P.S. to my last comment:

I have today decided, rather than to support conservative Republican members of Congress and candidates, to cut support for the Republican Party altogether.  Yesterday I mailed a financial contribution for the re-election of 5 conservative Republican incumbents; but today I decided, on reflection, to cut all that off.  As I have just responded to one of the conservative senators whom I have supported financially in the past, that being Sen. Pat Toomey (R - PA), who has just sent out letters for support for his re-election bid:

“Dear Pat,

“Sorry, but I simply cannot support the Republican Party any longer.  Its failure to call Obama on his ineligibility for the office - for not being a ‘natural born’ citizen as defined by E. de Vattel in his definitive tome on such matters, ‘The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law,* - and then compounding the crime by running ineligible candidates of its own - is too much to bear.  I refuse to support such gross malfeasance of duty.

“Accordingly, take me off your mailing list.  The Republican Party will get no more money from me.”

The Republican establishment and the RNC lost me in 2008 when their mouthpieces on radio and television stated repeatedly " If Mike Huckabee is elected President, it will be the end of the Republican Party as we know it". I was screaming good and good riddance even then. They then failed to make any case with details and specifics as to why, other than to repeat the RNC mantra that Mike was a fiscal liberal. Being from Arkansas, I knew he wasn't (If anyone wants to understand why he isn't, ask me). Can you imagine how much better off we would be today if Mile was elected? The Republican establishment, not the Democrats, spent millions to destroy Huckabee coming out of Iowa. They then pushed Fred Thompson into the race to take votes from Huckabee going into South Carolina (More than a few prominent studies have concluded that Mike Huckabee would have won South Carolina and the nomination if not for Fred entering the race - you can look them up). If you think that the Republican establishment/RNC/Elite/Donor Class thugs are not capable of the most vile and corrupt behavior at the expense of America and the American People for power and personal gain, you are completely deceived. The same special interests that have bought and paid for the Republican establishment are exactly the same, not all from our country, that own the Democratic Party. There is no difference. I have not given the RNC a red cent since 2008. I donated in the past to them to defeat the Democrats, not spend millions against Republican candidates. I am a retired Naval Officer of 33 years and am as conservative as they come, but the Republican establishment and the RNC and their media henchmen on radio, TV, and in print have appalled me for years. It is time to end their reign of destruction and assault on the American people and our Constitution. The Republican establishment is evil and the antithesis of what made America great. They invoke Ronald Reagan daily and do the opposite of what he would do. President Reagan was a man of character, honor, and integrity; qualities that can not be found in the Republican elites today. Mitt Romney sickens me. I voted for him because I had no choice. I am not against the other candidates except for the puppet robot, Marco Rubio. Corruption is absolute inside the Beltway. Over 60,000 lobbyists live and work full time in and around DC. Special interests buy and control the Government. It is time to have the vision to look beyond the Presidential candidate and see the appointments and administration to come; Ted Cruz as Vice President, Chris Christie as Attorney General, Rudy Giuliani as Director of Homeland Security, Ben Carson as Surgeon General, etc. We must see the whole package. The right people, that can't be bought, to clean up Washington and restore our Government to the people will be put in place. We must fight knowing our lives and the lives of our children and grandchildren depend on what we do now. See the Establishment for what they are, and loathe and resist them as appropriate and moral. Donald Trump is our last best hope. He will surround himself with the best advisors. Whether you are Republican, Conservative, Democrat, or Independent, we must put ideology and differences aside and do the right thing! We are not just $19 trillion dollars in debt. We have over $122 trillion dollars in unfunded debt and obligations over the next 10 years. That is essentially a million dollars per household in America. Are you willing to leave that burden to your children? I AM NOT and will fight with all I am to change this reality!

  I totally support you, Faryle_G - except for Cruz as VP. He is not eligible for that job, for the same reason that he is not eligible for the top job - & for the same reason that the Usurper in the Oval Office today is just that: not eligible for it either. Neither of them (& including Rubio, for that matter) are 'natural born' citizens; which was defined at the time that it was placed in the constitutional contract as an eligibility requirement for the office of POTUS as a person born in the country of citizen parents thereof, who were said citizens at the time of the person's birth. (The whole point of the exercise being to make sure that the occupant of that office, who would as well then become the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces, had NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES. I'm sure that you, as a retired Naval officer, can appreciate that sentiment.)

The National Review is not conservative as in the way most people think, of liberal vs conservative. The NR is internationalist, on the side of corporate internationalism. They are a part of the New World Order crowd. They want the U.S. to become a mere cog in the internationalist machine.

