Continuing To Speak Truth To Power

1) from libertynewsnow.com: ‘War! GOP Breaks Pledge To Trump’ - Candice Thomas - March 1
(“House Speaker and Republican National Committee Member Paul Ryan took to the airwaves this morning to denounce Donald Trump’s refusal to “disavow” David Duke and the KKK.
"As anyone with a pulse has seen over the last 24 hours, Trump has disavowed Duke and racists, repeatedly, even going back decades.
"The “KKK-Gate” is a designed attack allegedly originating from one of Marco Rubio’s “dirty tricks” Political Action Committees.
"The history and facts of the issue did not stop Ryan from taking to the airwaves on the morning of Super Tuesday to bash Trump as a racist…”)

I have been waiting for this! Just goes to show the GOP is NOT the party they want us to believe they are! Not surprised with Paul Ryan as Speaker---just doing what Obama tells them to do like good little traitors!

  • Not precisely. Just doing what Obama's masters tell them to do. Remember that both the far Left and the far Right - socialists/communists on the one hand and fascists on the other - are behind the push for a New World Order, wherein We the People will be mere serfs of the Power elite. No more Constitution. Just naked Power.

  • Who do you think is paying Ryan off to push the TPP through??...Wake up, people. We are being had by TPTB, who control both sides of the political aisle. It's more like a pyramid, actually.   There is a top to it, and you ain’t in it.  You and I are not in it.  (with a hat tip to George Carlin.)

2) from eaglerising.com: ‘We Must Stand Against Tyranny though Rebellion should Always be a Last Resort’ - Anthony Dephue - March 2

Since surrender has been the first resort and protracted cowardice has been the next resort, aren't we already at the last resort, when the republican party takes on a democrat, demagogue, professional liar to make deals instead of fight? Dealing is why we're here, now.

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed, from time to time, with the blood of patriots...and tyrants!"--Thomas Jefferson

One of the most used Google searches has been, "how do I move to Canada?"

This is the exact backward thinking that has put us here. They want to escape to a socialist country to flee a country going socialist, instead of backing the Constitutionalist in the race and fighting to return to Constitutionalism! America is officially stupid!

Cruz is the only answer!

  • "The Constitutionalist in the race"? Would that be that non-natural born citizen, Cruz?? Who talks a good constitutionalist talk, but doesn't walk the walk???

  • The original definition of a 'natural born' citizen, which is still the eligibility requirement for the office - with no constitutional amendment to the contrary - is a person born in the country (or its equivalent) of parents who were its citizens at the time of the person's birth - jus soli and jus sanguinis both in operation. The whole point of the requirement having been, and still being, to make sure that the occupant of that office had NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES. Had SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the U.S.; with especial regard to the occupant's then as well becoming the Commander in Chief of the nation's military forces. This was a CRUCIAL consideration of the constitutional Framers; and should be still to this day.

  • Why it has escaped the notice of Ted - and the American public at large - is a wonder. Big enough of a matter to call it the Ninth Wonder of the World. With Obama demonstrating in spades the wisdom of the Framers's intention. And the folly of our oversight.

I would like to take over from this whole Drama now, and set things to rights, in calling a halt to the fiction.  But I haven't been given my marching orders.

When I am, we will stand against tyranny, indeed.

And not a moment too soon, apparently.
