Living a life of service, this fellow pilgrim on The Path1 has come up with some observations along the way, that I would like to share with you. A few of them:
In our day and age it has become obvious - like a day when the fog is clearing - that reincarnation is not only a belief for some but a fact for all. The evidence for it is overwhelming now, for those who have eyes to see. From studies, reports, books, videos, personal experiences, the truth is now a given: We have what we call souls, and those souls incarnate in more than one body.
So, what can we assume from that 'reincarnation' phenomenon, beyond what we are told by people who have had experiences of the larger reality that (seeming) linear life on Earth is (but) part of?2 Precisely that, for one thing - i.e. to say, that there is a larger reality, that this one that we are experiencing (in this part of the Now) is a part of; and therefore, there is some sort of Plan in and Purpose to life, beyond just in and for itself only.
What could that be? Beyond just the reports of those who have traveled to that far country, we can draw some logical conclusions for ourselves. And one is that we incarnate more than once in order to learn and grow, in awareness, in consciousness, from the experiences. Another is that there is a great Mind, or to say, more accurately, Consciousness, behind it all, that ours is a part of; and must therefore reflect, to varying degrees of fullness and clarity, depending on where we are, how far we have come, on our Path. And where could this Path be taking us, leading us to? It is logical to assume that it is leading us back to our Source. Back to Unity, with the All That Is. With the One. Having gained sufficient consciousness - what is called Awakening - to recognize that; to inherit that; and therefore, to become as the One ourselves.
A Creator, then, in our own right.
Sound fair enough, as a conclusion, from the facts??
Sound even familiar???
So, one more observation here and now, for the here and now:
I suggest that you stop giving your power away to others, who might be trying to keep you incarcerated in your ignorance of your true identity, as 'a child of God' - as a piece of that (larger) Continent, a part of that (larger) Main; not, then, truly subject to the dictates of mere Men. Many of whom, in the larger scheme of things, are acting out a Dark part, in The Play of Life: Giving us an experience of polarity, of duality, in order to further our growth, with Choice. With a degree of (seeming) separation, from our Source, as we encounter various learning lessons along The Way.
And thus endeth the lesson for today. From this particular source. May you be aware - as fully as you can be - of others, from other sources, today. In your (illusory; to say, theatrical, part-playing) life. Along your part of
The Way.

P.S. And in care you were wondering: I wouldn't be saying all this here if you, dear Reader, weren't ready for it.
A word to the wise, and all that.

1 calling myself - as the title of this blog site indicates - a seeker of Truth. To the point of having gone off (after dropping out of my formal education, after a life-changing 'spiritual experience') to what I figured must be 'the biggest Public Library in the Western world' - in New York City; all the way across the American continent, from my home in Southern California - to try to research the New Testament story in its original language texts (which I presumed must be Aramaic, beyond even the Greek versions that I had heard of, when first I 'practiced' to uncover the truth of that matter). I didn't get quite that far. But I got far enough in my research to know that at least the New Testament part of the Bible is certainly not the "inerrant," "infallible," "inspired" 'word of God' that it has been made out to be. It is, rather, as full of (man-made) holes as Swiss cheese. Or better yet descriptively, like a smellier variety of cheese. Our erstwhile Keepers treating us like mice. Not men.

2 not to talk about the relative 'reality' of space and time at this point
