In No Uncertain Terms

In my 'Enough Is Enough' blog of Friday I referred, among other measures needing to be taken to set this nation to rights, to the dismissal of the sitting Congress. Did I really mean it?

I most certainly did.

Congress has a constitutional duty to rein in a rogue executive.  I never saw Congress calling Obama on either his ineligibility for the office or on his blatant highhandedness while in the office.  All he seemed to have to do was (nonchalantly) say 'presidential prerogative,' and Congress would (almost dutifully) wave him on through the Constitution, and (almost dutifully) pick up their paycheck at the end of each month.  And continue to collect other perks of the office.

Hey - who do you actually work FOR, you bitches and sons of bitches???

Oops.  Sorry.  No, not for my French.  (I'm entitled.  After all, it is MY country.)  But for just not understanding, that things have changed in the country. And the Congress no longer works for The People ((even though it is they who pay them).  They work for the New World Order mob.  And I should just wake up, and accept the way things are, in this day and age.

Not.

Sorry, boys and girls.  That sort of thing is just not in my DNA.

I, of course, don't know about yours.

You seem to be of a different species.

But, never mind.

It's all moot now, anyway.

You're through.

Finished.

Done with.

Period.

As the rest of us move on.

And Up.

Embodying the kinds of values that will resonate - and resonate us -  with the higher realms.

And leave the others behind.

With those souls who have 'souled' out.  And need a little more seasoning yet.

To make the grade.

And I mean that

in no uncertain terms.

And meaning,

the grade out of elementary school.

And it is, really, elementary.

A shame that you didn't notice.

It is very clear what needs to happen, and soon – very soon: Oath keepers in the U.S. military need to arrest the Usurper and hold him for trial, on a whole host of charges by now (including fraud, perjury, illegality, and treason), before he can be part of orchestrating a ‘state of national emergency’ and consequent declaration of martial law, which will give him total powers over the U.S. citizenry (including access to food). And that way, all of the legislation that he has signed into law, and all the E.O.’s and P.D.’s that he has issued, and all the appointments that he has made – including to the U.S. Supreme Court – go with hm, into the trash bin. And under this PROPER state of martial law – i.e., by oath keepers – Hillary can be arrested for her own “whole host of charges”; thus that trial not depending on an AG appointed by the Usurper.

And this nation begins its return to the Light.

DHS Quietly Moving, Releasing Vanloads of Illegal Aliens Away from Border 

The Obama administration is a menace to the rule of law and our nation’s sovereignty.  A strong statement but, arguably, a charitable one in light of today’s exclusive report on the border chaos from our Corruption Chronicles blog:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is quietly transporting illegal immigrants from the Mexican border to Phoenix and releasing them without proper processing or issuing court appearance documents, Border Patrol sources tell Judicial Watch. The government classifies them as Other Than Mexican (OTM) and this week around 35 were transferred 116 miles north from Tucson to a Phoenix bus station where they went their separate way.  Judicial Watch was present when one of the white vans carrying a group of OTMs arrived at the Phoenix Greyhound station on Buckeye Road.

The OTMs are from Honduras, Colombia, El Salvador and Guatemala and Border Patrol officials say this week’s batch was in custody for a couple of days and ordered to call family members in the U.S. so they could purchase a bus ticket for their upcoming trip from Phoenix.  Authorities didn’t bother checking the identity of the U.S. relatives or if they’re in the country legally, according to a Border Patrol official directly involved in the matter.  American taxpayers pick up the fare for those who claim to have a “credible fear,” Border Patrol sources told JW. None of the OTMs were issued official court appearance documents, but were told to “promise” they’d show up for a hearing when notified, said federal agents with firsthand knowledge of the operation.

