The Mystery Unveiled

Technology - a product of human thinking, and ingenuity - is neutral.  For example.

Cars that can be remotely stopped and locked: In the hands of the Bad Guys can be, well, a bad thing; but in the hands of the Good Guys can be a good thing.  Such technology is sold today as a ‘good’ thing: to trap a stolen-car thief until he can be arrested.  But it is planned on to be used by the Bad Guys, to track down and ‘freeze’ their enemies.  

Same with weather control.  It has been used, e.g., by TPTW - The Powers That Were; aka the Cabal; the New World Order mob; however you are inclined to think of them as - to alter the weather patterns coming off the Pacific Ocean, leading to drastic changes in weather conditions in California, to serve TPTW’s ulterior purposes, with the creating of drought the end result.  (As Kissinger is alleged to have remarked; in effect: “You control people by one major factor: Food.”)  But in the hands of the Good Guys, such technology could be used for, well, good purposes.  And so forth.

What am I saying, in effect.

I am saying that the Dark side has set up a situation where they have unintentionally brought forth the Light side, to take over now.  To take over, that is to say: the world.

The Dark side, in going for global hegemony, evoked its opposition.  (“To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction” is the physical law at work.)  And thus, how the advent and destructive (of the status quo) actions of the man who took to calling himself Barack Hussein Obama will have turned out to be a good thing: 

because it evoked the Light to come forth, in reaction.  And that is the end of the Process.  

Because ‘the universe’ is made up of Light.

to say, in physical terms: positive energy.

And we are now about to harness that energy, for its ‘proper’ - or to say, end-result - use:

the erecting of the kingdom of Heaven on Earth. 

The end of

The Process.

Or as a Hegelian would put it:

the final Synthesis.

The creation of

The New.

So, then, a consequence to this whole process:

We have to thank Barry Soetoro - excuse me; Barack Obama - for his role in this cosmic Drama.

Not that he was aware of it.

Fully.

God moving in mysterious ways, as He - or It; our Creator Source, self-existent, without polarity - is alleged to do, sometimes.

And I am inclined to agree.

As much as I am angered at Barry, and his deep backers, for his role in this whole thing.

Think to screw around with MY country, will you…

If I didn’t understand what is at work here, I could be very tempted.  

To forget - for at least a moment - how it all works.

And do something that I would be very.  Very.  Regretful of.

Oh - And so, what will The New consist of?

Abundance.  (As we move away from The Old - monetary system, of managing ’economy,’ and into the New, of Abundance.  First with gold-backed money, and then doing away with money altogether, as we really get into the swing of The New.  N.B. Let The Old go.  As it is collapsed anyway, by TPTW.)  Free energy devices.  (Already available, in their early, to say primitive, forms.)  A clean-up of the environment - water, air, land, sea.  ‘Prosperity projects’ of all kinds.  Telepathy, teleportation.  ‘Quantum entanglement’ raised to optimum levels.  True ‘modern medicine;’ which is more about Prevention in the first place, but then the use of natural, holistic techniques (and life-extending technology, for those who want it.  Another subject in its entirety.)  And a real doozy: Replicators.  (We already have a template for the technology in 3D printing.)  

I could go on.

But you get the idea.

I trust.

That

it’s that time.

And not a moment too soon, by the looks of things right now. 

However, looks can be deceiving.

As many of us have learned by now. 

In our multiple turns at bat.  As it were.

To end on a sporting analogy.

Because it is has all, at its heart, been

a Game.

Or, as the bard said:

a Play.  Wherein to catch the conscience of the king.

I appreciated your comments on repealing Obamacare. As a small business owner in California we employ 33+ people. We struggle tremendously, so many times we want to throw up our hands and say I quit! I know small business provides 60-80 % of American jobs, the other percentage goes to large corporations (ATT, PGE, Large retail store, state, county and Federal government, etc) We struggled to stay a float. Thanks to your podcast, I didn’t realize we lose half of our income to taxes. I assume that includes the 30% tax we pay as a corporation. In 2008, when the economy had a massive down turn, we should have closed up shop, but we struggled to stay alive. We chose to pay payroll when our employment taxes were due, or to buy materials for a contracted job to be completed when workers comp fees/taxes were due. For this we knew we would incur tax penalties and fees. But, we did it for our “workers”. When all was said and done, we owed $120.000 in taxes and when the taxes were finally paid off, we paid $400,000 to the government. This is unconscionable. Lastly, my husband decided to see WHAT THE GOVERNMENT WOULD HAVE PAID IN UNEMPLOYMENT to “our employees”, had we closed up our business. It amounted to a whopping 1.5 million in that time frame. Yet, all we got was grief from the government…

Newt, with his close ties to TPTB and their globalist agenda - a fervent supporter of Woodrow Wilson, who was quite the progressive of his day -  not being someone that Trump should trust close to him.  Unless the idea is to keep your enemies very close indeed… )

And since (else why fake his BC) he was not "born in the country, of parents who are citizens" - the definition of the 'natural born citizen' term that there is considerable historical evidence was the definition at the time that the constitutional Framers put that eligibility requirement in their contract for that particular office; and which requirement STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary - there are considerable consequences to his illegal occupancy of that office.

