On Having Enough

On Having Enough

If you never want something

                    to end

                    get

         the government

         to declare

                    war

         on it

And that way

           the money

           will keep

           rollling in

           for it.

Hence the War

         on Cancer,1 

         Terror.2

         Drugs,3

         whatever:

      You can bet

       will take on

       a life

       of its own.

For it’s all

       a game

    to The Powers

    That Be.

           Hopefully

              now

              to be

     The Powers

     That Were.

To the Taliban;

       ostensible

       enemy.

       for them all.

    Wall Street.