Trump is standing between the socialists/communists on the far Left - and the RINOs in the center-left - and the fascists on the far Right, waffling a bit around the middle. The Republican Party is undergoing a major rift in its ranks; and it's high time that it did. The Establishment GOP wants to take the U.S. down a road that Middle America (what's left of it) doesn't want to go. Good to keep an eye on the details of such maneuvers. You can't trust Cruz on anything. He is in the pocket of the NWO crowd. How do I know? Because, as a (self-reported) constitutional law scholar, believing in 'originalism', he should know that he is not eligible for the office of POTUS, and is banking on the same media control, and major political-party control over the judicial branch (so far), that has allowed Obama to be in and remain in the Oval Office illegally as well.

As Cruz should well know, the original definition of a 'natural born citizen' is a person born in the country (or its equivalent) of citizen parents thereof, who were its citizens at the time of the person's birth. The definition is from the definitive tome of the day on such subjects, E. de Vattel's 'The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law'. Cruz is counting on various obfuscations that have crept in over the years on the issue of the precise definition; but the eligibility requirement ITSELF remains the same. Until a constitutional amendment changes it. Of which, there has not been one yet. Although, both major parties tried a total of 8 times between them, between 2003 and '08, to get just such an amendment starting through Congress - and they failed each time even to get their proposals out of committee, such was the sensitivity around this particular issue (the common denominator to all of the proposals). So: THEY KNEW. And know. That a) Obama is a Usurper; and b) They are trying to make two wrongs make a right, and thereby drive a coach and horses through the wall of the Constitution, to make of it a mere plaything of TPTB, where words mean what they say they mean. Which is the end of the rule of law in the country, and its replacement with the rule of men. Aka arbitrary law. Aka tyranny.

That would be the outcome, if Cruz, and Rubio, are not stopped in their political-party-backed attempts to demolish the Constitution; the better to merge the U.S. into the New World Order desired of said PTB. Which would be the end of essential liberty on this planet, and its replacement with a totalitarian empire run by the Elite. Thank you, no thank you, all the same.

Here we go with that nonsense again. This has been long taken care of, and he is 100% eligible, as constitutional lawyers have already deemed. But all one has to do is read the constitution to know, pretty simple. Your argument is like saying if an american citizen goes on vacation to Germany for 2 weeks and births a child there, then comes back, that child is never eligible. Ludicrous! He held a dual citizenship until 2014, not even knowing he had a dual. Once he was informed, he ridded the canadian one, never having any use for it, as it is only American committments he was interested in.

Mike Fleshman: You need to do a little more homework than just take the word of a couple of Harvard lawyers on this issue, looking to support one of theirs. If you dig really deep, you will find that the constitutional Framers, in putting the 'natural born' requirement in their contract for that particular office - and that particular federal office ONLY; which is a tipoff as to their meaning and intent - were going by the definitive tome of their day on such issues, E. de Vattel's 'The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law,' which gives the definition of a 'natural born' citizen as a person born in the country (or its equivalent) of citizen parents thereof, who were its citizens at the time of the person's birth. (All of that is what makes it 'natural'.) The whole POINT of their including this requirement for that office is because of the sensitivity of the office, whose occupant also becomes the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces. They were looking to make sure that the occupant had NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES. Had SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the U.S. And ESPECIALLY regarding the father, from whom citizenship descends legalistically speaking. 

Subsequent permutations on the term have no bearing on the eligibility requirement ITSELF. To change that would require a constitutional amendment. None has been forthcoming so far. Although, both current major political parties tried, a total of 8 times between them, between 2003 and '08, to get an amendment started through Congress on this VERY ISSUE - and failed each time even to get their proposals out of committee, such was the sensitivity around this issue. So: THEY BOTH KNEW. And KNOW. So: What's going on here? Good guess: Both major political parties have been trying to get someone with foreign influences into that office, to help take the U.S. into TPTB's New World Order. Another story, in itself. But the bottom line is the same: Neither Obama, Cruz, nor Rubio are constitutionally eligible for that job. And if we are to keep our Constitution, we need to honor it. Not be a party to its trashing, like these bozos running things these days are trying to do.

'If you don't understand that, you need to wake up to it.  To the fundamental fact that actions have consequences; and you are flirting with terrible consequences to your actions.'

And let me clarify right here and now: There is no advancing beyond this point for anything less than the Truth of things.  For, The Drama is over.  It's time for (drum roll:)

the real thing.  And 'the real thing' - that realm of energy; even at its entranceway, threshold levels - will brook no immorality.  No taint of Untruth.  For, it is made up of Truth.

