We don't actually need to throw the Diagnostic Manual book at him, to get him out of the office. He is illegally occupying that office anyway. And it doesn't even have to do with where he was born. It has to do with his parents.
The constitutional Framers put a special requirement into the Constitution for a candidate's eligibility for the office of the presidency - and that particular federal office ONLY. The requirement was to be, not just a citizen of the U.S., but a "natural born" citizen. The purpose was so that the candidate, if elected - who would as well then become the Commander-in-Chief of the nation's military forces - would not have any DUAL LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES. Like a naturalized citizen. And like a dual citizen. Like Obama. (See puzo1dotblogspotdotcom; see the 2 videos by Prof. Herb Titus; see the blog of CDR C.F. Kerchner (Ret.); etc.)
Why was this requirement overlooked? Mainly, because the Republican Party, as the official opposition party, CHOSE to overlook it, and thus not challenge BHO's nomination. Why? One can surmise that it was because they had the same scam in mind for their own candidates in the future. You see, both main political parties tried a total of 8 times between 2003 and 2008 to get a constitutional amendment starting through Congress to eliminate this particular requirement - and they failed every time even to get it out of committee, such was its sensitive nature. So they obviously decided on a quid pro quo between them: 'We won't say anything about your candidate on this, er, little matter, if you won't say anything about ours in the future.' The actual facts will come out, in an impartial court of law, when the authorities of both parties are brought up for trial on RICO Statute provisions, for collusory activity between them. Which they will be. Once the Usurper is summarily dismissed from the office and held for trial, for his role in this, and his many crimes committed while illegally in that office - by Oathkeepers, current and retired; with The People having their backs on the matter - and an Officer of The People is appointed to oversee new elections, and in the meantime, to clean out the Augean Stables of the Executive branch of government of the venomous and corrupt individuals currently infesting those agencies. (The VP not to move up to the POTUS position because he is indictable on the self-same RICO Statutes; along with the ex-Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, who presided over the illegal nomination of BHO in the first place, in the 2008 Democrat Nominating Convention.)
And a total cleanout of the American form of government will commence from there. Including the illegality of the Federal Reserve System, and its by-definition illegal FRN, funny-money 'dollars'. But more on all of that, another time. First things first: to get this Imposter out of that office, before he and his collectivist comrades do any more damage to the nation than they already have.

P.S. Speaking of the 25th Amendment; an interesting story there. It was put in place in order to help get Nelson 'Rocky' Rockefeller into the Oval Office. He had tried 3 times to get the Republican Party nomination, and failed each time, being too liberal for the grassroots of the party. So the Boys in the Backroom did an end-around ploy: They got the 25th Amendment in place, then, took down Nixon, and had his VP, Gerald Ford, appoint - guess who - as his Veep when he moved up (on paper, at least). But alas for the best-laid plans of mice and such-like men, things didn't work out for Rocky the way he, and they, had planned.
Such is the life of con artists. Win some. Lose some.
Barry, & his Backroom Boys, need now to lose this one.
And soon. Things are getting very hairy. Not to let those things get out of hand.
Rather, to let the Light in, on this scurrilous activity. And banish it from the scene. As being not capable of withstanding the power of said Light. As our Ascension process kicks in, more and more. Out of such fields of darkness.
