All, Because...

In the wee hours of this morning I posted here a Comment to an article about Obama seeking to do some high-handed thing or other (’To Limit Free Speech About Guns’ it was), opening it with the words: “All, because.”  All, because the American people failed to note the change-over from the federal constitutional republic of America in 2008 to an imperial presidency, with the advent then of a candidate for the presidency who was not constitutionally eligible for the office, but who not only was allowed to run for it, but win it and not be challenged in his hijack of the office.  And now, here we are.

And where, precisely, is that.  Some examples:

* Sheriff Joe Arpaio has sent me a request for a contribution to his re-election campaign, with the following information in it:

   “Just when you think things can’t get any worse, it was recently announced that the Department of Homeland Security released another 30,000 criminal aliens onto our streets.  This is on top of the other 35,000 that were released last year.”  (emphasis in original)

This, in relation to a report in the June edition of Verdict, the monthly newsletter of Judicial Watch, government watchdog par excellence:

* “Through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and lawsuits, Judicial Watch has forced the truth from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is responsible for releasing more than a hundred thousand criminal illegal aliens into the country.

   “JW recently released to the public 76 pages of documents it acquired from DHS showing that as of April 26, 2014, the Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) agency, a division of DHS, had set free 165,900 convicted criminal aliens into the United States at taxpayers’ expense, both in terms of money and security.  This figure included criminal aliens convicted of homicide, sexual assault, kidnapping, and aggravated assault…”

   Not for quietly stealing clothes in the middle of the night from people’s backyard clotheslines, then…

   The Non-Detained Final Order Total was 872,900.  “The term ‘Final Order’ means the illegal aliens had been ordered to leave the country — but the Obama administration decided to let them stay anyway…”1

Oh really?  And how does that jibe with one of the few constitutionally declared roles of the Executive: that he -

 “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…”

But, of course, Obama doesn’t think that he has to do any such a thing.  Because he knows that he isn’t limited by the Constitution in what he can do.  Because, if he can even be in that position of power in the first place, and get away with it, when he is constitutionally ineligible for the office……

And so you can see why I say:

All, because…...

Time for some truth-telling.

If Obama were any other person in that office as a legally sitting president, subject strictly to the democratic process in the country, he would have been impeached long ago, for his arrogant, highhanded, and patently illegal behavior personally, and for presiding over such a criminal enterprise that the executive branch has become2 -

and in cahoots with a legislative branch that has failed, utterly and miserably, in its constitutional duty to rein in this appallingly criminal executive.  So - what’s going on???  One excuse is probably: ‘We have to be careful because of - you know - the, er, race factor.’  To which I would say:

Bollocks.  The law is the law.  Out he goes; whatever his ‘category’.  It doesn’t matter if his ancestors came over in the Mayflower: He has got to go.  He is - considers himself - a law unto himself.  Is extremely dangerous.  And Congress should recognize that, surely.

But that’s not what’s going on here, obviously.  Obviously, something further is going on here.

Can you say: the New World Order?

As to why Congress has gone along with this charade?? 

And is about to bestow on him Fast Track, unconstitutional powers???

And why the executive has already been given such powers - by both sides of the political aisle - as to:

* Bail out any person or company he wants

* Break existing labor contracts

* Cut back healthcare for citizens

* Fix any food prices he wants

* Force the production of electric cars

* Halt consumer production and replace it with government work

* Hike up airfares

* Raise gas prices to whatever amount he chooses

* Reduce the public’s pay, and dictate pay scales to employers

“And much, much more…”3

I am saying, that Obama is not only a Usurper.  He is a handpicked Usurper. 

By The Powers That Be.

Who are about to become The Powers That Were.

Because they are threatening the very federal constitutional Republic of the United States of America.

And citizens like me are not going to stand for that takeover.

Of the last, best hope of Earth.

For a government recognizing the key, primary role in our human lives, of

Free will.

For us to take our Next Steps

on that basis.

NOT on the basis of 

Power Over others.

For, there is, really

no Other.

There is, really, only

        One

for us to give our ultimate allegiance to.

            -

Mark it well, friends.

The Old Day is done.

The New Day is about to begin.

And in earnest.

And just in time.  Apparently.

With these powers that the Dark forces have attempted to bestow on, and have allowed to, this Usurper in that office.

Come out, Obama.  Or whatever your real name is.  And resign.

Or be removed.

One.

All; because

it’s time to.

P.S. Obama has recently been talking about believing in the 'intent' of the law, when it suits him to.  When he next pulls that line, some reporter should ask him, "How about the original intent of the term 'natural born' citizen?"

And N.B.  In the larger scheme of things, he is but playing a part.  The problem is that he appears to believe in the part, and not understand the Drama that it is but a part of, and in.
   Time will tell.
   And soon.

   ... (shakes head)

   77 violations of the law......So there is no rule of law in the country anymore.  Obama has trashed it, from the top.  So, do whatever you want to do.  To say: Do what Obama does.  Until, between them, the other two branches of the federal government rein him in.
   Before the nation's Oathkeepers are forced to do the job themselves.  In the spirit of Iwo Jima, the flag flying at the top of the hill.  Recaptured, from the oppressors.

   Of course not.  Obama is Mr. Big.  'Nuff said.
   Except just to add a little note in passing that Constitution Watchdogs, a project of the Committee for Justice, has painstakingly catalogued '77 Violations of Law' by Obama.  It would be laughable if it weren't so appallingly, and deadly, serious - deadly, to the federal constitutional Republic of the United States of America.  Under attack from within, by a venomous snake, and the nest of vipers from which he was hatched, and deployed, for just the job that he is currently undertaking, as both Usurper and Undertaker.