A security company contracted by the U.S. government is driving the OTMs from the Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector where they were in custody to Phoenix, sources said. The firm is called G4S  and claims to be the world’s leading security solutions group with operations in more than 100 countries and 610,000 employees. G4S has more than 50,000 employees in the U.S. and its domestic headquarters is in Jupiter, Florida. Judicial Watch is filing a number of public records requests to get more information involving the arrangement between G4S and the government, specifically the transport of illegal immigrants from the Mexican border to other parts of the country. The photo accompanying this story shows the uniformed G4S guard that transported the OTMs this week from Tucson to Phoenix.

Outraged Border Patrol agents and supervisors on the front lines say illegal immigrants are being released in droves because there’s no room to keep them in detention. “They’re telling us to put them on a bus and let them go,” said one law enforcement official in Arizona.  “Just move those bodies across the country.” Officially, DHS denies this is occurring and, in fact, earlier this year U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner R. Gil Kerlikowske blasted Border Patrol union officials for denouncing this dangerous catch-and-release policy. Kerlikowske’s scolding came in response to the congressional testimony  of Bandon Judd, chief of the National Border Patrol Council, the labor union that represents line agents. Judd told lawmakers on the House Judiciary Committee that illegal immigrants without serious criminal convictions can be released immediately and disappear into the shadows. Kerlikowske shot back, telling a separate congressional committee: “I would not stand by if the Border Patrol was — releasing people without going through all of the formalities.”

Yet, that’s exactly what’s occurring.  This report, part of an ongoing Judicial Watch investigation into the security risks along the southern border, features only a snippet of a much broader crisis in which illegal aliens are being released and vanishing into unsuspecting American communities.  The Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest addressed this issue just a few weeks ago in a hearing called  Declining Deportations and Increasing Criminal Alien Releases – The Lawless Immigration Policies of the Obama Administration.  Judd, the Border Patrol Union chief, delivered alarming figures at the hearing.  He estimated that about 80% of apprehended illegal immigrants are released into the United States.  This includes unaccompanied minors who are escorted to their final destination, family units and those who claim to have a credible fear of persecution in their native country.  Single males that aren’t actually seen crossing into the U.S. by Border Patrol agents are released if they claim to have been in the country since 2014, Judd added.

The rule of law has collapsed on our border and the Obama administration, along with a do-nothing Congress run by Republicans, is responsible for it.  Innocent Americans, taxpayers, the victims of human trafficking, and our nation’s sovereignty all suffer as a result.  Through our investigations, lawsuits, and independent journalism, your Judicial Watch will continue to stand for the rule of law and for honest Americans who want the government to enforce the law, not to subvert the law.

It helps, Tom.  But really: Enough is enough.

Obama - to be arrested, for not occupying the office of the presidency legally, as well as for occupying it in a dictatorial manner; the Usurper improperly dealt with by an obviously corrupted - paid off - Congress.  The U.S. military - oath keepers - helping local law enforcement officers to keep the peace in the nation, as it is set back to rights, and specifically, locking down congressional offices, and holding congressional employees - elected and staff - for questioning, while their office files are checked for evidences of illegal dealings.  All of Obama's E.O.'s and P.D.'s - invalidated; and all of his appointments - including to the U.S. Supreme Court - rendered null and void.1  Illegal aliens to be rounded up and held in FEMA camps until they can be processed properly, and sent back to their home countries if that is warranted, after biometrics are taken for future reference.2 Our borders to be secured.  The honey pot turned off: No more taxpayers money to be spent on illegal aliens - period.  That includes 'emergency' health services, unless their life is in very fact in serious danger; in which case, their home country is to be dunned for the emergency-care charge.  All U.S. employers of illegal aliens to be prosecuted, fined, and, if warranted, jailed, to help put the lid back on the honey pot, and screwed back on tight.  Unemployed U.S. citizens to take the jobs vacated by the illegal aliens;3 plus, by immigrants, patiently waiting their turn to come into this country legally.  And thereby demonstrating that they are good potential citizens - of the federal constitutional republic of the united States of America.  Not a technocatic part of a mere region of the (totalitarian) New World Order, planed for generations for us by our erstwhile masters, who want slaves, not citizens, sovereigns in their own right. 

