On Being Manipulated

So now the TPP is out in the open.  And it is as figured, by any even halfway intelligent auditor of the modern scene: a ‘deal’ for the end of national sovereignty, and the installation of TPTB’s desired, and totalitarian, New World Order.

They have been very clever in the artillery-softening lead up to it.  Item: 

* Some liberal college authorities agreeing with an undercover agent that the Constitution (being passed out on campus by some rightwing organization) is a “trigger” for her, and assisting her to get it shredded.1

Item:

* “You see, the radical left is not content with their court victories permitting them to burn and spit on the American Flag…

Now, granted that the U.S. has been manipulated in the past to go to war to make the world safer for the likes of Halliburton & Co.  But who in their right mind would throw the baby out with the bathwater??

Oh - I get it.

The far Left.

Our - idealistic - youth.  Under the tutelage of their radicalized mentors in our schools.

All, being manipulated by the likes of…you guessed it: 

Halliburton & Co.

And now, we are right up against it, with the likes of the TPA, and the TPP.  And the TTIP to follow.  And.  And…  

Whither thou goest, America? Warriors for the Light??  The Away Team for the Truth Embodiers???

P.S. As for the 'And's: Not to mention the softly softly gathering of Russian troops in Alaska (with our defenses down in that area, courtesy of the Marxist Usurper in the Oval Office), and Russian and Chinese troops in Central & South America (and Cuba).  And our porous southern border; having allowed not only illegal aliens into the country - excuse me; 'undocumented workers' (undercutting American citizens's employment) - but sabotage- and assassinaation-minded members of Hispanic gangs, and outright jihadist members of the likes of ISIS. 

   I know that some people think that Putin is a savior.  It remains to be seen what kind.  And who for, ultimately.

   The likes of Kissinger; whom he once acknowledged as his 'mentor'??

   An awful lot of these kinds of 'mentors' around, these dark days.  And darkening further by the day... 

    And not just because we are entering into winter.

    But into the winter of our discontent.

I have just read portions of the TPP. I urge you to vote NO on this sovereignty-destroying plan of Big Business. 

"Illegal trade barriers" means no national laws/regulations against indiscriminate fish netting (dolphin-free), for labeling of GMOs, etc. etc. etc. From legitimate food safety & labeling and environmental concerns, to the open Internet, to investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) provisions, this treaty is a disaster from start to finish. 

You might just as well phone your part in, for all the role of the Congress in this sort of sovereignty-selling-out nonsense. Help nip it in the bud.

• Sigh...Do conservatives have as much lack of reading comprehension as liberals? Or are some of them just PLAYING dumb?? We're not talking about a mere "citizen". The Constitution requires, for the office of the POTUS - and that particular federal office ONLY; for good reason, which I will come to in a minute - that the occupant needs to be a "natural born" citizen. Which is defined, and as at the time of its rendering into the constitutional contract, as being one born on the soil of (in this case, U.S.) citizen parents. That's PLURAL. As in BOTH.

  The whole POINT of the exercise on the part of the constitutional Framers in putting that particular eligibility requirement in their contract for that particular office was so that the occupant of that office, who would as well then become the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces, would have NO DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES. As a naturalized citizen would be subject to. And as a DUAL citizen would MOST CERTAINLY be subject to. Like Cruz. And like Obama. And that is why BO is a Usurper in the office, and needs to be removed from the office - arrested, and held for trial on a whole host of charges by now. Including fraud, perjury, and treason.

  It doesn't MATTER what any administrative code may or may not say to the issue. The only way to get around the 'natural born' requirement would be by a constitutional amendment. And in point of fact, both main political parties tried a total of 8 times between them, between 2003 and '08, to get precisely such a constitutional amendment going through Congress, to water down that strict requirement - and they failed each time even to get their proposals out of committee, such was the sensitivity around the issue. So what did they do? They colluded, in trying to do an end around of the Constitution. Which means that by rights, the authorities of both parties need to be hauled into a - legitimate - court of law, and tried under RICO statutes, for the criminal enterprises that they are - and both parties dissolved for that reason. In the meantime, at the risk of pointing out the obvious: Two wrongs do NOT make a right. Cruz MUST face the facts, and bow out of the race - and thereby, hang BO out to dry, for being the Imposter in that office that he is.

  So, Cruz could STILL be the hero in this whole messy matter. Messy, including the fact that all the legislation that the Usurper has signed into law, and all the E.O.'s and P.D.'s that he has issued, and all the appointments that he has made (including to the SCOTUS), go with him, into the trash bin. And this nation gets back to the rule of law - the Constitution. Not the rule of men. Aka arbitrary law. Which is the hallmark of tyrants down through the ages.

