A Christ Mass Story

Bear with me on my ersatz poetic interludes.  (I accept that it is not poetry per se./ I just like to play/With verse/And interior rhymes/And such.  Things/Could be worse, you know./How does that grab you??)  It helps me keep from going ballistic at example after example of fraud, deceit and chicanery going on in our modern American society that I run across in either my daily load of (mostly politically-oriented) mail or on the Internet.  Yes, somewhat ironically, writing in a poetic format helps keep me grounded; not as in the here and now, but in the sense of keeping grounded in the better part of my being, that which is in contact with the reality beyond the shadows on the wall of the cave that we live our lives in, in this matrix, this construct that we have had as both a classroom and a prison for far long enough, now.  Time to move on on our path, further back towards our essential Oneness.*

In Today's World

In the world of today,
                   people
Do things in order
To make money.
In the near future, they
Will do things in order
To make society.
       Now, you may say
That that is communism.
Not so.  Nobody
Said anything about
An oppressive state
                   of mind.
                       They -
Who are we -
Will do it freely.
So it is a matter really
Of a difference in degree
Rather than, yes,
                  in kind.
So call it spiritualism
                if you want
To call it anything
                    other
Than what it is
Simply:
                Living
As though the God in all life
Mattered
                     as practice
For the real thing later;
                          to say
For the near future
                    coming
To a theater near you
Soon.
       And sooner
Than you may think.
                   In fact
We are already on
                  its brink
As we speak.

In the leadup to that moment -
The moment of a harbinger Event -
                            a poet
Shall lead them to
The Promised Land.
Isn't that grand?
                      It will be
A princely poet, but
The same in kind.
Just not in degree
Don't you see
                   as we
Take up roles that we
May not be accustomed to.
It makes no difference
Really.
         It is the intention
That counts.

And the intention
Of the New Society
Is to ground humanity
In the new way of being:
To learn to live in daily life
          in - not Force -
But Love
Like a hand in a glove
                that fits
Perfectly
And not just seeming to.

What's that, you say?
                         People
Will never do it?
Well; no.  Not your way
That teaches them
That there is nothing more
Than Man.  Hell no.
We are not idiots.
What is worse
Than living in Error?
As I say: No more
Of that nonsense.
Common sense
Will rule
In the New
         coming
As I say
As we speak.

And not without some difficulty.
After all, it has taken us awhile
To get to where we are at
And we have grown accustomed
To things like terror.  Which will be
No more
As an inferior brand
Of emotion.
So there will be some chaos
As the New World settles in.
                                                Please
Do not wreak havoc
At its coming.  That is
The wrong spirit
To take it in.
For there is a right
    absolutely
After all; and the same
     naturally
With a wrong.
                  The wrong way
Is to do it - live life -
Without a song
In your heart
Which moves you to the likes of poetry
Once in awhile.
Whatever the style.
                Not calumny
Of others
Who, after all
Is said and done
Are you.  As part
Of the One
We all Are.
Here
And Now
Too
           as a pale imitation
Of The One
That we are all headed for
Being
In our Return
From our adventures
In the far land
Of seeming separation.

Well; not all
Unfortunately.
            But enough
To make it happen.
                And right
On Time.

--

And speaking of:
Why should I live
In the straightjacket
                of words
Marching in lines neatly
Across fields of paper
                 and making
Their racket that way,
Rather than, say
Letting them flow freely
As they will
When let loose to?
             The result
Is the same still:
           communication
Between equals
On The Path -
       sometimes taken
In a roundabout way, but
Facing no wrath
Of a lesser god
        (an ET, really,
         when you come
         right down to it)
Than the enormous One
Of which we are all a Part
Rather a warm welcome
Back
             for all that.
             If only because
We have been an Important Part
At that:
             For We are the carriers
Of the messages
Without Whom
There would be none.
          When all is said
And done.

                 So, glory
In your role
In the Whole
Everyone.

               And to all
A Good Night.

* A particular bugaboo for me in this 'cave,' in its classroom aspect, is the appalling, arrogant and outrageous nonsense engaged in by the Left of considering states requiring cleaned-up voting arrangements, including voter photo ID, being 'voter suppression;' which is apparently a code expression for 'racism'.  Gosh almighty darn you people to hell and back - YOU CAN'T REALLY FUNCTION IN LIFE WITHOUT A PHOTO ID THESE DAYS.  Get real.  And even MEXICO requires BOTH a VALID PHOTO ID AND a THUMB PRINT in order to vote in THAT country.  Gee willikers gosh almighty.  You gosh darn Leftists - and I'm going to give up on the euphemisms now, because employing them in place of what I REALLY want to say about the Left's perverting of the EXTREMELY IMPORTANT voting process (with such Alinskyite 'community organizing' techniques as people voting with addresses which are of vacant lots or office buildings, and rising from the dead to exercise their franchise, and multiple voting, and outright phony names, and on and on and bloody effing ON) makes ME feel a bit deceitful, tarnished  somewhat with that same quality that the Left demonstrates wholesale.
And not to say that the Right hasn't engaged in voting chicanery of its own.  But nobody seems to have raised such effing activity to the status of an art the way that the Left has.  Anyway - finis.  Over.  The information-eliciting game is done with.  A shame that it had to end on such a corrupt note.  It almost makes it seem as though NO incarnate souls can, on their own, escape the taint of the Dark, in their character-making (or not, as is, obviously, often the case) sojourn in the make-believe, matrix-like realm of free will.  Fortunately, that's not the case.  But the 'case' is, clearly, that many need help to make it back out of the classroom exercise.  And what does that say about our fundamental spiritual strength???????  It's actually sad.  Hugely so.  What a disappointment…
Anyway.  To move on, in this particular blog.  Where I'm trying to keep it civil.  And connected.  With   my highest.  Not my lowest.
But a final word on this particular subject: Voting is a sacred act.  It needs - needed - to be treated with much more respect than it was, had been.  By beings sovereign in their own right.  Not the playthings of masters.
That was for the likes of Lenin and Stalin, for peoples to learn lessons from.  No more.  Class is over.  Dismissed.  With a few runs, and many errors.
(And as for 'sovereigns in their own right': What nonsense this business of 'secular humanism'.  How silly, and especially of the more learned class.  Why should or would you be or do good if there is no fundamental reason to??  Even the least intelligent of 'students' have figured that one out.  Once society gives them no reason to believe that they are 'spiritual beings having a human experience,' rather than simply mammals, presumably of a higher level of intelligence than others in the species, the cleverest amongst them will opt for instant gratification exercises and exploits, and to hell with anybody or anything that gets in their way.  A 'trait' that has been exacerbated by the leaders of the society, who have engineered the breakdown of the family unit (and thereby  'teaching' the males in particular that their actions have no consequences, and giving the children no role models), for their political purposes, of having everyone become subservient to the almighty State.  Where power lies; which is the ultimate aphrodisiac for these vermin we have called - and made - our leaders.
But to return to the matter at hand.
     So.  Once upon a time…)
