This is not rocket science. All anyone would have to do to find out the truth of the matter is to check out the meaning of the term in the day; and they would find that meaning codified in the definitive tome of the day on such matters, E. de Vattel's 'The Law Of Nations Or Principles of Natural Law' - which it is known that the constitutional Framers were familiar with. Especially their respected elder mentor Benjamin Franklin, sitting right there amongst them as a delegate to the proceedings himself. THEY KNEW whereof they spoke. Obfuscation of the matter has come from self-serving shyster lawyers and judges, who are pretending that there is question about the definition of the term. THERE IS NO SUCH QUESTION. But criminals will try to, and often have, their day. Which is what has happened here. And which needs to be reversed. Before the New World Order crowd have any more successes, in The Taking Of The U.S. One - Two - Three.