The number that the socialists have pulled on the educational systems in this country -  admittedly with the help of their fascist counterparts over on the far Right; collectivists all - is atrocious.  Reading comprehension is just part of it.  There's the New Math; which is designed to screw up our kids's minds, and make them not want to pursue such subjects, thus dumbing down the country, in order to meld it into the collectivists' desired New World Order.  And there is this business of their having withdrawn the teaching of spelling; which is so obvious in the illiterate postings on the Internet that it is almost laughable.*   

But spelling changes over time anyway?  But in the meantime, there is the little natter of training our children's minds to look at the detail of things.  And to appreciate the detail of things.  And the difference in meaning that the details can bring.  As in the differences, say, between their, there, and they're.

And as in the difference between a born citizen and a natural born citizen...

I won't belabor the point  Let me close this particular blog with the comment, and observation, that:

Your attitude towards Truth - the Truth of things; as opposed to the expedience of things  - leaves something to be desired, America.

'So, what are you going to do about it?  Eh?  Eh?'

Just to clarify: This speech was a year ago.

Having said that, it is still valuable, as a clear indication of Putin's thinking.  And though l have suspicions of his motives (based on deceptive measures of the old USSR), on the whole he seems to be 'a man of his word'.  And THAT said, a valid way of looking at the Russia of today is that Putin is not happy with a 'unipolar' world run by what we call the Cabal - in their lust for power and control over the whole planet - and could well be moving quietly, not against the people of the U.S., but against our erstwhile Overlords.

And that is to be appreciated; not deplored.

As to my comment about his 'moving quietly': there is evidence that Russian troops are moving stealthily into Alaska; and, along with their quiet involvement in the Jade Helm15 exercise, they are there courtesy of Obama.  So: it is a worry, and puzzlement.  So the jury is still out on Putin's motives. 

I guess we will just have to wait and see, whose side he is actually on.

We need men/women like yourself - constitutionalists with a ‘voice’ - to start calling a spade a spade on this matter.  To build a fire under both or either Cruz and/or Rubio, designed to get them to admit that they are constitutionally ineligible for the top job (or the VP slot either, for that matter) - and that therefore BO is as well.  A Usurper in the Oval Office as we speak; who is dangerously close to pulling the plug on the federal constitutional Republic of the United States of America.

With such an event as much on ‘your’ (for example) head as on the heads of TPTB behind the whole dastardly scenario.  Which has been going on long enough, now.

When will many - too many - conservatives wake up and realize that they have been had by the Repub Party going along with the pretense that BO is an eligible occupant of the Oval Office?  He is not a 'natural born' citizen, and neither is Cruz (or Rubio, for that matter); i.e, one born on the soil of TWO citizen parents.  Thus, the Constitution has been made into "just a damn piece of paper," as Bush Junior characterized it - a wet noodle, to be manipulated at will by TPTB - over both major political parties in the country.  Thus, we are no longer living under the rule of law, but under the rule of men.  Aka arbitrary law.  Which is the hallmark of tyrants down through the ages.

'Wake up America!' includes the fact that Ted Cruz is ineligible for the office of the POTUS, just as BO is, for not being a 'natural born' citizen, i.e., one born on the soil of TWO (in this case, U.S.) citizen parents.  The Republican Party authorities obviously joined with their Democrat Party counterparts in this hijack of the Constitution, for their own purposes, which also includes wanting to pass the sovereignty-destroying TPP & other such trade 'agreements'.  It is the end of the federal constitutional Republic of the U.S. of A. that they wish, and its submersion into being merely a part of a region (tentatively called the North American Union) of TPTB's intended New World Order.  Their totalitarian NWO; in which The People are simply treated like cattle, with no real rights, since there will be no Constitution.

The American people have been had, by experts; thinking they have had choice between the two main political parties, when all the time those parties are joined at the top of the pyramid of power.  We still have a little time to undo this damage to our Republic, and throw these miscreants out of power.  But barely.  Tempus fugit.

It's clear that now the Usurper is going a bridge too far, in sending U.S. ground forces into harm's way without good reason.  We have no business being in Syria in the first place - and especially not now, when Russian troops have come into the killing arena at the request of the legally sitting government.  This is all the machinations of TPTB, who want a WWIII, for purposes not just of money-making, but of power.  They must not be allowed to get their goodies.

