This is a real concern. The Senate voted on this bill in the past year and lost by only a few votes Mark Warner was one of the votes for the UN. bill to comply and take guns from Americans under UN mandate. I called Mark Warner's office and taked to one of his staff members who tried to deny that Mark Warner voted for this bill. I had the list and dated and wording of the Bill. He than played down the bill as being insignificant and would not impact Americans ability to keep their hunting guns and that Warner is an supporter of the the second ammendment and was gun owner. His then tried appease my concerns over Warner's vote for the UN bill by saying it really did not matter if it passed. I had no real significance. With that I asked why take the time and effort to vote it it had no impact. Congress people such as Mark Warner lied to me on severa occations and are lying to us. The staff member's dancing around this issue indicated to me the depth of Warner's betrayal and that they really want to deceive the American People and get this passed as they did the Health care con and other issues they will not give straight answers for. This push is a REAL concern.

They are under obligation to vote the best way they see fit, as representatives of their constituents, AND as upholding the Constitution - the law of the land.

And in a constitutional republic, "the majority" does NOT run roughshod over the minority. People have constitutionally protected rights in a constitutional republic, both from their state constitutions and the national constitution, each covering its own sphere of responsibility. There is a major difference here. Perhaps they didn't teach you U.S. History & Government well in Hawaii. But you can always go onto the Internet to find out about these sorts of differences. Or buy a good book on the subject.

I think the picture is clear enough:

Many Jews - call them Zionist Jews - are taking their religion - and bloodline - seriously, and figuring themselves to be the rightful masters of the world.  The Chosen People.  Chosen, by a tribal god, whom they think of, reverently, as G-d; aka YHWH.  

Dan Winter, a very scholarly gentleman, has come out with a number of series of videos that go into the whole intriguing story of the past on this planet, which involves such matters as our human vehicles having been created by a splicing of DNA from a reptile strain of humanoid from Alpha Draconis with the DNA of a female great ape from this planet, and so forth and so on.  At first they simply wanted 'mule' workers to help them mine gold, which they used, and needed, for a number of reasons; and then, for whatever reason, one of their leaders - name of Enki; aka Ea (from which comes the name Earth) - changed the splicing technique and allowed the creation of self-replicating - and self-organizing - creatures.  A step up the evolutionary ladder, from just dumb hybrids.  The process made us humans a valuable species to them; and thus, the importance to our erstwhile masters of bloodlines.

But there is more to this story than just 'ancient astronauts' as gods.  There is the whole matter of the larger picture.  The larger creation.  Which involves other dimensions as well.  And a hierarchy of dimensions.

And our souls' return to Oneness, with The All That Is, behind the whole Drama.    

Another story.  But just to note, why this business of the Jews thinking of themselves as The Chosen Ones is such a dangerous matter to our civilization.  They would return us to being under the thumb - as it were - of a reptilian race of beings.  And it's best that we don't go there.  For,

On Having Had Quite Enough, Already

I have  just sent a letter to Tom Fitton, head of a particularly effective governmental watchdog group called Judicial Watch, who file FOIA requests and lawsuits galore - regarding malfeasance of both Democrats AND Republicans - on behalf of We, the People.  My letter:

"Dear Tom,

"First of all, to report that I am in receipt of your mailing re: 'Hillary Clinton Email Scandal Litigation,' for which my thanks.  You people are doing excellent work, on this, as on many other fronts.  But I urge you to check out a matter of extreme importance here in California, which should engender a lawsuit making this state's votes ineligible to be counted towards federal elections, until 'a redress of grievance' is rendered.  To wit (and briefly):

"This state has a 'Voter Motor Law,' by which people are automatically registered to vote when they apply for, or renew, their driver's license. [N.B. Unless they specifically opt to decline.]  But this state also allows illegal aliens to register for a driver's license. As I understand it, such a license indicates somewhere on it that the person is not a citizen.  But this state ALSO does not require a person to show an ID in order to vote; all that is required is that the person's name appears on the voter reg rolls.  And in fact, when I inquired of the person in charge at my voting precinct at a recent (local) election about this ID business, she told me that they are instructed NOT to ask the [voters] for any ID.  And when I inquired further, of the L.A. County Voter Registration Office on this whole thing, they told me that a) they don't ask for ID because the state law does not require it; and b) they don't cleanse the voter reg rolls because people sign up on it "on penalty of perjury".  But no one ever CHECKS the rolls to see if the person is eligible or not; the onus is totally on the person.  So it is a meaningless, empty gesture; a toothless tiger; a sop to the citizenry.  Who are being thereby [effectively] disenfranchised.  And regarding federal elections, ALL U.S citizens' votes are being diluted and rendered meaningless, if this state is allowed to have its votes counted towards federal elections.

