More On The Language 'Thing'

Liberals......

‘Husband’ and ’wife’: bigoted terms; can’t say.  To go out the window with traditional ’marriage’.  To be replaced by ‘gender neutral’ language (like ‘spouse’), which doesn’t reflect ‘prejudice’ and ‘discrimination’…

“Words have meaning,” says one leftist (Rep. Lois Capps of CA) - which is hypocrisy at its finest.  ‘Words have meaning’ only when the Left wants them to, and when they have the meaning that the Left wants them to have, ascribes to them.  So, ‘natural born citizen’ doesn’t mean what the term meant to the constitutional Framers; it only means what leftists say it means.  And then, “words have meaning”.

Bah.

And then, of course, there’s the term ‘illegal aliens’.  ‘illegal aliens’ can’t be said, because it’s “insensitive”.  Therefore, the 'acceptable' use of the term ‘undocumented workers’.

So much nicer now, don’t you think?.
