Tom:
Yes Yes Yes! And THANK YOU, JW!!! I have refused to vote because voting in this County is a scam, a sham, a fake, a fraud, a farce, a delusion, an illusion. When I went to vote - in 2012 (I had been living out of the country for many years) - they didn't ask me for any ID, even though this state issues a photo ID to its citizens (or driver's license). I confirmed this policy again in 2014 and 2016, refusing to take part in the commission of what I considered to be a crime. I then called the city (Long Beach) Clerk's Office and asked the young gal what they do to check/clean their voter reg rolls. She assured me that they use various means, including checking against driver's licenses/the DMV. When I objected to that level of checking because this state now allows illegal aliens to obtain driver's licenses (before that, they also had a Motor Voter Law, where it is up to the person to ask that they be taken off the voter reg rolls which they are automatically signed up for), she abruptly changed her oh-so-pleasant tone of voice and gave me the number of the County Registrar's Office, to ask them about the policy in this County. The young fellow there - with a supervisor listening in, as per both recorded message upfront and live inquiry of his boss at one point - told me that they don't clean the Voter reg rolls, "because people sign up on penalty of perjury" - I kid you not; direct quote - and if I wanted the policy to change I would have to call my State Assemblyperson or Senator. (I actually did that, and got a 'There there, all is well, don't worry about a thing' response.) All this, including the fact that our Governor (Jerry Brown) around the same time told an audience in L.A., at which it was known that there were many IAs present (because of the area of town where the talk took place), that, quote, "You are welcome in this State." Yes, I bet they are, Gov. Brown.
I actually emailed you folks some of this info in 2016 and told you that I would be very happy to be considered on a lawsuit to CLEAN THIS STATE'S VOTER REG ROLLS & POLICIES UP. I never heard back from your office. I hope this letter of outrage gets to you this time, Tom. You people are doing excellent work in general. I hope that you continue FULLY to do excellent work in this specific regard. I am most unhappy that I have been disenfranchised, because of the lax, and illegal, procedures in & of this state in this terribly important matter. I am sure that there are over 1 million IAs on the Voter Reg Rolls in this state, and MANY of them in this County alone.
If it were up to me, I would do a lightning strike of federal Marshals in this state, to every County and City, and freeze the VRRs & instructions on the reg rolls matter, to do an in-depth check of them, by a Certified Accountant, to see just how bad the situation has been allowed to become. Not just with IAs, but with [other non-citizens,] the dead, duplicate voters, phony Absentee ballots, etc. etc. Anyway: Over to you folks, in your Election Integrity campaign, and More Power To You.
Very sincerely,
Duane 'Stan' Stanfield

Los Angeles County has more voter registrations than they have citizens over the age of 18. The bottom line is that Los Angeles County has a reported 112% registration rate of eligible citizens based on publicly available data.
And the problem may be even worse than the County has publicly reported. In June 2017, Judicial Watch called the Los Angeles County Office of the Registrar. The information we received during that phone call suggests that Los Angeles’ true registration rate is as high as 144% of eligible voters. This registration rate distinguishes Los Angeles County as one of the ten worst counties – out of about three thousand counties – in the United States.
The most likely explanation is that Los Angeles’ voter rolls are filled with bad registrations – meaning registrations of those who are not U.S. citizens or those who have died or moved to other states. Such corrupted voter rolls are a huge problem. Nationally, there are millions of invalid voter registrations in the name of dead or moved voters. If fraudsters – including out-of-state voters, and even illegal aliens and other non-citizens – can cast ballots in the names of voters who have moved or are deceased, it undermines our confidence in the legitimacy of elections and in our democratic process.
You may have heard about Judicial Watch's Election Integrity Project. Since announcing this project a few years ago, we have been busy notifying various state and county officials that they are in violation of federal laws requiring them to clean up their voter rolls. In April 2017 we sent letters to eleven states pointing out that their ridiculously high registration rates mean they are not removing lapsed registrations from their voter rolls. We warned them that if they do not take steps to comply with federal law, we may sue to force them to do so. Judicial Watch has successfully sued the State of Ohio and Indiana and has ongoing litigation with Montgomery County, Maryland and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

In August 2017, Judicial Watch notified the California Secretary of State, Alex Padilla, and eleven California counties, including Los Angeles, that these jurisdictions have more registered voters than age-eligible citizens. In that letter we requested that these jurisdictions tell us the steps they will undertake to fix their registration problems by identifying and removing those who are ineligible to vote. We also asked for documents that the State and its counties are required by federal law to make publicly available on request, concerning their efforts to remove ineligible registrations.
We have received no response to our last communication about the problem with the County’s voter rolls. And, to date, we have not received any documents from either Secretary Padilla or Los Angeles County.
If they think we are bluffing, they are mistaken. We will sue to enforce federal law and make Los Angeles County clean its voter rolls. But we want to know if you approve.
If you are a registered Los Angeles County voter, we need your input now! Please respond by clicking here if you want us to sue to make Los Angeles County remove the deadwood from its voter rolls. Responding to this email in no way obligates you personally in any litigation.
Thank you for your support.
