P.S. The real, fundamental reason - more perfectly spelled out - that this act of betrayal of the American Republic (and its exercise in self-governance) going on, and coming to its climax, brings down the curtain on the whole Play of life on this 3D planet, is because the Process that it is a vital part of, if left undisturbed, would enthrone the Dark side as the monarch of this realm; and that 'sets the stage' - and so to speak - for the kingdom, rather, of heaven - of the Light, in reactive, and culminating, response. As we - and this planet itself - move up a notch (or two. Or three) in consciousness.

There is a baby foot print on the Kenya birth certificate that is known not to change in a life time. Get Obamanation's foot print and it would once and for all prove where he was born. Simple but not likely to happen.

Anita, simpler is the fact that it doesn't really matter where he was born. He has sworn that his father was a Kenyan citizen (protectorate of the UK). The public has been bamboozled to not understand the classic definition of a 'natural born citizen': as a person born in the country to parents who are citizens thereof. This is the eligibility requirement for a person to be president of the United States (and, by constitutional amendment, also the VP). It is what it was at the beginning, and will continue to be, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.
People have apparently assumed that the Republican Party would have said something, when the Usurper was nominated and started campaigning, if there were any question about his eligibility under that category. Unfortunately, they have been sold out by the Republican Party officials; who then attempted to put their OWN ineligible candidates forward for the job, on the same basis. Thus, both the Democrat Party AND the Republican Party need to be taken to court, charged under RICO statutes for being criminal enterprises, found guilty, and dissolved. And we begin a clean sweep thereby of the political scene in this country - including cleaning up the hopelessly corrupt electoral process.
It is all a terrible disgrace. Time to CLEAN HOUSE - top to bottom.

But I wish some legal beagle would point out the basic legal fact that Comey confused the issue. The statute charge in question is “gross negligence”. Not “intent”.