And Love.  And nothing can, will be allowed to, tarnish those pristine qualities.  Only things of like resonance will be able to 'take' - withstand - the energies of those realms.  Or they will be annihilated; like anti-matter to that 'matter,' that quality of essence.

So, get your act together.  Or be left behind.

Harvest time is here.  And only the fruit that is ready will be harvested, this season around.

And you can take that to the bank.  (So to speak.)

     When I have spoken about The People, and the right of The People to rule themselves, I make the same caveat that the Founding Fathers of the American experiment in self-governance made, about, to them, the difference between a democracy and a republic, with the former to be abhorred.  To say: I am all for The People, as long as The People don't immorally think to 'vote themselves money out of other people's pockets' - use that sort of mentality, that low level of consciousness - and thus become, rather, The Rabble.

THIRD COLONIAL: How do you mean.

SECOND COLONIAL: I mean, you know.  Oppression.  Arbitrary rule.  That sort of thing.  Like - 

FIRST COLONIAL (nodding, resignedly): Like we have been used to.

SECOND COLONIAL (acknowledgingly): Yeah.  That’s it.

FIRST COLONIAL: Well - We’ll find out.

EVERYMAN: You people go on.  I’m going to do a little exploring, right here.

FIRST COLONIAL (skeptically): Good luck…

SECOND COLONIAL: Come on.  Let’s go find something to eat first.  I’m famished.

THIRD COLONIAL: It didn’t seem like all that long.

FIRST COLONIAL: Who knows about such things…

THIRD COLONIAL (scornfully exasperated): Oh, you and your skeptical mind.

FIRST COLONIAL (knowingly):  Some things change……

SECOND COLONIAL (to all): Come on, everybody.  Catch you later, Everyman.

(COLONIALS ALL EXIT.  EVERYMAN does a little walking-in-place stepping, like Marcel Marceau.)

(FIRST SCENE.  MALE PASSERBY.  Looking crestfallen, with hurt feelings.)

EVERYMAN: Why so sad?

PASSERBY: (on the verge of tears:)  …A guy  just called me a name. 

EVERYMAN:  A what?

PASSERBY: A name.

EVERYMAN: …What did he call you?

PASSERBY: He called me a (sniff sniff) ‘nosotros’.

EVERYMAN: A what??

PASSERBY: A ‘nosotros’.

EVERYMAN: …What’s that??

PASSERBY (sniffly; wiping his nose with his sleeve:) ….Well…I don’t know; precisely.  (angrily upset:) But he called me one.

EVERYMAN: Well.  Call him a name back. 

PASSERBY (sounding it out to himself; then:)  …You think???

EVERYMAN: Yeah.  Get even.  It's a free country.  (Walks on; done with that little interaction.  But then stops and thinks: Wait a minute.  I don't know if it is or not.  Looks back at the guy; thinks for a moment; but then moves on.  To do a little more exploring here.)

(In the meantime: PASSERBY thinks that over for a moment, and then decides solidly that that’s a good idea, and he will do just that.  SECOND PASSERBY comes by.

PASSERBY (to SECOND PASSERBY):  Hey.  You.  (SECOND PASSERBY stops, looks casually at PASSERBY.)  And you - are a nameback.

SECOND PASSERBY (nonplussed): A what?

PASSERBY (defiantly): A nameback. 

SECOND PASSERBY (lost): A name back...

PASSERBY (very satisfied with himself): Yep.

(PASSERBY prepares himself for what the guy will do about it.  SECOND PASSERBY just stands there, stumped.  PASSERBY nods, back in charge of things, in ’So there’ mode.  And EXITS, well satisfied with himself.  SECOND PASSERBY looks after him for a moment more, still trying to figure things out, then gives it up, shrugging, and EXITS himself.  Well, I mean, EXITS….well, you know what I mean.)   

(SECOND SCENE.  MAN UP ON JUDGE’S BENCH, with gavel; DEFENDANT taking it all in stride, lounging in a chair below him.  BAILIFF stands by, at ease.  EVERYMAN off to the side, an observer.)

JUDGE (gaveling defiantly): Order!  Order!

DEFENDANT: Okay.  I’ll have the ham and eggs.

JUDGE: Silence!

DEFENDANT: Over easy.

JUDGE: Silence, I say!  There will be order in this court, or we will not proceed!

DEFENDANT: Oh  Well, I never wanted it to proceed anyway.  So, as I was saying - 

JUDGE: And as I was saying: Silence!  Or I will have your head!

DEFENDANT (defiantly): How?

JUDGE (sinisterly; leaning over to look down at DEFENDANT closely, malevolently):  Over - easy; peasant.

