On Being Taken To Task

I have been taken to task by a poster on a Comments thread who took umbrage at my characterizing the Sandy Hook Elementary School 'thing' as a hoax.  Herewith my reply:

I  learned
A long time ago
Not to believe everything
I heard
Or am told
        especially
        when it's by
Someone who has
                      something
To sell you, or
                    to
           sell you
                    on.
In this case, the danger
        of allowing
        The People
To have weapons
        of self-defense
That can protect them
From a government
                        bent
                        on
Taking them over
And corralling them
                       into
                       their
                       New
         World
                      Order.

It is for this reason
And this reason mainly
       that the federal
            government
           is trying to
                 subdue
                 us.

Don't listen to
               their
               siren
               song.
They are
            of
An inferior
Mentality
     that seeks
              Power
               Over
               Others
  rather than
         Power
         With
   each other -

        the power
        to create
     a better world
   together
                in unison
                with
        the Higher
        Powers.
                      Not
   the lower.

          So, Come
           all.
     We are all
     in this
     together
     like the cells
     of One
     Body.
                 Let's
                 act
             like it.
