On Living Under Constitutional Law

February 1993

"Michael New, a patriotic and talented young man, volunteered to serve his country that he loved so much.  He took a solemn oath to defend the Constitution of the Unied States.  When he signed up, his Army recruiter never mentioned working for the United Nations...

May 3, 1994

"President Bill Clinton signed 'Presidential Decision Directive 25' (PDD-25), a document that illegally gave him power to unilaterally hand our military over to the control of a foreign power.  In this case, the United Nations.

"The president committed an illegal act.  He can only act with the powers granted to him by the Constitution.  Handing over our military to a foreign entity like the United Nations is NOT constitutional."

Agreed.

August 21, 1995

"While in Germany, Michael was told his unit would be deployed to Macedonia aa part of a UN 'peacekeeping' mission and would be required to wear a blue U.N. helmet and patch.  When he asked why they hd to wear the U.N. uniforms he was told, 'The president says so, therefore it is.'

Um, no.  The law of the land is what the Constitution says it is.  Not the president.  So this should have been cleared up quick smart.  The serving soldier was correct.  His complaint to his commanding officers/the chain of command was upheld; right?

Um, no.

January 24, 1996

"A court-martial  panel of seven returned a 'guilty' verdict an charge of disobedience.  As a result, Michael was given a 'Bad Conduct' discharge.  Because of this he lost his job and retirement benefits.

"But most of all he lost the opportunity to fight for the country he loves..."

Unfortunately, Michael, you were up against enemies in your own ranks - and one enemy in particular:

a president about whom one of his aides said once:

'Stroke of the pen and law of the land - kinda cool."

But of course, as it takes two to tango, there is a partner in this dance around the Constitution:

the U.S. judicial system.  Which refused to hear his case, over and over, through both the military courts and the civil courts.

And then, of course, there is the Congress.

Which has refused, over and over, to clarify this sort of thing, and pass legislation keeping U.S. enlisted military personnel from being forced to serve under foreign powers.

Like common mercenaries.

Thanks, Bill.  You butthead.

And now another, similar case.  As a veteran, and unable to afford health insurance, I am going in tomorrow to apply for health care coverage under the Veterans Administration system.  I can hear the conversation now:

"Why don't you have any health insurance?"

"Because I can't afford it.  I am living on my Social Security benefit."

"But can't you afford insurance under the Affordable Care Act?"

"ObamaCare?  In the first place, I understand that there are serious questions about its legality."

"Oh, nonsense.  The president signed it into law.  That's all it takes to be legal."

The 'the president says so, therefore it is' argument.

Um, no.  Any law needs to be checked against the Constitution.  You have heard of the Constitution?  It's that "damn piece of paper" that kept George W. from doing all that he would like to have done in his terms in office.  But unfortunately, is not keeping Obama from doing whatever he wants to do under his 'presidency'.  For one good reason to start with:

He is inhabiting the office illegally, according to the Constitution.  And he must figure, that if he can get away with that, he can get away with anything.

And so 'anything goes,' under the sort of 'government' that has 'grown up' in this country.

And I use the latter phrase with tongue in cheek.

As difficult as it is for me to smile at anything going in the U.S. government these days.

Which needs to have a big fall.  Like that other fellow in fairytale land, who said, imperiously, that "Words mean what I say they mean".

Um, no.

Butthead.

Both you and Bill need to be in jail - AND along with that other criminal in this criminal enterprise going on in this country, 'Bonnie' Hillary.

And you can all use the same bathroom, these days, too.  Extra bargain for you.  For what you have done to this country, and all.

Speaking of its demoralized military, under your joint commands.

P.S. (The next day)  On the subject of 'the blue helmets' - the UN peacekeeping forces: I am not at all happy with the remarks that Gen. Joseph F. Dunford,  Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, made at a UN Meeting on June 17th.  I have just read them.  And he is obscuring - deliberately, it would appear - the key issue: that any 'assignment' of U.S. military forces to the UN automatically - without their individual consent to fight under foreign control - is an illegal act.  For the very reason given above: that the president of the United States - illegal occupant of the office or not - is not above the law.  'The law' being the Constitution.

Yes, it has been terribly weekend, and outright flaunted, over the years.  And, it still stands; like a tattered Stars and Stripes over a battlefield.  It is our generation's job to refresh it.  Not lower it in defeat to the New World Order forces.

Gen. Dunford is cited in some 'spiritual' and constitutionalist circles as a savior of the Republic - the true Republic; not the ersatz version that has held sway since 1871, when some political shenanigans took place (details about which some other time).  This speech of his would appear to make that sort of message, those sorts of sites, apocryphal.

Something is wrong with this picture.

Don't buy into it.

Practice discernment.  And make darn sure of your rightful Commander in Chief.

About whom, even the very elect could be deceived.