DEFENDANT (thinking that over, and backing off a bit, getting a little disturbed at the change in tone): This is a court of law; right?

JUDGE (menacingly): Yes.  Our law.  Peasant.

DEFENDANT: Peasant.  When did I become just a ‘peasant’?

JUDBGE (slowly, sinisterly; totally in charge of things, in this court:) Obviously, when you weren’t looking.  

(DEFENDANT looks at JUDGE more closely; then at the BAILIFF, who is still just standing there, in at-ease position, but somehow looking more menacing now.  DEFENDANT stirs uncomfortably in his chair.  Looks around.  No one there, to help him.  Looks back at the JUDGE.  Who is still just looking down at him, malevolently; makes a slow chopping motion with the gavel.  The feeling is of a cat, tail twitching slowly, just watching its prey, that hasn’t figured out yet that it has no exit.  DEFENDANT gets that feeling, looks around again, for help.  Sees EVERYMAN.  Looks to EVERYMAN as if for help.  EVERYMAN realizes that, is stumped; makes a helpless ‘What can I do for you?’ gesture with his hands.  A beat.  STAGE LIGHTS OUT.)  

SPOTLIGHT to the side.  HARVESTER Is at a money tree with a bucket, harvesting dollar bills.  EVERYMAN comes by.)

EVERYMAN: what are you doing?

HARVESTER: I’m harvesting my money crop.

EVERYMAN: …I didn’t know that money grows on trees.

HARVESTER: Sure.  Where did you think it came from?

EVERYMAN: Well, I don’t know.  It just - appears.

HARVESTER: Nothing just ‘appears’.  You have to make it appear.

EVERYMAN: Oh.

HARVESTER: Sure.  Take money.  You plant a money seed, and you give it a little water, 

                        and it grows into a tree.

EVERYMAN: Oh.  So…

HARVESTER: So, that’s the trick.

EVERYMAN (not getting it): …What is.

HARVESTER: The water.

EVERYMAN (still a little stumped, but a little closer, now):  Ohhhh…… (but still not sure, 

                      precisely)

HARVESTER: Yeah.  Here.  Would you like to have some?

EVERYMAN: …I’m not…

HARVESTER: Go ahead.  It’s free.

EVERYMAN: …Actually, I’m not sure how all this works, after all.  Could you go through that 

                      again?  

HARVESTER:  You must be new around here.

EVERYMAN: …Well…Sort of.

HARVESTER: Look.  You get yourself some seeds from The Man, and then you plant them, 

                        and they grow into trees.  And then you harvest them.  And - 

EVERYMAN: Wait - wait.  You mentioned a man.

HARVESTER: Yes.  Well, not just any Man.  The Man.  

EVERYMAN: The Man.

HARVESTER: Yes.  The one that you get the seeds from.

EVERYMAN: But what does it cost you?

HARVESTER: Cost?  Oh; nothing, really.   Why.  Should it?

VOICE BOOMING OVER LOUDSPEAKER: All Harvesters: Return to your stations.  Bring your Harvest, and deposit it accordingly.  That is all. 

HARVESTER (readying to wrap his shift up): Well.  Have to go now.  Nice meeting you.  

(then) You are new around here.  Where did you say you were from?

EVERYMAN: …Your -

LOUDSPEAKER VOICE: All Harvesters will NOW return to their stations.  That is a direct order.

  The original definition of a 'natural born' citizen, which is still the eligibility requirement for the office - with no constitutional amendment to the contrary - is a person born in the country (or its equivalent) of parents who were its citizens at the time of the person's birth - jus soli and jus sanguinis both in operation. The whole point of the requirement having been, and still being, to make sure that the occupant of that office had NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES. Had SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the U.S.; with especial regard to the occupant's then as well becoming the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces. This was a CRUCIAL consideration of the constitutional Framers; and should be still to this day.

What will the New Age look like?  Besides with its ‘toys,’ of replicators, and telepathic communication, and time travel, and such??

I’ll tell you one thing: It will not ‘look like’ Power Over (Others).  But rather, Power With (Ourselves).  Government of, by, and for The People.

Remember that founding vision?  Invoked - and then generating its opposite, in elitist despotism; coming to its fruition as we speak - by advanced souls incarnated as honorable men and women.  Of their time, yes. But with such a vision!