There is the question of a distinction between state tax monies and federal tax monies in these benefits now to be subject to elimination for illegal aliens; but there is also the matter of American citizens often being improperly dealt with by their state governments.  Such intolerable conditions to be cleaned up - including regarding state laws for voter registration and electoral conduction.  There will be no more federal elections until the whole voting system is cleaned, top to bottom.

Top.  To.  Bottom.  And that includes NO MORE ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES.

You people have not demonstrated the maturity to be able to handle such technology properly.  As it is, it is in the hands of immature people, who can't be trusted with it.  

And all of this is just for a start.  To SET THIS NATION TO RIGHTS.

And then, we go from there.

Into a New Era.

Including monetarily.

I get home from my walk to clear my mind and emotions, and it's, like, more of the same.

Man's inhumanity to man is bad enough.  But he is compounding it with terrible - I was almost going to say 'inhumane' - treatment of the animal kingdom.  Dogs, the big cats, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens...

My mailbox is full to overflowing every day not only with appeals for donations to human-oriented worthy causes, but with heartrending stories of human ill treatment to and of animals.  It is all, really,

Her boss should have been disqualified, too, but it didn't stop him from cursing us with 8 years of tyranny and turning race relations back to pre-civil rights. Apparently, the only qualification that matters to far too many voters is how much free stuff they're offered in exchange for their vote. Half of American voters are now living off the public dole. That's enough to get Hillary elected. Obama will pardon her for all her crimes against America before he leaves office and she, in exchange, will appoint him to the Supreme Court.

  The Constitution, and the historical record, are clear on the matter: Obama is not a 'natural born' citizen. To buy the argument that 'It's too late to do anything about it' lets a breach in the Constitution stand, and therefore leaves it twisting in the wind, subject to whatever interpretations anyone wants to make of it. The rule of law in the nation having been thus turned over to the rule of men. Aka arbitrary law. Aka tyranny.

  Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm not saying he can legally pardon her, just that he will. And Congress, as always, will let him. All those executive orders are unconstitutional, too. There is no provision for it in the constitution or U.S. law. But every president has done it, and as one Senator told me, future presidents from his party may want to do it, too. So Congress won't challenge him on it. And you and I are powerless to do anything about it unless you can get about a hundred million other voters to join the fight. And I don't think that's likely to happen. Obama has thrown America in the toilet and Hillary has her hand on the chain.

Setting Things To Rights

It would appear that a lot of people are being given a lot of rope to hang themselves by, and incur a lot of karma from.  Let me enumerate some examples.

1.  Hillary.  

     Ah, Hillary.  What a piece of…work.  She has taken her free will and run amok with it - taken it to quite a dark extent.1  

     If Hillary doesn’t go down for her email sins alone, Martha Stewart should sue, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg should be exonerated, and Jonathan Pollard should be issued an apology, at the very least.

     One wonders how much info Red China, e.g., was given access to, and what Hillary got as a quid pro quo.  Not a few quid, we can be sure.  She doesn’t come cheap.  As Wall Street knows full well, 'for' all those speeches.  It is all most probably contained in the books - the true books - of the Clinton Foundation; her - and Bill’s - private slush fund.  Apparently the only thing ‘private’ in this whole sorry episode, of a sellout of the U.S. of America, that puts Benedict Arnold in the shade, of these very shady characters (one recalling Chinagate as well).  

