          missed
                out
                 on
                the
        Greatest
    Generation.
         As I did
           too, by
                    a
          whisker
               as it
              were)
                who
      struck fear -
                   no;
               strike
                 that:
       who struck
     capitulation
                 into
        the hearts
                   of
     his enemies
   and defeated
               them
               there;
        And then
               there
                was
     MacArthur
                  for
           another;
                who
               knew
         the value
    of the larger
           than life
             gesture
            in order              
   to accomplish
Your ends.

              for one.

            for all