But this ins't really what I want to talk about, on this (just-gone) 'day after'.  I would rather just leave a simple message; forgetting all the distinctions between what is 'real - e.g., the pagan origins of various 'holidays' in our lives - and what is 'not real'.  When, after all, the whole thing of 'life' is not 'real'.  But rather, a school.

Try this on for reality:

We grow up - to a certain extent - and leave the home of our parents, go out into 'the world' to explore, and find the pearl of great price, which is your true identity, and thus return - as though for the first time - to your Source, as individuality making its way to Unity. Not as in 'back'.  But as in graduation.

May you succeed, each in, and on, your personal journey.

Round Two - 'Murkier and Murkier The Further Down the Rabbit Hole We Go'

(Essentially the same article as yesterday, only highlighting this particular angle.  But unfortunately, muddying the waters a bit in doing so.  

The question is what precisely the Hawaiian authority was referring to when he/she verified that the “information” posted on the WhiteHouse.gov web site “matches the information contained in the original certification of live birth,,,on file with the state of Hawaii Department of Health”.  Lead investigator Mike Zullo is reported in the article as saying: “I don’t believe that the document (Obama’s) counsel picked up looked anything like what’s displayed at WhiteHouse.gov.”  But the real issue is the fact that the Hawaiian authorities could have “amended” Obama’s bc - “which is legal,” Zullo adds - but then hid the fact that it was an amended form, and could have buried the actual original document on file - if there even ever was one.  So the real question is not if there was a change made between what the Hawaiian authorities gave Obama’s counsel and what was put on the WH web site (the Hawaiian authority has said that the information there “matches” the original “on file”), and thus implicating the WH gang in the matter; it is if any changes had been made in the actual form on current file in Hawaii to start with.

But that’s not the point that I chose to address in my comment below.  I will stay with the real, main issue in this whole mess of a matter.  

The matter, of Wither Thou Goest, America.  And how thou goest there.)

  Too many people today seem to have a strange attitude about living with untruth. Especially as big an untruth as an ineligible presidential candidate trying to get away with being in that terribly important and powerful office, and wrecking the country as a consequence. We need to learn the full consequences of this outrageous action. As painful as that lesson may be. The future of the U.S.A. demands no less. Or the rule of law - the Constitution - is over and done with. And the rule of men to prevail. Another word for which is arbitrary law. Another word for which is tyranny.

On Wrapping Things Up

Before we move on, just to acknowledge where we’re at.  For the historical record.  Of how far away from our roots we have gotten.  Both as to this country.  And as to our true identities; as the offspring of a loving Creator Source.

First, as to this country.  And speaking from my home state, of California.1

We are in a Catch-22 position in this state.  California does not require ID to vote, photo or any other  kind - and furthermore, instructs its precinct workers specifically not to even ask for ID.  (How’s that for a ‘Welcome One And All’ mat??)  So anybody can show up to vote for any name on the registration rolls.2  To change the law, one would have to ask their state Assemblyperson and/or state Senator to do so.  But with the illegal aliens dominating the voter registration rolls in this state, one could never get the votes to accomplish that state of affairs.3

So the degree of corruption in this state is astronomical.  To the point, in fact, where the governor - along with his sinister backers - wishes to take the state out of the Union, and make of it a nation-state unto itself; contracting with Red China, e.g, unilaterally, on all manner of fronts.  And demonstrating its willingness to do so by bringing in Red Chinese cargo ships, via its river systems, into the state’s interior, and opening said interior - the former ‘Breadbasket of the World’; or at the least its Fruit and Veggie Basket - to purchase by Red Chinese individuals and political entities.4  And thus, demonstrating this nation’s sellout to the socialist-fascist - call it ‘statist’ - mob currently deep into its attempted takeover of, not just this nation.  But of the world.

Which just goes to show you, how badly individuals can get off their Pilgrim’s Progress.  When left strictly to their own devices, to guide their progress by.

And the same sort of corrupt activity, and thinking, is repeated all throughout this nation.  And the world.  As Crisis leads to Opportunity, alright. 

And more than just the Dark side’s Opportunity at that.  

We are about to see historical evolution at work.

And in spades, this Time.

You see, this is a realm - a reality - that runs by laws.  And one of those laws has to do with the creation of equal and opposite reactions.

Until you come to a state of stasis.

Otherwise known as 

Synthesis.

     Making its way steadily, and inevitably, to its Conclusion.  In

   And the purchases brokered by such as the husband of the state’s leading U.S. senator, Dianne Feinstein.  Which couple will do very well for themselves, in the changeover of California from a federal state in the Union of the U.S.A. to a stand-alone nation-state.  Having positioned themselves beautifully for said changeover.

   It’s all about looking far enough down the road to anticipate Change, you see.

