Well, what do you expect, America? You went asleep at the switch from a federal constitutional republic to a dictatorship when you let the Constitution get trashed by allowing a person into the Oval Office who was not eligible for it, and who thus took on the assumption that such piffly little things like the Constitution and its rule of law didn't matter anymore to the American people, that they would go along with the rule of men. Or kings. Or whatever form of tyranny that ensued therefrom.
And if you don''t know what I'm tailing about: There's your answer. You self-governing sovereigns, who sold your inheritance for a mess of pottage. And a hell of a constitutional mess.
The Usurper is rubbing your noses in your inattention to your job, in the American form of government. Deal with it. Another way of putting it: Marry in haste, repent at leisure.

DHS Whistleblower Claims Obama Admin Ordered Destruction of All Records Tied to This – America is in Real Danger
Former Department of Homeland Security official, Patrick Haney, has just come out with claims that he and other members of DHS staff were ordered by the Obama administration to destroy all the records in a federal database that showed links between suspected jihadists and Islamic terror groups.
Haney claims that Obama officials made a practice of “enforcing a political scrubbing of records of Muslims.” He also provided insight into how this practice has placed the U.S. in increased danger of terror attacks.
Newsmax reports that,
“After leaving my 15-year career at DHS, I can no longer be silent about the dangerous state of America’s counter-terror strategy, our leaders’ willingness to compromise the security of citizens for the ideological rigidity of political correctness—and, consequently, our vulnerability to devastating, mass-casualty attack,” the former employee, Patrick Haney, wrote in an explosive column that was published late Friday on The Hill website.
Haney alleges that the Obama administration has been “engaged in a bureaucratic effort” to destroy the raw material and intelligence the Department of Homeland Security has been collecting for years, leaving the United States open to mass-casualty attacks.
His story starts in 2009, when during the holiday travel season, a 23-year-old Nigerian Muslim, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, boarded Northwest Airlines Flight 253, with explosives packed in his underwear and the hopes of slaughtering 290 travelers flying on Christmas Day from the Netherlands to Detroit, Michigan. Passengers subdued the jihadist and he was arrested, thwarting the plot.
After the attempt, Haney writes, President Barack Obama “threw the intelligence community under the bus for its failure to ‘connect the dots,’ saying that it was not a failure to collect the intelligence that could have stopped the attack, but rather “‘a failure to integrate and understand the intelligence that we already had.'”
…Further, many were infuriated “because we knew his administration had been engaged in a bureaucratic effort to destroy the raw material — the actual intelligence we had collected for years, and erase those dots. The dots constitute the intelligence needed to keep Americans safe, and the Obama administration was ordering they be wiped away.“
Just one month before the attempted attack, Haney said, his DHS supervisors ordered him to either delete or modify the records for several hundred people tied to Islamist terror organizations, including Hamas, from the Treasury Enforcement Communications System, the federal database.
Those records give DHS the ability to “connect dots,” explained Haney, and every day, the agency’s Custom and Border Protection officials use the database while watching people who are associated with known terrorist affiliations to watch for patterns that could indicate a pending attack.
“Enforcing a political scrubbing of records of Muslims greatly affected our ability to do that,” said Haney.
“Even worse, going forward, my colleagues and I were prohibited from entering pertinent information into the database,” he wrote.
And even weeks after the attempted Christmas Day attack, Haney said, he was still being ordered to delete and scrub terrorists’ records, making it more difficult to connect dots in the future.
So, while Obama goes out and publicly claims that Muslims have nothing to do with terrorism, his minions are dutifully going behind the scenes and ensuring that all proof of Muslim terror ties is scrubbed from the official records.

2) As to a reply to your closing question: Treason yes. Impeachment no. Impeachment is only for legally sitting presidents. This man is a Usurper, for not being a ‘natural born’ citizen.
And if you don’t know what a ‘natural born’ citizen is, as opposed to other kinds of citizens, you are part of the problem. Especially in the American form of government; which salutes, and relies on, sovereign and self-governing citizens. Not those who go to sleep once they have elected representatives, to do the job for them.
