Dear Joseph,

How come, if you are a true conservative, and believe in the rule of law - to say, in the Constitution - you seem not to understand that the issue of WHERE Obama was born is not the real issue; that the fact that he has claimed BO Sr. to be his birth father ruled, and rules, him out right there?

Why is it seemingly so hard to understand that to be a 'natural born' citizen requires the person to have been born a) in the country, and b) OF PARENTS WHO ARE CITIZENS THEREOF? Which is what makes it 'natural,' for heaven's sake?? So that the person has NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES???

Which was the whole POINT of the exercise on the part of the constitutional Framers in putting that particular eligibility requirement in their contract for that particular office - and that particular office ONLY: primarily because the occupant of that office as well then becomes the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces.

Can a true conservative be unaware of this fact??? It is certainly clear from the historical record - for many reasons too lengthy to enumerate here - what that term meant to the Constitution creators. And that eligibility requirement for that particular office STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.

Apparently, the American public, by and large, thinks that if there were anything untoward about Obama's eligibility, the Republican Party would have said something about it. But one just needs to look at the fact that that party chose to run ineligible candidates for that office themselves in this election (in the form of Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal), to understand that the fix is in. And that both major political parties have thus put the nation into a terrible, lawless fix, having blown a hole in the wall of the Constitution, and rendered it merely "a damn piece of paper," not worth the paper it's written on; and thus, opened the nation to the advent of tyrannical rule.

And that implicates so-called conservatives like you too, Joseph. Who are thus not worth the paper that YOU write on, either.

THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.  All you need, in order to know the meaning and intent of the 'natural born citizen' term that the constitutional Framers were going by when they codified it in their rule-of-law contract as an eligibility requirement for that particular office - a clue in its own right - is the ability to read plain English with a modicum of comprehension.  There's your 'credentials' right there. 

The average Joe and Jill American may have some difficulty with that ability, with the outrageous way that our schools have been teaching reading (another juicy subject in its own right).  But the average university student and graduate - and especially a person with at least some modicum of appreciation for the Constitution: what's YOUR excuse???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

'My Fellow Americans,

'This nation - a jewel among the nations, for establishing the rights of the individual over against the power of the state to rule over the individual, be that state commanded by royal or cleric or oligarchy or common despot - was founded on THE RULE OF LAW - its Constitution.

'It is time - and almost past - that we get back to that rule of law.  Or there will be hell to pay.

'I will lead you back to that rule of law. That we may go forward in dignity to a New Era and a better world, in alignment with the will of our Creator Source.

'But you need to be quick about your response.  Time is of the essence.
