Constitutional Law, Or...???

We really need to get back to constitutional law in this country.  That.  Or move to another Way.  The current ‘way’ being into despotism.

Take this current way of treating with the Constitution.  (Please.)  We have two competing perspectives regarding it; and the inferior way - the immoral way - seems to be ruling the roost.

One way - the correct way - of dealing with it is to treat it as a contract, and to be interpreted in that context - i.e., by way of considering its ‘original intent’.  The other way is to treat it - as the Democrats, and other leftists have been doing for years - as what they call ’a living document’: a guideline, but subject to the prevailing political winds of the day.    

Which is also known as arbitrary law.  Which is also known as tyranny.

As with an oligarchy running things.  Or a single despot.  A king.

That way could work if you could trust the group or individual to rule from a moral alignment with Spirit, rather than from an immoral one, or simply an arbitrary one.  As in King George III telling the American colonists what they could do and what they could not do, say.  Which this country, of course, rejected.  And thereby became a country, of its own.  Of freemen.  Not subjects any longer.  

To a king.  Or an oligarchy.  Or whatever despotic form that might try to assume power over the country.

Like today.  With a combination of Marxists on the one hand angling for Power Over the country.  And on the other hand, a passel of fascists - a corporate-government complex of characters.

With the same nest of vipers at the top of the pyramid of power behind the whole shooting match.

Or close to it.

To a shooting match, that is to say.  Not to a nest of vipers.  That is a given.  Of what we are up against.  And ‘vipers’ as well as in some off-planet beings - from a constellation known to us as Draco; and thus, the term ‘draconian’ - that have a reptilian form, and nature.  

And not that all Draconians/Reptilians are ‘bad’.  Some are ‘good’.  And the same with other off-planet entities, who have visited this planet in the past.  And have had a hand in our development.  Sometimes for the good

Sometimes, not.   

But all of that will come out.  Now.  As we face a Turning Point time.

Not just for this country.

But for the world.

Under New Management.  

And certainly not of those Dark-side beings who have attempted to corral the world into their totalitarian global state. 

Which was part of

The Process.  Bringing us to 

This Moment.  In Time.

And beyond time.  As we have known it.

Today I received in my daily slug of snail mail a particularly irritating mailing, from Citizens United for American Sovereignty under the ‘auspices’ of John Bolton, U.S. Ambassador to the UN under George W. Bush and “Fox News Contributor,” informing us U.S. citizens of a terrible state of affairs occasioned by the domestic enemies of this nation, whereby said enemies have mounted a campaign against the American flag said campaign taking such forms - besides the well-known one of some NFL players insulting the memory of those who have bled and been maimed (in many ways) and died for this country; the country which pays said sports figures humongous amounts of money for entertaining us on the gridiron - as:

“—> In Roseville, California, an IRAQ WAR VETERAN was ordered to remove the Red,

        White, and Blue from his apartment’s porch ‘so it didn’t offend anybody who didn’t 

        believe in the American Flag.’

“—> The 9th Circuit Court [oh no; not that one again.  Here it comes this time] ruled that 

        PUBLIC SCHOOLS could prohibit students from wearing American Flag t-shirts on 

        Cinco de Mayo after some students complained it was ‘racist.’  [Um; excuse me.  Don’t 

        they understand the difference between ‘racist’ and ‘nationalist’?  But wait - 

        ‘nationalists’ will get theirs in a moment.]

“—> At the University of California [under the ‘tutelage’ now of Obama’s former head of
        the DHS, Janet Napolitano; of the 'fundamentally transforming the U.S.A.' team fame.
        Decidedly not that of the good judge of the same last name], the student government
        voted to ban our flag because it ‘has been flown in instances of 

        colonialism and imperialism,’ is not ‘culturally inclusive,' and ‘can be interpreted as

        HATE SPEECH.’   

“—> In Webster, Texas, an apartment complex ordered an American citizen to take down 

        the flag because ‘the American Flag was a threat to the MUSLIM COMMUNITY.’ 

“Sadly, these cases only represent the tip of the iceberg…” [emphases in original]

You can’t make this stuff up…and the dirge goes on:  

“In fact, over 1,000 radicals at the University of California signed a petition attacking the American Flag because they aay it ‘contributes to racism and xenophobia’ and is ‘used to intimidate.’

“Other leftists call the Star Spangled Banner a ‘weapon of nationalism.’…”

Ah: the truth.  This is all about bringing down this country, in order for the former federal constitutional republic of the U.S.A. to be merged into being a mere part of a region of our erstwhile keepers’s totalitarian New World Order.  And with California governor Jerry Brown quietly helping to organize the secession of this state from the Union (the so-called CalExit movement), to become its own nation, under the auspices of the UN.  All, to further the satanic cause of the nest of vipers at the top of the pyramid of power on this planet.

And as for Governor Brown - who has been quoted as saying to an audience in the L.A. area known to have had many illegal aliens in it: “You are welcome here”: At the bottom of a Petition in this mailing “in Defense of the American Flag” directed to one’s state governor, at the bottom where we signers were allowed space to “in your own words, describe what the American Flag means to you (optional),” I wrote in:

‘It is ridiculous that anybody who is ‘offended’ by the American flag is allowed to ‘rule the roost’ in this country.  Set things to rights in this matter in this state, Gov. Brown.  Fulfill your oath.”

Not that I expect him to do any such thing.

Before the federal government comes in here - into this self-declared ‘Sanctuary State,’ with its embedded ’Sanctuary City’ of L.A. (my home county) - and cleans house.

As somebody else starts setting things to rights.  With the failure of so many authorities, local, state, and former-administration federal, to do so.

Who are not afraid to call a nation a nation.  

Not a subject entity to an imperium.

At least, not a terrestrial imperium.

But the reverse image - thereby called out of latency - of what the satanists amongst us were working for. With their limited view of

the Whole.

The All That Is.

Now, to be expressed more fully in Form.

In Matter.  

Our Mater.

Our Mother.

That aspect of the Whole that gives us expression.

Us facets, fractals, aspects, points of view, of

The Whole.

Experiencing Itself.  Through us.  

About to live up to our potential.  For Good.

Or not.  In which case:

Away with those Free Agents who couldn’t live up to their Great Expectations.

Sad.

But to be expected.  With such as a realm of free agency.

For us pieces of the continent, parts of the main to play out our various roles.  To see what we come up with.