"I refuse to be an accessory to [the fact of] a crime; [the crime] of unclean elections.   Someone needs to sue the governance of this state on this matter.  I as a bona fide U.S. citizen residing in California hereby authorize myself to be a party to such a lawsuit.  Any takers??

(This state, incidentally, also has available a photo ID card, for which one has to show a copy of one's birth certificate to obtain (as was formerly the case for the driver's license as well).  So, legitimate photo ID is easily obtainable in this state.  The NWO crowd have figured out a way to get around these check points on their best-laid schemes.  Clever, these s.o.b.'s.)

I understand your thinking, Rick, but in pure reality, impeachment is not the way to go. That is for legally sitting presidents, and would therefore give him that cover. Whereas if he is simply arrested – by Oath keepers – and held for trail (on a whole host of charges by now, including fraud, perjury, and treason), all of the legislation that he has signed into law, and all of the E.O.’s and P.D.’s that he has issued, and all of the appointments that he has made – including to the U.S. Supreme Court, and lesser judgeships – go with him, into the trash bin, where they belong. It needs to be as though he had never been there, because he is not there legally. His whole ‘legacy’ – OUT.

P.S. And that way, Hillary has no cover.

Rip Van Winkle, Revisited

I am sorely distressed by widespread misunderstanding of the Constitution, passed down to the citizenry for some time by either a deliberately ideological educational profession, setting out to undercut the Constitution on purpose, or simply honestly mis-taught themselves.1

I was reminded of this today when I saw a sub-headlne in the paper (in its sidewalk dispenser; I don’t subscribe to any daily paper.  In more ways than one) that some Circuit Court had declared that the presumed right to Concealed Carry was in fact, quote, “unconstitutional”.  Oh, really?  And just why, precisely, is that??

Let’s take a look at the 2nd Amendment for a moment.  And in conjunction with ALL of the Bill of Rights.

Which are, in actuality, just a few (10) examples of rights retained by the people (as clarified by the Ninth Amendment).  Powers that the federal government does not have jurisdiction over.  Was not ceded, by the Constitution.   Examples of rights and powers ”reserved to the States respectively, or to the people” (Tenth Amendment).

The federal government is a government of enumerated powers.  Of limited and delegated powers.  “Few and defined,” in the rather authoritative words of the particular Founding Father called the Father of the Constitution, James Madison.  Who also warned that appending a Bill of Rights to the constitution that the constitutional Framers came up with, in that sweltering summer of 1787 in Philadelphia, might possibly lend to the impression that the federal government could do all sorts of things beyond just what the Bill of Rights set out as specific examples of what it COULD NOT do, had not been granted the power to do.  A fair warning.  The point being that the federal government would have no such powers even if there were no Bill of Rights.2   

And we have been faced with some, shall we say, ’enterprising’ souls who have tried, ever since, to make of the federal constitutional republic of the U.S.A. a centralized form of government, where all power resides in the federal government, except for what it cedes to the States…

Some cite the 14th Amendment on these sorts of questions, of state’s rights vs. federal rights.  Let’s look at that amendment, in breakdown format.

1. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” (emphasis mine)  .

What does the term “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” mean?  I could cite the meaning of the term from the historical record, quoting the author(s) of the amendment on the subject, and so as it was understood to mean at the time of its insertion into the Constitutional contract.  But for the terms of this personal dissertation, let’s just look at it logically.  It means a child born to parents who are lawfully resident in the States - and NOT to parents who are either here illegally, or visiting, or on diplomatic (or similar) service, and thus still subject to the jurisdiction of their home country, as citizens of that country.  

This business of ‘anchor babies’ that has been going on - for far too long - is due to a total misreading of this sentence in the 14th Amendment, either honestly mistakenly or deliberately mistakenly; and it has been going on for so long that it must be overwhelmingly, if not totally, due to deliberate obfuscation - on the part of the lawyers and the judicial-branch parties involved - or it would have been overturned on appeal a long time ago.3

2. “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;…”

   I.e., all U.S. citizens must be treated the same, in whatever State they reside, owning what ‘privileges and immunities’ the Constitution vouchsafes them.

3.  “…nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law;…”

   I.e,, there can be no arbitrary, to say summary, law applied.

