You've heard of 'My Pet Goat'?  Here's what gets my goat:

A good article in general, Mike; thanks for it. But there is one matter here, in this 'war' going on between the 'right' and the 'left,' that really needs to get cleared up. And that is that it is indeed true that some are "born gay". I will explain.

It has been discovered that the brain of the fetus at an early stage of its development (I think it's the 8-10-week period of gestation) can be affected by the hormonal bath in which it is developing, to the point that a male-patterned brain can be 'wired' into a genetically female body and vice versa and every stage along the abnormal spectrum in between, like trannies. There are a number of potential causes for such an imbalance. Abnormal adrenal glands, of either the developing fetus or the mother or both. Estrogen mimics/endocrine disruptors in the environment, from the likes of plastics, pesticides, and the Pill. Stress, of all kinds - physical, mental, emotional. (Which includes faulty nutrition; and it is known that more homosexual babies are born in the wake of wars than the 'normal' background 'noise' can account for, e.g.) But perhaps most alarmingly is the effect of drugs like barbiturates, prescribed to pregnant women without sufficient regard for their potential effect on the developing fetus. 

The LGBTQ+ spectrum is, in effect, then, a canary in a coal mine: a warning indicator that something wrong is going on in the environment. We should have been noticing this, and doing something about it, a long time ago. A word of warning to the wise.

Some background to this information: the book BrainSex by Anne Moir, Ph.D. (in genetics) and David Jessel. It was published back in the '90s as a summary of research in this matter done to that point. And more recent research has identified differences in the male brain and the female brain along these same lines - i.e., that they develop differently if left to their own natural biological devices. If all was indeed natural, we wouldn't have the terrible modern situation of a veritable epidemic of people feeling that they are in the wrong sexed body. That is, indeed, what their brain is telling them.

Think of all the social mayhem that has accrued from this situation, including suicides and violence from inchoate feelings. We need to wake up, and fast, to this truth about our civilization. We have met the enemy. And the enemy is us.
