This is all so illegal it's almost - almost - funny. The many ways the arrogance and corruption is going on is a nightmare; is setting a new standard for such lawless - or law-to-themselves - regimes.

It seems apparent that the Obama regime is doing its best to try to elicit a violent response from the public, in order to declare a 'national emergency' and concomitant state of Martial Law, which is the Usurper's way of getting around the Constitution totally, instead of just piecemeal as he has been doing and is doing now. Arizona needs to team up with other states to put it all to the federal government legally, to force its hand, and put the onus of a civil war on them, where it rightfully belongs.

States, man your stations. Or our federal constitutional republic is going to be taken away by the totalitarians, and YOU will be held responsible, for not doing all that you could to stop the rot, while you still could.

Good points, pineapple. It is particularly important to note the 'divided loyalties' bit. Too many Americans don't seem to understand the thinking behind the constitutional Framers' eligibility requirement for the presidential office - and that particular office ONLY - that a candidate needed to be a "natural born" citizen, rather than just a citizen. The difference? A 'natural born' citizen is one who was born on the soil of two (in this case, U.S.) citizen parents. It was so that anyone in that office - who would also be the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces - did not have DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES.

Like a naturalized citizen. Or a dual citizen.

Like Obama.

The American people have been suckered, by both the Democrat Party AND the Republican Party, on this issue. The Repubs obviously entered into collusion with the Democrats on the issue in 2008 for their own future reasons; going around the Constitution on it because an amendment allowing either dual or naturalized citizens also to hold that office was proving to be too difficult to get started through the amending process. (There were eight tries between 2003 & 2008 to get such an amendment started in Congress, all failing even to get out of committee.) But any sane understanding of the 'natural born' citizen issue rules out either dual or naturalized citizens for the very purpose that you mentioned. Thanks for bringing it up.

We have a lot of cleaning up to do in this country. And it doesn't just involve the Democrats. It involves ALL the would-be tyrants - totalitarians - amongst us. A pox on them all.

The Benghazi Scandal:

• Whereas: Key members of the Obama Administration, seemingly with President Obama’s knowledge, willfully denied support to the American ambassador and other brave Americans while they were under attack in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012; and
• Whereas: The ensuing cover-up, including the intent to deceive the American people about the nature of the attack, was politically motivated for the advancement of Barack Obama’s re-election campaign; and
  Whereas: The truths uncovered to date, which are too many to list, prove that the death of four Americans was exploited as a tool for partisan, political manipulation and advantage; and
• Whereas: President Obama will not reveal or admit to knowledge of the actions of his Administration, deeming him either ineffective or deceitful. At a minimum, this makes him guilty of betraying the trust of the American people; and
• Whereas: Accountability is crucial if we are to send a message to our elected officials and bureaucrats that committing crimes against the American people and our Constitution will not be tolerated;

The Associated Press Scandal:

• Whereas: The Obama Administration’s Department of Justice secretly obtained private telephone and fax records of Associated Press reporters and editors; and
• Whereas: The communicated intent, once this seizure was revealed, was to search for government leaks; the perceived intent was an attempt by government officials to intimidate and manipulate freedom of the press; and
• Whereas: The Department of Justice violated its own regulations which recognize the importance of freedom of the press, and exceeded their authority for the purposes of partisan, political manipulation and advantage; and
• Whereas: President Obama will not reveal or admit to knowledge of the actions of his Administration; deeming him either ineffective or deceitful. At a minimum, this makes him guilty of betraying the trust of the American people; and
• Whereas: Accountability is crucial if we are to send a message to our elected officials and bureaucrats that committing crimes against the American people, and our Constitution will not be tolerated;

So perhaps just as well that the CA governor recently signed into law legislation that allows illegal aliens to get driver's licenses.  That way, such licenses can no longer be used for voter ID purposes.  

ANYTHING to help force photo ID cards - which one needs a birth certificate to obtain - into law in those states that don't have them.  Unless, of course, fraudulent U.S. birth certificates are easy for Illegals to obtain on the black market, too.

Which makes it all the more reason to go the Full Monty on this Illegal alien scandal: Not another taxpayers' dime to be spent on Illegals, including any public school for their children.  Any employer caught employing them gets a huge fine, loss of any license, plus hard time for particularly grievous cases.  Back to the Temporary Visa program, for seasonal work.  Any unemployed American who turns down more than two job availabilities loses his/her unemployment benefits.  The list could go on; but you get the picture.

The picture, that we - finally - mean business in America.  And no more funny business.
