Ms. Daniels, 'We the People' are indebted to you for your brave investigative endeavors. I say brave because I believe that Breitbart was murdered and Loretta Fuddy too, as well as that guy who looked at Obama and Hillary's passport records.
You write, "After all, he was already installed as president, even though never vetted by anyone." But I must disagree with your conclusion. If, as is clearly the case, Mr. Obama was in the commission of the most serious crime of fraudulently representing himself as constitutionally eligible to be president while knowingly not so--and the man publicized himself as having been born in what is now called Kenya for some 16 years before first running for president--when he was illegally elected both times then he is not now and has never been the legal sitting president of the United States of America.

Good point, not to be lost sight of in all the digressive talk about the BC. But it's not just Obama "fraudulently representing himself as constitutionally eligible" for that office: he would never have been able to run the first time if it weren't for an obvious collusion between the Repub Party & Demo Party honchos; the former who had to have said to the latter: 'We won't say anything about your candidate on the 'natural born citizen' issue - and will help stiff any comment about it - if you won't say anything about our candidates in the future'. The proof: Both parties tried a total of 8 times between 2003 and 2008 to get a constitutional amendment on the NBC issue going through Congress, to eliminate it, and they failed every time even to get it out of Committee. So they obviously decided simply to do an end around on the matter - confuse the public about it, and ignore the Constitution. Which is a dead letter, until this issue is brought to justice. Or we will be governed by tyrants - who decide, like Hitler, that "I am the law" - from now on.
The term properly requires the candidate for that office - and that federal office ONLY, to show its specialness in the constitutional Framers' minds - to be born on the soil of two U.S. citizen parents. Anything less jeopardized the office of the potential Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces as being someone with DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES. Like a naturalized citizen. And like a dual citizen. Like Barry. He is, indeed, a Usurper (and must be arrested and removed from office as such).
American patriots must never lose sight of this fundamental requirement for that office, and must get the nation back on track, in alignment with its constitutional requirements. Or we are doomed to fail as a nation. So, we can't trust the Republican Party to do the 'opposition party' job, in our 2-party system. We must do the job ourselves, in taking back our country from its internal oppressors.
The Marxist Left knows that we are at war - they are waging it. That's why they are quietly preparing to put down the budding counter-revolution to their rule. Which would be a bloody tragedy. The answer, really, is not to go either to the Right OR the Left. But to go Up, in consciousness, to a higher level. I wonder if we are 'up' to it...
