- Very good point, Jason. An excellent article here, but only reference to drugs or psychotherapy/'counseling'. (One brief reference to exercise.) Nothing about nutrition. Which has to be the main reason for all this depression going on in the world; depression being one of the symptoms of a number of nutritional deficiencies. Along with the effects of pesticides.
We are being 'counseled' by maniacs.