The United States of America.  Individuals as sovereigns in their own right.  The government to be restrained by a Constitution, like an updated version of the Magna Carta.*  My Country, ’Tis Of Thee.  America, the Beautiful.  Columbia, the Gem of the Ocean…

I had a dream last night/early this morning that, on reflection, spoke to me of how strongly I feel about my home country.  About ‘my’ country, as I often find myself calling it.  Relating to it, and its vision.  And finding myself often muttering angrily to myself about what both the socialists/communists on the far Left and the fascists on the far Right - kindred spirits, in their totalitarianistic thinking - are doing to MY country.  Taking it very personal.  As if - precisely as if - I had had a hand in its birthing process.  Anyway; the dream:

I was in a car (a vehicle; a body) coming to an intersection, where I was intending to turn right, and put on my signal to that effect (the ‘rise’ - the advent - of Donald Trump??).  But I suddenly found that that righthand lane that I was in went under the intersection, rather than to it.  So that I went through that intersection on a deeper level than the surface one.  And came out the other side.  Still in my vehicle.  Trying to figure out which way to go, now.

I don’t know all the details of the New Age that we are deep in the process of entering into.  But I don’t have to know.  Some noble souls, totally dedicated to the Will of The All That Is - not to the little wills of men - will take over now, and help guide us to The Promised Land.  So:

And help us live by the qualities of Love and Truth.

The Lesson

‘Now, I know that the younger generations are being taught, via such techniques as the so-called New Math, that one plus one can equal three if you make a really good case for your conclusion.  But to come back to the realm of objective reality for a moment, let me make the case for the original intent of a contract’s terms, without the application of the shyster-lawyer technique - the relativist-thinking tactic - of calling it, and thinking of it as, ’a living document’.

‘I refer in the instance to the definition of the term - as codified in law, the law of the Constitution - of a, quote, ‘natural born’ citizen, as one of the eligibility requirements for the office of the presidency.  Now, what could the constitutional Framers - of this contract, between the States and the new federal government that they were creating - have meant by that term?  Well, that should be easy enough to discover: It would be in the historical record.  And in that record, we find the term defined in the definitive tome of the day regarding such matters: a highly detailed treatise, by one Emerich de Vattel, entitled ‘The Law of Nations, Or Principles of Natural Law’ - as taught in the universities of the day, and as known to be part of the understanding of said constitutional Framers, from various historical sources of information to that logical conclusion.1  That definition, and I quote verbatim, from the English translation, from its original in French:

“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages.  The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.  As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.  The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it.  The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.  We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born.  I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”  [emphases mine]2

‘There now.  That wasn’t so hard; was it?  From a plain reading of the text??  Without any  shenanigans involved???  No ‘penumbras,’ and such????…

‘In sum.

‘I don’t know where a lot of you got your notion of 'Truth' from, to live your lives by, that says 'there is no right nor wrong but thinking makes it so'.  But I live my life by simple capital-t Truth.  That keeps me from getting stuck in the thickets, the byways, of life.  And to use another analogy:

‘You made your bed; and you needed to lie in it, at least for awhile, for you to get - really get - that actions have consequences.

It somewhat amazes me that one of my heroes, Mark Levin, a recognized expert on the Constitution, ridicules the idea that Maobama and Cruz are not natural born citizens.

Since the effort to find the thoroughly despicable and destructive Caliph Maobama ineligible to occupy the White House has gone nowhere, it hardly matters to me any more that a man of principle, Ted Cruz, may not be eligible.

• A natural born citizen, as recognized by the constitutional Framers, is a person born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof. That is the eligibility requirement codified in the Constitution for that particular office. If the term itself goes through some riffs over the years, that says nothing to the original intent of the term, as stated above. The only thing that can change such a substantive thing as the eligibility requirements for the office of POTUS is a constitutional amendment. And in point of fact, that has been recognized by both major political parties of our day, in that both parties tried a total of 8 times between them, between 2003 and '08, to get just such an amendment starting through Congress - and they failed each time even to get their proposals out of committee, such was the sensitivity around this particular issue. So, THEY KNEW. And know. And so the Republican Party is just as bad - and legally liable - as the Democrat Party in this attempt to trash the Constitution.

That woman - Hillary Clinton - should never have been allowed to get so near to such information.  Bill and Hillary are a criminal, and a criminally-minded, couple.  Bill sold military intel to the Red Chinese, in exchange for financial gifts for his re-election campaign, and to live the 'good' life.  And then there is the Mena Airport drug-running scandal when they were the First Couple in Arkansas. Hillary has had her own past skeletons, and is sitting on a current such skeleton, in the form of a deal with the Russians for uranium.  How much longer are we going to tolerate these totally corrupt people walking free from their multiple crimes???  And especially the national security.  Which, of course, means nothing to these people, but dollar signs.