2. The California legislature, with Gov. Jerry Brown overseeing his gang.  

     An interesting - to say the least - two-step going on there, metaphorically speaking.  Actually, a three-step dance:  First: Allow the state to be filled chock-a-block with illegal aliens; then, allow those IA’s to be able to obtain driver’s licenses; then, automatically register anybody with a driver’s license to vote.  Sweet.2

     And I understand that you are also very involved in undercutting the Second Amendment, Jerry.  Wouldn’t have anything to do with your having been subject to Jesuit training, would it??  Those arch New World Order powers-that-be.3  

And speaking of sweet deals:

3.  The one above is on a par with how TPTB quietly quietly, gently gently over the years changed our currency, from being redeemable in either gold or silver, to being redeemable in nothing but the self-same Federal Reserve Notes themselves.   Clever people, these our erstwhile masters.   They almost came to grief, when someone, or someones, noticed that there is a legal definition of a dollar, that is based on a certain amount of silver.  But not to worry.  With ‘their’ control over the MSM, ’they’ figured that they could just bluff their way out of that little blip in their best-laid plans.  Which they have done to a considerable extent, unfortunately.4

     Back in the mid-‘70s, when I became aware of this chicanery going on, I joined with a group calling themselves the ‘Tax Resistors’ League’ (or some such moniker: i forger the precise term) in an attempt to bring this matter to larger attention than just an underground of citizens pissed off at the hijack of their country and its currency that was going on, at the clever hands of Masters of Deceit, hoping to catch them out on their cleverness by hoisting them on their own kind of petard.  Our MO was to a) file (an official, legal) notice with our employers to not take out the withholding tax from our paychecks; b) stamp our paychecks with a notation that we had not been paid in dollars, as per U.S. Code No. so-and-so - the legal definition of a dollar; and to c) declare, in any subsequent day in court, that we would be most happy to pay our income tax in the required dollars, once we had an income in dollars.5

     I never got my day in court, because Fate intervened at that point, in the form of my coming across information regarding a spiritual community in the north of Scotland, that really caught my eye (for the principles that it stood for),6 and I ‘dutifully’ ended up there, for a considerable period of time; only returning to my home country, and town, in 2012.  In time to try to help do something about the Usurper, and his New World Order backers, trying to hijack MY country, you won't.    

     Which brings me to

4. the Usurper himself.  Accruing power to himself like a full-fledged tyrant; who, now, because of his Executive Order No. 13603 - and with the bought-for connivance of Congress - can take over the country totally (and I mean totally; check it out) in one fell swoop - at his call.  

Citizens of this day and terribly corrupted age: If it weren’t for the fact that there is a God, you people would be up shit creek without a paddle.  Let’s have a little respect for the true facts of life.  And then, let’s get to work,

setting things to rights.

Not only in this country.

But for the world.

     All votes including in primaries from the corrupt state of California: Out.

3 The creation of regions of the New World Order, to include the North American Union region of the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, goes back at the very least to 1941, when it appeared on maps of the world as the desire of TPTB.

     California, at least momentarily, to become part of a sub-region called Aztlan, as a sop to the Hispanics, in exchange for their support of their masters' intended empire.  The promise?  A better life.

     At the expense of the 'better life' of a First World country, reduced to the poverty level of a Third World country.  For all the cattle to be kept quiet, and controlled, in dependence on and to the almighty State.    

4 Very similar to how they have been able to slip by the American public the fact that there is - or at least, was - a definition of a 'natural born' citizen that there is all manner of evidence that the constitutional Framers were going by in their day when they made that category of citizen an eligibility requirement for the office of the presidency; to wit: "those born in the country, to parents who are citizens".

5 Besides, the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was unconstitutional.  Only Congress has the power, in this federal constitutional republic - STILL - to issue money and regulate the value thereof.  It has no power to delegate that immense responsibility to anybody, let alone a cabal of international banksters.
     The federal government is a government of enumerated powers - limited and delegated.  "Few and defined," in the rather authoritative words of the man considered, and revered (in some, patriot, circles, at least) as, the Father of the Constitution, James Madison.
     But not to worry.  I am here - with the help of Oath Keepers, and other patriots - to set this nation - MY country - back to rights.
     And then - and only then -
     we move on.
     And Up.
     And that is to say:
     the whole world.
     With the united States of America leading
     the Way.

     I have a better idea of it now.
