I agree that sometimes there can be ambiguities about meanings. But not with the example given, e.g., of a 'Natural Born Citizen'. The meaning of that term is very clear from the historical record as to what it meant to the constitutional Framers, and to say was understood to mean at the time. It is from the definitive tome of the day on such matters, E. de Vattel's 'The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law': "The natives, or natural born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens...those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers..." People can play shell games with the term all they want; but the eligibility requirement itself for the office of the president of the U.S. still stands, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary. Of which, there has been none. Zilch. Nada.
Although there have been attempts; when between 2003 and 2008 alone, both major political parties tried a total of 8 times between them to get just such an amendment starting through Congress - proposals having this matter as their common denominator - and failed each time even to get their proposals out of committee, such was the sensitivity around this particular issue. So: they knew. And know. So, what have they done about it? They have conspired to pretend that there is ambiguity around the issue, or that the term has changed over the years. But - as I say - the eligibility requirement ITSELF still stands. And that will be their downfall, once The People wake up to the hijack of their country that is going on. And has been gong on, for long enough.

It has now been proven that electronic voting machines can be hacked using only the memory card
(INTELLIHUB) — As an experiment, a group of individuals conducted a “mini election” using the Diebold voting machine to see whether it could be “hacked” using only the systems memory card which is inserted into the machine before votes are taken, thus making accusations of election fraud a reality.
During the experiment a random Diebold machine was selected via lottery to assure that the device was not “pre-rigged.”
“The winner is unit 15191,” the lead man conducting the experiment said, which was grabbed off the shelf where many other of the same model machines were being stored.
“What we have here is a programed optical scan ballot […] with only one question on it.”
The question on the ballot read:
“Can the votes on a Diebold system be hacked using the memory card?”
The answers available on the ballot were only “yes” and “no.”
During the experiment, 2 out of 8 individuals voted “yes” and the remaining 6 voted “no.”
Once the ballots were filled out the “hacked” memory card was inserted into the machine and the machine was then powered on. The machine then ran a “self test analysis” and zeroed itself out for the ballots to be entered.
Shockingly, once the report was printed — out of the 8 total votes, 7 showed as “yes,” despite the fact that only two of the ballots were marked “yes” before they were inserted into the machine.
One of the participants ended up crying after seeing the results, and learning that criminal factions of her government may have duped her and the entire American people in previous elections.
I watched that video on facebook yesterday...horrible!!!

We need to bombard Congress with demands that we go back to paper ballots and that all voting machines, especially those purchased from George Soros, be scrapped! That will help a little, but unless we also stop the Democrats from registering illegal aliens to vote, the second worst president may be elected in 2016 if Clinton or Sanders wins. I say second because I don't think anyone could be as bad as Obama!

Excellent post, Tonya. Thank you so much for getting this info 'out there'. There needs to be a major overhaul of the voting process - both the machines (OUT) and the cleaning of the registration rolls. Nationwide. Before this year's elections. Or there may be no more elections.

trump has been yelling, screaming, lieing about CRUZ and anyone else to make him, trump look better or beg for support. trump has not won majority of votes, he has been below the amount needed to even begin to get the votes needed to be the representative of Rep Party for running for President. trump has been screaming what he was going to do, not showing up at scheduled events, etc. Cruz went out and sought support from the delegates, since all indications were the "establishment of GOP" was going to force the matter. The campaign for president in GOP is in a battle with itself, and neither candidate can just stand by and wait. ryan is playing games, with the idea he can hide and then jump up and grab the nomination. trump has done his share of fraud by donating to dem party and clinton foundation, for kick backs, and is a rino who will be supporting dem party and obama policies if elected. CRUZ is a constitutionalist and has been declaring all along that he would put the USA back on track under the Constitution and laws, which the estalishment of GOP does not want, as they are all in it fore power, like the democrats and hilly, and obama. TED CRUZ IS THE ONLY CANDIDATE VIABLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF USA.

"Cruz is a constitutionalist" -?? I don't think so. The definition of a 'natural born' citizen as the constitutional Framers understood it to mean (for which there is considerabe historical evidence) is a person born in the country of parents who are its citizens - and that eligibility requirement still stands, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.
The American people have been bamboozled once on this issue, with the Usurper in the Oval Office as we speak. And two wrongs do NOT make a right. It's time to set the original wrong to rights. Not build on it. Once is a mistake. Twice is madness.