It's time - and almost past - to take a fundamental stand.  The American military must lend muscle to the dethronement of the Usurper - illegally occupying the presidential office for his not being a "natural born citizen" as required by the Constitution (i.e., one born on the soil of TWO citizen parents; the definition of the term at the time of its inclusion in the Constitutional contract) - by Constitutional Sheriffs and other Oathkeepers, and his being held for trial on a whole host of charges by now (including fraud, perjury, and treason); and a rescission being made of his unilateral and highhanded decision to send U.S. troops into a war zone, as The People make their voices heard about such an arrogant maneuver.  The nation's military is not his private tool, to do with as he wills.  He needs to be gotten out of that purloined office - and fast.  And the nation set back to rights, under its Constitution.  To say, under the rule of law.  No longer the rule of men.  Aka arbitrary law.  Which is the hallmark of tyrants down through the ages.

This insult to the American Republic has lasted long enough.  Patriots - to the rescue!

…Between The Parts And The Whole

          In The Interests Of Truth

If the person with whom I was having a little Comments-thread conversation last evening responds to my response in a derogatory fashion,* I have my response to such a response all ready to go; to wit:

‘At the risk of pointing out the obvious, to any halfway intelligent adult: a change in the law of the land of as substantive a nature as the one that we are talking about - i.e., in the eligibility requirements for the office of the presidency of the United States - would require an amendment TO the constitutional contract, not just a shrug of the shoulders, and belittling ridicule words (such as ’birther’).  And in point of fact, THIS requirement has been RECOGNIZED by both of the major political parties in our day; when between 2003 and ’08 both of said parties tried a total of eight times between them to get a Constitutional amendment going through Congress on this very issue - and failed each time even to get their proposals out of committee, such was the sensitivity around the issue.  So, what did they do, in the end?    

‘In the end - obviously - they colluded, in an attempt to slip their criminal act by an unawakened citizenry, via their control, between them, over the mainstream media, and the judicial branch of government, and - of course - the Congress.  

‘And thereby, is the TRUE end of this caper: their downfall, for not having just committed an error in judgement.  But a crime.  

‘And they have nobody to blame but themselves, and their hubristic, and fatal, belief thereby that The People would remain asleep to their machinations.  Or, via the police-state and mind-control measures that TPTB have put in place, not be able to do anything about it even if they DID wake up in the middle of their screwing - wake up to the hijack of their country.  To the ATTEMPTED hijack of their country.  By denizens of the deep: about as low in consciousness, and morality, as any soul could ever get.  

‘Ever since, at least, the fall of the Roman Republic, to such benighted entities, and some outright malevolent; drunk with the desire for Power Over Others.  Which exact same scenario we seem to be in the midst of a replay of as we speak.  And which - as these things go; and except for those souls still entrained by their conditioning, and having yet to work that karma out - may have occasioned the players in the Drama of Life to take, this time, the ‘other side’ in the scenario.  For the lessons to be learnt thereby.  Down to deep in our souls.  To become better consciences; facets; fractals.  More developed pieces of the continent, parts of the main.  

‘And therefore, we all benefit by our individually acting thus.  Including    

‘The All That Is.

‘Holograms OF The Whole as we are.’

But then again, maybe I won’t.  Wouldn’t want to spook the horses.

Those horses that I have asked the Federal Marshals and Oathkeepers not to spare, in coming to the aid of their country.

Speaking of pieces of the continent, parts of the main (whereby each of us, acting at the lower end of our potential, acts as low 'wattage', occluding the Message, keeping pure Light from coming through this sector, this precinct of the cosmos): an earlier part of that Meditation by John Donne (the 17th) than the better-known part, about 'for whom the bell tolls', spoke to me, after a 'spiritual experience' - an awakening - that I had, many years ago, and has remained with me ever since:

'The bell doth toll for him who thinks it doth; and though it intermit again, yet from that minute that that occasion wrought upon him, he is united to God.'

May you - if you haven't already - have such a 'minute' in your life.  And so join, now, in the redemption of this part - this facet; this aspect, that is life on Earth - of the Whole.

So that as many of us as possible

can go Home, again.

  Ted Cruz is a born dual citizen. His father was not an American citizen at the time of his birth. Therefore, he is not a 'natural born' citizen - i.e., one born on the soil (jus soli) of two (in this case, U.S.) citizen parents (jus sanguinis).
• 
  There is also the little matter of his having been born in Canada, therefore not born 'of the soil' (jus soli). But the key issue regarding his citizenship is that of his father still having been a citizen of Cuba at the time that Ted was born.

  He makes a good, even great, senator. He needs to stay in that position - and let the nation get back to its rule of law, i.e., the Constitution. Or the nation wreckers take over. And I for one am not going to stand for it.

  And nor should you.
