I won't get off this hobby horse.  Not just yet.  As noted: It's THE Issue Of Our Time.

Time for "our generation to" wake up and realize that either we get back to the Constitution and its rule of law, or we are going to sleepwalk into tyranny and its rule of men.

I refer to the blunt fact that Rubio is not eligible for the office of the POTUS because he is not a "natural born" citizen, i.e., one born on the soil of two U.S. citizen parents.  That's PLURAL.  As in BOTH.  Which definition of the term there is ample historical proof to attest to.  He is no more eligible than Cruz.  Or Jindal.  Or Obama.

We try to make two wrongs make a right in this matter at our peril, as a federal constitutional Republic.  It is time to take the Usurper on full frontally on this matter.  Before we get even deeper into Error.  And turn the nation over to people who know precisely what they are doing in this nation-destroying matter.

They are trying to take it over by eliminating the Constitution, as nothing more than "a damn piece of paper," as it has been characterized.  By a recent Republican president.  Proving that we can't trust people on either side of the political aisle.  That both main political parties are in on the scam.  And so they both need to go down, under RICO-Statute proceedings. 

And we start fresh, alright.  Only, by getting back to the rule of law.  And the wisdom of the Founding Fathers in such matters.  For, if We the People (not the scalawags trying to treat us like cattle) had abided by the Constitution, and forced a refusal of Obama as the Democrat Party's candidate in 2008, we wouldn't be in this current mess.  But who knows.  Maybe this is what it has been all about:

 Thank you, CDR Kerchner, for a) being so clear and thorough about this matter, and b) keeping it ‘front and center’ before We the People – giving us no excuse to ignore the facts. ‘But I didn’t know’ will NOT be accepted, in the ultimate court of Justice: the ‘court’ of the law of Karma.

We have a major work to perform. We need to be about it. And fast. Before the original error is compounded; and we totally move away from the rule of law, and under the rule of men (where the concept of “words mean what I say they mean” rules). The very federal constitutional Republic is at stake. Will we save it? Only time will tell.

And there’s not much of that left.

Maybe the judicial branch can be counted on after all, to return the federal government to the letter and spirit of the Constitution. It has failed its role in the matter of Obama's ineligibility, through the SCOTUS having declined to hear a case on the issue. (Through the 'lack of standing' excuse. Who has better 'standing' than the American people, who are being defrauded in the matter?) A case that does not allow them to dodge the bullet, because it is being brought by candidates for the office who were clearly PERSONALLY defrauded/affected by the Usurper's illegal presence on the ballot, is making its way to their caseload. We'll see what they do about that one. And with this issue, of his executive-order overreach into the legislative-branch realm of making law, rather than staying within his executive-branch realm of merely executing the law. So they have two more chances to redeem themselves. If they fail to stand for the Constitution and its rule of law in either case, we are clearly into the realm of tyranny and its rule of men. In which case, all bets are off, as they say.

Well, if it wasn't clear before, it should be clear now: This is war. TPTB are making their move, unmistakably now, to make of us mere serfs in their totalitarian New World Order, with no rights but those they grant us - and mostly won't, because it's not in their nature to.

And so it's time to take them on. Full frontally. And NOT GIVE IN.

I don't know about you. But the image of a boot smashing interminably in my face doesn't particularly appeal to me. To each his own, I guess.
