- Correction. He is not a legally sitting president, so impeachment is not the way to go to get him out of that purloined office. He is simply a Usurper, and therefore subject merely to being arrested - by Oath Keepers - and held for trial on a whole host of charges by now (including fraud, perjury, and treason).
He is not a legally sitting president because he is not a 'natural born' citizen, which the constitutional Framers understood to mean a person "born in the country, of parents who are citizens". That is verbatim from the definitive tome of the day on such subjects, E. de Vattel's 'The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law,' Book One, Ch. XIX, Sect. 212. Look it up. The term itself may have gone through some permutations since that time, but the eligibility requirement ITSELF still stands, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary. And in point of fact, both major political parties of our day tried a total of 8 times between them, between 2003 and 2008, to get just such an amendment going through Congress - that is, including this particular issue as their common denominator - and failed each time even to get their proposals out of committee, such was the sensitivity around this particular issue. So: THEY KNEW. And KNOW, what the truth is regarding this subject. And that means that they have colluded in trying to keep the fact of the matter quiet from the American people. Who should have known better than to trust our political parties to tell us the truth about the matter. Which includes the fact that we have been deliberately kept in the dark so that, between them, they can slip the country into their masters' New World Order, as merely a part of a region thereof. Call it the North American Union, or by whatever name, it is what it is: perfidy. And needs to be rejected. And fast.
Do your homework. Two good sources: puzo1dotblogspotdotcom and the blog site of CDR C.F. Kerchner (Ret.). And then get ready to take matters into your, and our, own hands. Because we cannot trust our political leadership to do the job for us. We will have to do the job required - to take our country back - ourselves.
But then, we were warned, by our Founding Fathers, that this sort of thing might happen. Guess what. It has. And it is up to us to SET THINGS TO RIGHTS. For, the federal constitutional Republic of the United States is worth fighting for. And the world actually needs us to do that job, whether its peoples recognize that fact yet or not. Because this is a battle between the Dark and the Light.
Choose your side in this battle well, friend. Your immortal soul depends on your response to this challenge. This - is - it.
Oh - and P.S. This means, of course, that neither is Cruz eligible for the office. (Nor Rubio either, for that matter.) So we have a major cleaning job to engage in, now, of both sides of the (so-called) political aisle. But then if we but knew it, we would undoubtedly find that this is what we were born for. That it is no accident that we particular souls under these human body suits are incarnated at this particular time. So - time to rise to the occasion. The occasion, of why WE are here now.
It's time, that is to say, to wake up. And on many levels.

Personally - of course - I prefer nonviolent tactics. Civil disobedience; nonviolence Ghandian-style. Some possible features:
Citizens arrests, the perps to be held for trial in Common Law courts, or whatever legitimate courts are called (i.e., pre-Maritime Law courts). What perps? All members of Congress for whom there is solid suspicion of having engaged in bribery taking. Like Paul Ryan; reportedly paid a hefty sum for his work in steering TPA through, and thus keeping alive the TPP, for his masters. All such suspects to have their files sealed., for investigation of wrongdoing. Also sealing the files of all the executive-branch agencies, as, e.g., the FDA, for the same purpose (as in their communications with the corporations that they are supposed to be regulating). And I mention Citizens arrests, because the Oath Keepers can't do everything, be everywhere. This would be part of patriots having their backs. As we take our country back.
