Building on my last few blogs, and the end of my last one in particular, regarding the subject of corruption: An example. And I am incensed almost beyond words by its extreme level of perfidy.
It is captured rather well in a letter that I received just yesterday from the Heritage Foundation, a leading conservative think tank and provider of policy material to politicians. The issue involved in its mailing was regarding what is - erroneously and euphemistically - called ‘birthright citizenship’. Here is an excerpt from their letter on this corrosive subject (emphases in original):
“Birthright citizenship is based on a mistaken interpretation of the Constitution. The Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment provides that ‘All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.’
“This Amendment was passed after the Civil War in order to make it clear that slaves who had been freed were now U.S. citizens.
“The Senators who wrote the Amendment did not intend it to mean that everyone born here is a citizen. The Heritage Foundation’s legal experts have studied the history of the Amendment, the statements of those who wrote the Amendment, the laws Congress passed on citizenship at the time, and the legal cases about the Amendment…
“…and they have determined that we are not required by the Constitution to grant birthright citizenship."
So far, so correct. I mean, it’s obvious. The Amendment does not confer, and is not conferring, American citizenship on aliens, in the country either illegally or legally: they are still “subject to the jurisdiction” of their home countries. But then the HF goes off the rails a bit:
“These experienced constitutional scholars have concluded that Congress can eliminate birthright citizenship simply by passing a resolution…
“The Heritage Foundation is educating members of Congress on this issue to show them two things: First, that birthright citizenship is a disastrous policy for America. And second, that they have the power to change the rules about citizenship.”
This last paragraph should more accurately read: “…First, that the so-called ‘anchor babies’ category of citizens is APOCRYPHAL - is ILLEGAL. Second, that it is disastrous policy for America. And third, that they have the power to change the error in the law that has allowed this deception to take place - and so does the Executive off his own bat, as the third and co-equal branch of the federal government. And not just the power to do so, but the responsibility. To bring the federal government back under
THE RULE OF LAW.”
And it doesn’t require Congress to ‘pass a resolution’. It simply requires them to FOLLOW THE LEGITIMATE LAW. To DECLARE THE LAW THE LAW.
As part of bringing The Play to
its End. Because the American Constitution has been so conflicted by such scrofulous treatment as this atrocious example that it is beyond repair.*
This being but just one example of many of a particular heinous nature and degree. Take that major one of our time: the sitting of an ineligible candidate in the office of the presidency of the United States. I refer - of course - to one Barack Hussein Obama. Or whatever his legal name is. Who was not eligible for that particular federal office, because one of the eligibility requirements for it is that the occupant needs to be a ‘natural born’ citizen. Not just any old kind of citizen. With the definition of the term very clear in the historic record, from the definitive tome of the day of the constitutional Framers, E. de Vattel’s ‘The Law of Nations’. Defining the term as a person “born in the country, OF PARENTS WHO ARE CITIZENS” thereof. Which makes eminent sense. So that the person occupying that particular federal office - who would as well, then, become the Commander in Chief of the nation’s military forces - would have NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES. Would have SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the United States.
Which said Barack Obama showed, by many an example, not to have. Thus proving the wisdom of the constitutional Framers, in codifying that eligibility requirement in the Constitution for that particular office.
And which showed the appalling lack of attention to detail of our political and legal classes.
And, behind them all, ultimately that of The People. Who allowed this country to be hijacked.
Like taking candy from a baby. A class of persons - American citizens; and over many years - who proved to be sorely lacking in the responsibilities of the ‘office’. The office
of an American citizen.
A true
American citizen.
What a pity. In any event: It’s time - and almost past - to redress the grievance - the horrendous grievance - against the rule of law in this country. By the Executive declaring Martial Law. And taking over, for a full sweep out of power of those miscreants who have plotted - for a very long time - to take over the country, and turn it into merely part of their totalitarian New World Order. And to institute
The Real Thing.
With all the lessons along
The Way
that have accrued to
The Journey.
And that person doesn’t appear to be President Trump himself. Who is conflicted.
And so The People -
rising to the occasion, at last -
need to do the job. With a little help
from their friends in the rafters.
To bring in -
as the Synthesis of the historical Process -
the kingdom of heaven. Which is
a state of consciousness.
And in which no corruption can exist.
For being foreign to its makeup.

* That treatment having been administered, over many years, by shoddy lawyers and judges, who have managed to wreak havoc on the rule of law in this country by pretending that the law - the Constitution - is ‘a living document,’ subject to the personal proclivities of such shady characters as have managed to make a mockery of the institution - and the whole concept - of Justice.
They should not be just ashamed. They should be brought to the bar of Justice.
True Justice.
