On Academia, And Life In General

I am watching/taking an Online Course on 'The Presidency And The Constitution,' a ten-part series sponsored by Hillsdale College, which it would be fair to describe as a conservative institution.  It is up to Part Three now, and I am finding it very informative and valuable, in going in detail into the role of the presidency in the American form of government.  But judging by their lack of at least widely known comment on a matter of much import in our day and age, I am not sure if they are going to answer such a proposal as the following:

'It is my logical contention that the constitutional Framers, in putting in their constitutional contract the eligibility requirement for the office of the presidency the necessity for that occupant to be a, quote, "natural born" citizen, were going by the American Common Law, or Natural Law, definition of that term as contained in Emmerich de Vattel's definitive tome of the day on such subjects, and as taught in the universities of the day, 'The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law'.  Discus.'

And if the question arises about subsequent Supreme Court decisions, I wonder what the response will be to my contention, that:

'Nothing trumps the Constitution but a constitutional amendment.'

It would be interesting to see what such an honorable institution as the Hillsdale College would have to say about that little matter.

But, of course, it is all merely academic anyway.

Isn't it.

Isn't it??

Else, why the silence???

From the likes of Hillsdale College.

And the American public.

Who are confronted with the ramifications of that little academic matter every day of their lives.

P.S. I understand that now, another demonizing word that TPTB call such as patriots - trying to smear them; like 'birthers;' 'truthers' (about 9/11); etc. - is 'originalist'.  As in, a believer in the original intent of the Constitution.  Rather than letting it become a wet noodle in their evil hands.

Or "just a damn piece of paper," in the characteristically colorful words of the man under whom this ball started rolling, under the (so-called) PATRIOT Act, George Dubya Bush.

Which is just waiting around the corner, to be applied to all patriots, just as soon as TPTB orchestrate their false flag op, to create the excuse for the Usurper to declare martial law.

We live in interesting times, indeed.

Which includes having prisons within prisons, called CMU units, for political prisoners.  In this country.

In this country.

Google Schaeffer Cox.

At least I think you can find some information on his case, via Google.

Maybe no longer.

That's how close we are, folks.

To the ball dropping.

And maybe I won't even be able to get to the end of that 10-part series, after all.........

P.P.S. All of this underscored by the fact that, under the new DSM-V - Diagnostic and Statistical Manual - of the American Psychiatric Association, 'Internet users" will not be allowed to own a gun, courtesy of the Usurper's administration.
Can you say, History repeats itself??
