On Answering The Call

         
                A lot
Of good men
And some women
                    died
Or were maimed
                in body
            and mind
Over the years,
               fighting
    this country's
               battles.
Some of those battles
      being suspect,
                granted,
As the machinations
Of our erstwhile
               masters.

   A shame.

   No matter
            now.
They answered
        the call
Of their country.
And this generation
Of Americans
             will do
       the same
If I have anything
              to do
             with it.
        And
        I
        do.
For I Am
An American.

   Come, join me
In taking
Our country
           back
From those who
Would try to
           hijack
           it
And consign them
           to

     oblivion

Or at least
        to prison
     for a good,
          long,

         time.
