E. de Vattel's definition of a 'natural born' citizen - 'from The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law,' Book One, Ch. XIX, Sect. 212 (and as taught in the universities of the day):

"The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country." The REAL issue is that Cruz is not eligible for the office, and once that gets established in the minds of The People, the next step will be to have the Usurper in the Oval Office at this time be arrested, by Oath Keepers, and held for trial (on a whole host of charges by now, including fraud, perjury, and treason) before he can do any more damage to the federal constitutional republic of the U.S.A. than he has already done. The definition of a ‘natural born’ citizen, which the historical record clearly shows that the constitutional Framers were going by, is in E. de Vattel’s definitive tome of their day on such matters, ‘The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law’, Book One, Ch. XIX, Sect. 212:

“The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers…” This is an eligibility requirement for the office of POTUS to this day, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary. And ever since the 12th Amendment, the NBC requirement also – logically – applies to the office of the VP as well.

All patriots: Check this definition out, and print it out for your use, and spread it around the country/on Comments threads as far and as wide as you can. We will take back our country yet, from those who are attempting to “transform” it into being a mere part of a region of TPTB’s totalitarian New World Order. And tell anybody who will listen: ‘Not MY country, you won’t.’

I have just come across some references as to why Glenn Beck and so many Mormons have backed Ted Cruz for the presidency.  Glenn, and others, have apparently helped persuade Utahns that Ted is the 'White Horse' of a Joseph Smith prophecy; that in the last days,

"You will see the Constitution of the United States almost destroyed.  It will hang like a thread as fine as a silk fiber."

They're backing the wrong horse.

They need to back the 'horse' that tells them the Truth of things.  With especial regard to the Constitution.

P.S. Just watched a report of Info War's David Knight from Utah on the Republican caucuses there earlier this week, wherein he detailed all the corruption that went on in that election, run by an outfit called Smartmatics, out of Venezuela.  No security at the voting places, supposed 'online' votes coming in by the boxful at the end to be included in the count, no exit polling - the works.

Sleaze.  Pure sleaze.  Third world country stuff.  

I am angry at this takedown of MY country.  And especially such hijinks going on as well in oh-so moral Utah.
