On Our Watch

I ended my last blog on this note.  Time to wrap the issue up.  Last essay on the subject.

We come now to the final lesson in the book.  This one is entitled ‘Taking Responsibility For Your Actions’.

First example.

When I was growing up in the state of California there was something called the Bracero Program.  Workers from Mexico came into this state (and a number of others) on temporary work visas, to help with the tending of the fields and the harvesting of the fruits thereof, and then returned to their home country.  So far, so good, for everybody.

Why was the Bracero Program phased out?  I don’t know what the rationale was.  I wasn’t here during this intervening period, having lived abroad for over thirty-five years; and, upon my return, in 2012, like Rip Van Winkle, seeing everything changed in the interim.  All I know is that that situation has changed fundamentally.  For whatever given reasons, that arrangement wasn’t enough for some people.  And now - lo and behold - 'they' - mostly in the form of, er, 'undocumented workers' - are living, permanently, amongst us.

Becoming us.  And replacing us.  As they outbreed us.  And not just as immigrants, welcome to this country, to assimilate and become good American citizens.  But as - to call them by their rightful name - illegal aliens.

Mere residents.

To what end??

That was signaled, for me at least, when I read, not too long ago, that Governor Brown told an audience in the Los Angles area, in which it was known that many illegal aliens were present, that, quote, “You are welcome in this state”.  Unquote.

A state in which - surprise surprise! - there is no ID asked for in order to vote.  And even if it were, in which Illegal Aliens can receive driver’s licenses.  And in which everyone who applies for a driver’s license is automatically registered.  To.  Vote…

So.  In sum.  Why are Illegal Aliens “welcome” in this state?  Because Governor Brown, and his Jesuit buddies in particular, want to split this state off from the United States and make of it a nation-state of its own, in relationship with the United Nations, in order specifically to further the cause of the New World Order crowd.

Which is what the current CalExit movement is all about.

The whole scenario becoming more clear, as the days - and now, even hours - go by.

That is the intended, and desired, outcome, of what has been called The Powers that Be, or the Cabal, or the Illuminati; pick your poison.

I am here to see in a different outcome.

But first:

The next, and final, example, of this telling of a tale of our time.

This one has to do with the Constitution of the United States of America.  And specifically, regarding the eligibility requirements therein for the office of the presidency of the United States.

I won’t bore you, dear Reader, with all of the details of this story.  Anybody who has read in my blogs even just periodically will know whereof I speak in this matter, and regarding this critical issue.  Suffice it here for me just to summarize:

The ‘matter’ in its essence is The People not vetting their political parties’ candidates for the office of the presidency sufficiently, as was and is their responsibility, in this country’s system of government.

Brief question: If you wanted to find out what the constitutional Framers meant by the term, a ‘natural born’ citizen - rather than just any kind of citizen - what would you do?  Well, you could leave that kind of stuff up to ‘the lawyers’.  If you were just any old kind of citizen, that is; so busy in your daily life that you didn’t notice what was going on around you.  But if you were a truly responsible citizen - that is, taking your citizenship especially in this country responsibly - you would check out the historical record, and thereby find out what the term meant in their time.  And, as made easy peasy for us in our time to find out such a thing, by the invention of the Internet, there it is, big as day: the definition of the term from the definitive tome of their day on such nation-building matters, Emer de Vattel’s ‘The Law of Nations,’1 Book One, Chapter Nineteen, Section 212:  

“The natives, or natural born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…”2

So that makes the man who took to calling himself Barack Hussein Obama a Usurper in the office.3

So that means that all of the legislation that he signed into law, and all of the E.O.’s and P.D.’s that he issued, and all of the appointments that he made - including to the SCOTUS, and lesser courts - go with him.  Into the trash bin.  For it to be as if he had never been there.   Since he was never there legally. 

So.  You see how important this business is?  This business, of taking responsibility for your actions???  

The result in this instance?:

You have let the Dark-side players rule the day.

And so it will take a major effort to clean things up.  For, and by, The Light.

I can only conclude that it was foreseen that you would do all this because you still had lessons to learn.  Foremost among which being that if you were going to take on the authority of governing yourselves - rather than letting royal or cleric or oligarch or despot do that job - you had to learn to take on the responsibility as well.  And not go asleep on the watch.

It’s all a matter of learning how to be gods.  For, that is what you are.  In ultimate essence.

Chips off the old block.  As it were.

And is.

Being readied for the next stage.  On your journey.

1 and as confirmed as their scholarly source in such matters by the historical fact that Benjamin Franklin, the constitutional Framers’s elder and highly respected mentor - and sitting right there amongst them as a delegate himself to those proceedings to boot - was known to have three copies of said tome in his possession; one of which he even donated to the Continental Congress, for those statesmen’s edification on such matters, as they all engaged in the crucial matter of nation-building after the end of the War of Independence.

2 And thus have NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES.  Have SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the United States.  A crucial matter for them as regards that office in particular, since the occupant of that office was to become as well, then, the Commander in Chief of the nation’s military forces.  And they didn’t want anybody with conflicting loyalties - and ESPECIALLY from the UK; the enemy that they ‘just’ defeated in a long and bloody War of Independence -  slipping back into power over the fledgling nation, and for the ages.   

   And I will just note here quickly, for those who might attempt to argue that the term only means a person “born a citizen,” that that argument is knocked into a cocked hat by the blunt-instrument fact that Alexander Hamilton, as a delegate to those self-same proceedings, made just that proposal, as an eligibility requirement for that office, and his proposal was SPECIFICALLY TURNED DOWN, in favor of the more stringent category of citizen, of a ‘natural born’ citizen, i.e., a person needing to have been born both on the soil - jus soli, in legal parlance - and jus sanguinis, i.e., ‘of the blood’.

   And that eligibility requirement for that particular office STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.  And as signified, in a bit of a roundabout way, by the facts that that eligibility requirement was entered into the contract as swell or the office of the vice president by way of the 12th Amendment; logically, since the occupant of that office might ascend to that of the office of the presidency itself.

   The matter is very clear, and very simple.  Shyster-lawyer types notwithstanding.

3 And even if it turns out that he actually is a natural born citizen - since we don’t really know his birth circumstances, with the copy of his birth certificate that he posted on the official White House website having been proven to be a forgery - he has still committed a felony, by operating under a false identity.  So he was a fraudulent president in any event.

   Under the rule of law, that is.

   Under the rule of tyrants?

   Not so much.
   Just up to business as usual.
