Correction, paulie: It's actually, 'Since Obama occupied the Oval Office'. He is not the president, because a president of the U.S. needs to be a "natural born citizen," and he is not one of those special kinds of citizens. If he is even a U.S. citizen itself. We don't know that, because the copy of his alleged birth certificate that he (finally) provided has been declared, with ample reason, to be a forgery.
But the birth certificate issue itself is a red herring. He has claimed that his father was a Kenyan national, and even a subject of the Crown of the UK, since Kenya was under the jurisdiction of the UK at the time of his purported father's birth there. That rules him out of legal contention right there. A 'natural born' citizen is one born on the soil (jus soli) of two (in this case, U.S.) citizen parents (jus sanguinis). The whole POINT of the exercise on the part of the constitutional Framers, in putting that particular eligibility requirement in their contract for that particular office - and that particular office ONLY, one should note, and understand fully - was to make sure that the person occupying that position, who would then as well become the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces, had NO DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES. As a naturalized citizen would be subject to. And as a born DUAL citizen would MOST CERTAINLY be subject to. Like Obama.
And like a number of the Republican candidates for the office now; with the Republican Party - whose officials obviously colluded with their Democrat Party counterparts in the original scam - trying to make two wrongs make a right. It won't work, once more Americans wake up to the fact of the matter. The fact, actually, that the Elite of the planet are trying to take over the U.S. and make it into merely a part of a region of their totalitarian New World Order, with The People as mere serfs in their kingdom. And they are not going to be able to succeed in their nefarious plans.
Because God has another one for this country. Once we wake up to it. To 'it': to where we are at, in our history on this sorely put-upon planet. Needing a major cleanup. On all levels.

Craig, when will good people like you realize that you have been had by TPTB, in your assuming/thinking that Cruz is any more eligible for the office of POTUS than Obama is. Neither is a 'natural born' citizen, for not having been born of TWO U.S. citizen parents, and thus not having any DIVIDED LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES, as the constitutional Framers intended when they inserted that eligibility requirement in their contract for that particular office - and that particular office ONLY; in the main because that person also becomes as well the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces. And no amount of trying to make two wrongs make a right is going to make the issue go away - because it is A FUNDAMENTAL CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE. If it falls, the Constitution falls. Meaning the rule of law in the country. And we are saddled with the rule of men. Also known as tyranny.

1. The American System of Government
Ours is not a government that is all-powerful except for power it is specifically denied by the Bill of Rights. It has only certain powers, which are limited and delegated - “few and defined,” in the rather authoritative words of the man fairly called the Father of the Constitution, James Madison. It has taken on powers over the years - and the semblance of being nearly all-powerful - by invoking wartime emergency powers, and putting itself under a constant state of war, in order to keep those emergency powers in place. Well, the ‘War on Terror’ state of emergency ends here and now. And therefore, so do those powers assumed, and kept in place, arrogantly and basically illegally, which have accrued from such an emergency state - such a self-created emergency state.
2. The Nature Of Our Leadership
We are being ruled by sociopaths, and full-blown psychopaths, and their similarly-minded minions; people devoid of any morals, or any sense thereof (other than of the cynical concept that ‘the end justifies the means’). And you know something? This is not just due to the demonic influence on them of Dark forces, like darkside ETs - e.g., the Dracos - or IDs - e.g., the Archons. A lot of this noxious mindset is due to vaccines.
Hear me out.
There was a book originally published in 1990 titled ‘Vaccination, Social Violence And Criminality: The Medical Assault On The American Brain’ by a leading medical historian named Harris L. Coulter, which laid out in precise detail the case for an appalling state of affairs, namely, the mind-bending effects (among others) of vaccines, which have led so many people to have no sense of empathy, and therefore of morality. It is as if they have been cut off, by that medical intervention, from that part of their brain (or its embedded glands) that would give them such a sense.
Our medical authorities have recognized a set of symptoms that many serial killers have demonstrated in and from their childhood, which even goes under an established term: ’the homicidal triad’. These traits are: abnormal bedwetting; fire-starting; and cruelty to pets/animals. Our medical authorities have not traced this set of traits to any causable factor. But Dr. (Ph.D.) Coulter has, and published about in said book:
Vaccines.
He has laid out meticulously in his book the evidence for an epidemic of brain damage that can go under the term ‘subclinical encephalitis’. There is a recognized form of encephalitis itself caused by vaccines called ‘post-vaccinal encephalitis’.* But the subclinical area is the one that we need to be particularly concerned about, because it is less recognizable, does its damage to the individual and to the society in a more subtle, less discerned, way.
And here is something even more gross, if that could be possible. Autistics have a huge amount of a compound in them called nagalese, which is an immune-system compromiser, weakening the body's ability to fight off things like cancer cells, and viruses. How does it happen to be there? Well, it is made by such cells. But it is also introduced into the body. How?
By vaccines.
The list of noxious substances carried into the body by vaccines goes on. WHICH TPTB KNOW FULLY WELL ABOUT. Because they need, want just a herd of docile workers. Subject to termination at a moment's notice.
I am feeling, more and more, to give them less than a moment's notice, before I ride herd on them. But I have sworn - like Thomas Jefferson - not only "on the altar of God eternal hostility to every form of tyranny over the mind of Man". But
'not my will but Thine be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven'.
And I will await my instructions accordingly.
But just you wait, you s.o.b.'s, who have done such terrible, arrogant - and outrightly psychopathic - damage to these 'spiritual beings having a human experience'. Just you wait. You will get yours.
Not out of vengeance. But because 'there is justice in the universe' - because life has Purpose. And that purpose is, ultimately, Good.
Unlike the universe that you dark and venomous creatures would try to create.

* And another form called Acute Disseminating Encephalomyelitis, or ADEM. Which has been recognized, for vaccine-damage compensation purposes, by the ‘Vaccine Court’ as a condition caused by vaccines. But said Court has meticulously steered away from ever admitting that what is called ASD - for Autism Spectrum Disorder - has vaccines as its causative agent. Why? It’s obvious. It would ‘break the bank’. Plus, it would throw the whole governmental program - the 'medical-pharmaceutical-government complex' program - of vaccination into chaos.
