We are now experiencing, and in spades, the consequences of our erroneous action in letting an ineligible candidate occupy the Oval Office - and for a double crack at taking down this country at that. The mistake is crystal clear now: Obama was ineligible because he was and is not a "natural born" citizen, which by clear definition at the time that it was codified in the Constitution as an eligibility requirement for the office of the presidency is a person "born in the country, of parents who are citizens". (Source: E. de Vattel's 'The Law of Nations,' Book One, Ch. XIX, Sect 212; look it up. It's right there on the Internet, not in some dusty law school library.) The whole POINT of the exercise was to make sure - at least as sure as the constitutional Framers could make things in their time; the rest was up to succeeding generations of American citizens - that the occupant of that particular office, who would as well, then, become the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces, had NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES. Had SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the U.S. And now here we are, understanding full well now why they put that particular eligibility requirement in their contract for that particular federal office. Since extended to the office of the VP, by constitutional amendment - the only way that such a substantive change in the Constitution COULD be made. Which has not happened, in this particularly crucial matter.

So our course is clear: Obama must be arrested and held for trial - and on a number of other charges by now, including perjury, and treason. And at the least, found guilty of the ineligibility/fraud charge. And that way, all of the legislation that he signed into law, and all of the E.O.'s that he issued, and all of the appointments that he made - including to the SCOTUS and lesser courts - go with him, into the dust bin. (For it to be as though he had never been there. For, he was never there legally.) And that is how we get rid of these Obama-appointee arrogant activist judges; who are ruling, not by way of the rule of law, but by way of their personal socio-political proclivities. And, of course, all of the decisions that those judges were and are involved crucially in go into the dust bin as well.

And that way, we take our country back, from those who have been intent on overthrowing this nation, and its rule of law - its Constitution - that they hold in such low regard that they have placed themselves above it. Like the despots that they are, and of right ought to be called, and considered.