4. “…nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

    I.e, the law must be, in effect, color blind; must apply to all citizens equally.  The law to be ‘no respecter of persons’.  

Now, the South got away for many years with segregation by interpreting the meaning of this last clause to mean ‘separate but equal’.  And they finally got shot down by the U.S. Supreme Court for that dodgy interpretation in 1954.  As, in my estimation, it should have been; segregation - i.e., separation of the races by ’color’ of law - by its very nature, implying that someone is NOT ‘equal’ to another, by virtue of color or religion or whatever.  So, de jure segregation in education was shot down, in Brown vs. Board of Education; and the process, of changing the status quo, has extended from there.

I hasten to point out that that in no way said anything to de facto segregation in the society.  Unfortunately, it has been used by unscrupulous persons to pursue a de facto scenario in the country; trying to socially engineer the people, make them conform to some liberal/socialist idea of ’equality’ across the board by virtue of such measures as can rightly be called ‘reverse discrimination’ - quotas in hiring, and such.

Measures to overcome past consequences of de jure segregation are one thing.  Measures to make slaves of the entire populace, in subjection to the almighty state, are entirely another.4  And we need to do a better job of drawing that line than we are doing. 

But that’s another matter  Let this suffice, for now, as a statement of clarity regarding the Constitution, and its various meanings; and basic meaning.  

Now, back to the 2nd Amendment.  Contrary to what is a widespread belief, the 2nd Amendment itself does not ‘grant’ us the right to keep and bear arms.  It just says-stroke-clarifies that the federal government has no power to ‘infringe’ our right ‘to keep and bear arms’.  But this is where it gets sticky.  The Declaration of Independence talks about “certain unalienable Rights” ”endowed by (our) Creator…”  But such rights - whatever specifically they may be - have to be secured for us in and by our State constitutions, in our federal constitutional republic.   We can't just arbitrarily assume anything.  And if our State constitutions don’t secure our right ‘to keep and bear arms,’ we are not automatically entitled to the right.  Such rights need to be codified.  And the federal government can stay bloody well out of the matter, as its not being in its jurisdiction.  Speaking of such things.    

We have homework to do, in all these regards.   

And actually, it all might be moot now, anyway.  For, we are looking at new governance for 

the New Day.  

Dawning, now.

And for all mankind. 

With the united States of America to lead the way.  Like the flagship of the fleet of nation states, sailing into the new seas.  

To honor the individual.  But in relation to the collective.

Humanity now to move beyond competition.  And into cooperation.

A bit of both sides of the equation.  Reaching its conclusion.

In a state of Synthesis.  

Wholeness.

Reflecting our essential

Oneness.

As sparks of divinity.  Of our mutual

Source.

The All That Is.   

Wishing, for us - in our state of seeming separation, and polarity/duality; to say, 3D 'reality' (which is really an illusion) -

1 I am reminded of the case of the widespread misapplication of it’s and its.  I find that seemingly abstruse conundrum almost pandemic - both in this country and in the UK.  People constantly apply it’s when they mean its; and I am convinced by now that it is due to the way that it has erroneously been taught, not just due to individual human sloppy error.  

   People: It’s is ALWAYS a contraction, meaning ‘it is’ or ‘it has’.  It is NEVER the possessive.  That is ALWAYS its.  It is the exception to the rule about the possessive form taking a comma.  (The dog’s bark was worse than its bite).  

   PLEASE start getting this distinction RIGHT for a change.  Its misuse is not only a commentary on the poor education that we are receiving; but is a part of the widespread attempt by social engineers to break down the status quo society, and make questions of ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ merely subject to what the state determines them to be.  As in 2+ 2 CAN = 5, if the state deems it so. 

2 The federal government has claimed excessive powers by misplaced virtue of the nation being in a quasi state of national emergency ever since a state of war that was declared by FDR.  But with no declared war - except the fig-leaf War on Terror - those powers have been abused, and, indeed, usurped.

   In a way it’s like taxes that are levied during war time for wartime purposes, and then somehow stay on the books subsequently.  But is a far worse example of such a ‘habit of power’ than that.  Power, as we know, tending to corrupt.  And absolute power...and so forth.    

3 This must be a case of what is called relying on ‘precedent’.  But bad, even outrightly false precedent is not ‘precedent’.  It is error.  And needs to be dealt with accordingly.

