On A 'Need To Know' Basis

"A new law is taking place in 2020 making it illegal for public schools to suspend students in first through fifth grade who are unruly and defy teachers or administrators. The following year, this law will extend to students from sixth through eighth grade. Suspensions were made illegal after supporters claimed that disciplinary action targeted students of color. -GEG”

How so?  

“As a local NBC affiliate reported earlier when the bill [SB 419] was passed by the state House and Senate:

“The bill by Sen. Nancy Skinner, D-Berkeley, would ban the suspension of students in grades K-8 for refusing to obey a teacher or administrator, a practice known as willful defiance.

“‘I’ve dealt with a lot of these cases,’ said Berry Accius, founder of Voice of the Youth, a nonprofit mentoring program in Sacramento. ‘Unfortunately, I’ve had kids that have been suspended for sometimes three months.’

“Accius said school suspensions are used disproportionately against students of color.

“‘African American males and females, they are suspended at a higher rate — especially the African American males,’ Accius said.”

Ah.  I see.  African American males and females “are suspended at a higher rate”.  Because…

…they engage in such activity AT a higher rate…

Ladies and gentlemen: We ALL ’Need To Know’ that this sort of crap is going to come to a screeching halt.  Because 

Truth will take over now.

And that, of course, goes for mandatory vaccination laws, and oh, a whole host of outrageous ‘activity’ going on.  In a ‘state’ that has reached its Use By date.  As things on Planet Earth go Up a notch.

Because why?

Because Life is about far more - has more of a meaning; Plan in and Purpose to it - than just in and for itself only.

And are you ever going to feel foolish when you wake up out of your stupor and realize that.