     (This subject also brings up the business of what is called - by lawyerly types - ’incorporation,’ whereby the legal beagles try to make out that the 14th Amendment ‘incorporated’ all of the Bill of Rights in its assigning to the federal government the power to administer them, which ‘no State shall’ overrule.  But this is all smoke and mirrors stuff.  There is NO WAY that the intention behind the 14th Amendment was to turn the Constitution on its head and say, in effect, ‘All the powers formerly reserved to the States or to the people shall now reside in the federal government’. 

   Get thee behind me, Satan.  I will have none of such nonsense.

I suppose when The Play is all over and we are checking in with each other, and congratulating ourselves on how well we did in our last roles - or commiserate with one another on how we didn't - Hillary can take extra credit for playing so well such an evil, corrupt, conniving, lying witch.  Being so good at it that she apparently even convinced herself.  And apparently forgot all about Benghazi.

But -  we'll see.

Another report on e-newsletters today pointed out that 17 countries donated to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary was SoS, then got weapons deals from the State Department.

To be honest Colonel, I resign myself to the notion that individuals have the self determined right to participate, or not. But what is not forthcoming, is to be respected for shirking the burden of responsible citizenry to particpate, simply because the current selections do not suit. This places greater effort on fewer people to make the best possible choices for the greatest utility. Oh this is a wet dream for dictators, but not for free individuals.

But your assertion is a quite valid individual conviction for a morally upright responsible person. IMO

In many country's voting is mandatory... by law.  They close all the public offices, banks, and non-essential private businesses to vote... Those Nations with such laws always have 98% Plus voter participation.

Maybe it's time the US made election day a public holiday... closed all public and private businesses, to give everyone the opportunity to go to the polls and vote? Of course, that would mean the opportunity to commit voter fraud, by voting for those who normally don't show up,  would be dramatically reduced.

Election fraud would be more visible... if everyone were required to vote, as the number of votes cast by fraud would result in a vote count greater than the registered voters or population.. .By the way, that is already happening with low voter turn out.  It is much easier to HIDE fraudulent votes with lower turn out... So, don't look for either party to provide a bill requiring all eligible voters to vote on election day... that would end much of the voter and election fraud.

Careful about the 'mandatory' thinking Colonel.  That's what they do in authoritarian regimes.  And it causes poorly-informed voters to dilute the responsible vote.

Australia, for a seemingly free and independent people, unfortunately requires mandatory voting.  And that authoritarian attitude is as well reflected in their high rates of fluoridation, and in their stringent gun control laws (after a 'false flag' massacre; sound familiar??), and now in mandatory vaccination laws.  Plus it is a part of the Echelon populace-surveillance system.  All measures of the New World Order mentality, where the state runs the people's lives to within an inch of their lives.  Don't go there.  There lie dragons.

Not thought through well, Ruth.  To vote in a rigged election is to be an accessory to a crime; assists in keeping it going.  Which really is "betraying your country". 

Boycott elections loudly and put pressure on cleaning up the process.  CLEAN ELECTIONS OR NO ELECTIONS. That's the ticket.

The Human condition is a matter more effected by which 'force'... which spirit resides within us... Holy or Evil.  One or the other spirit is always present within mankind... Man is first a spirit and then carnal.   Which spirit man submits to, determines his very nature... too be Holy/good or evil.

The nature of our Republic is a reflection of its citizens... and their moral character... whether they serve the Holy Spirit or Evil. "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."  quote, John Adams.  We would be advised to think long on that remark.

And let's be perfectly clear about California.  Their so-called Motor Voter Law automatically registers new driver's license applicantees to vote.  And the state allows illegal aliens to apply for, and get, driver's licenses.  Could the rot be any more clear??  Oh yes - to point out: The state also does not require the voter to show ID to vote.  So even though the illegal alien's driver's license has his/her 'undocumented immigrant' status printed on the back of the license, it doesn't matter; they don't have to show any ID anyway.  

Sweet.  And totally, irrevocably, corrupt.    

Used to be, you needed to provide proof of citizenship to register to vote.  TPTB have certainly slipped that requirement quietly by the wayside.  The scoundrels...

This all may be why I'm back living in my old home state.  Because if it's the last thing I do, I will wring this, and other aspects of, corruption out of this state.  

As part of the wringing of corruption out of the whole country. 

Because we cannot 'progress' if our beings are tainted with any corruption.

The higher realms will not take us in, without proper 'registration' - to say, in that case:

resonance. 

And we - and Gaia - are going Up.

So, take your pick.

Get with your Higher Self.

Or be left behind.  In this harvest of souls.

Which you will sorely regret.

But:

Your choice.

As always.

In a free will state of being.

Your life not controlled by an autocrat.

But by you.

And don't accept anything less.