   And possibiy, not looking quite far enough.  To see the whole picture.

(“What is a natural born citizen? Where did the framers come up with this term? Where was it used before? So many questions, and the answers are right there if anyone wishes to search out the truth…”)

Excerpt: 

“… If it was not Blackstone who they relied on for defining the term Natural Born Citizen,* then the only remaining source is from Vattel. Many of these detractors say we are reaching to extremes to use Vattel, as the source of a Natural Born Citizen clause. Some of there [sic] arguments are that the Law of Nations is a[n] obscure mention to an idea, found in Article I, Section 8. What they fail to mention [is] that this phrase is capitalized, if it was an inference to a general idea, it would not have been capitalized. School children know well the rules of capitalization, and the use of the capitalized Law of Nations would indeed make it uses [its use] consistent with a title of a publication. Let us take this and consider if indeed Vattel was a source of inspiration for the Founding Fathers and the Framers of our Constitution. The question we need to understand is were the founding fathers truly influenced by Vattel, or not.

The answer to this lies with none other than Thomas Jefferson, who penned Virginia’s Citizenship statue in 1779, “Be it enacted by the General Assembly, that all white persons born within the territory of this commonwealth and all who have resided therein two years next before the passing of this act, and all who shall hereafter migrate into the same; and shall before any court of record give satisfactory proof by their own oath or affirmation, that they intend to reside therein, and moreover shall give assurance of fidelity to the commonwealth; and all infants wheresoever born, whose father, if living, or otherwise, whose mother was, a citizen at the time of their birth, or who migrate hither, their father, if living, or otherwise their mother becoming a citizen, or who migrate hither without father or mother, shall be deemed citizens of this commonwealth, until they relinquish that character in manner as herein after expressed: And all others not being citizens of any the United States of America, shall be deemed aliens.” As can be seen Jefferson is equating citizenship of the child to that of the parents, and not the land.

For further proof on the question of Vattel’s influence we only need to look at Benjamin Franklin. In 1775, he observed, the importance of the Law of Nations, on the Founding Fathers and he then ordered 3 copies of the latest editions. The Library Company of Philadelphia which holds one of the three copies, lists the 1775 reference to this book, as “Le droit des gens,” from the publishing house of Chez E. van Harrevelt in Amsterdam, Holland, with a personal note to Franklin from the editor of this edition, C.G.F. Dumas. The fact that this particular volume that Franklin ordered is in French is significant, for at that time French was considered by the “family of nations” to be the diplomatic language, and the 1775 edition was considered the most exact reference of Vattel’s Law of Nations.

There is no doubt that the Founding Fathers did not exclusively use the English translation, but relied upon the French original. On December 9^th of 1775, Franklin wrote to Vattel’s editor, C.G.F. Dumas, “ I am much obliged by the kind present you have made us of your edition of Vattel. Samuel Adams in 1772 wrote, “Vattel tells us plainly and without hesitation, that `the supreme legislative cannot change the constitution” Then in 1773 during a debate with the Colonial Governor of Massachusetts, John Adams quoted Vattel that the parliament does not have the power to change the constitution. John Adams as so taken by the clear logic of Vattel that he wrote in his diary, "The Idea of M. de Vattel indeed, scowling and frowning, haunted me.” These arguments were what inspired the clause that dictates how the Constitution is amended. The Framers left no doubt as to who had the right to amend the constitution, the Nation, (that is the individual States and the people) or Legislature (which is the federal government.)

In the Federalist Papers number 78, Alexander Hamilton also echoed Vattel, and both of the Adams, when he wrote, "fundamental principle of republican government, which admits the right of the people to alter or abolish the established Constitution, whenever they find it inconsistent with their happiness." Then in 1784 Hamilton arguing for the defense in the case of Rutgers v. Waddington extensively used Vattel, quoting prolifically from the Law of Nations. The Judge James Duane in his ruling described the importance of the new republic abiding by the Law of Nations, and explained that the standard for the court would be Vattel. He ruled that the Statues passed under the color of English Common Law, must be interpreted from the standpoint of its consistency with the law of nations. This concept of Vattel lead to the creation of the Judiciary branch of our government to insure that Congress could never legislate away the provisions of the Constitution.

In 1794, then President Washington was faced with the first threat to his Neutrality Proclamation of that same year by the Ambassador of France, Citizen Edmond-Charles Gent to honor their treaty and support France’s wars with England and Spain. In a very rare agreement both Jefferson and Hamilton using Vattel’s Law of Nations they were able to give Washington the international legitimacy not to commit the United States to war in 1793. Gent wrote to Washington, “you bring forward aphorisms of Vattel, to justify or excuse infractions committed on positive treaties.”

At this point there can be little doubt that the Framers of our Constitution considered both Blackstone and Vattel, and they choose Vattel over Blackstone. The Founding Fathers placed into Constitutional concept that the loyalty of a Natural Born Citizen is a loyalty can never be claimed by any foreign political power. The only political power that can exclusively claim the loyalty of a natural born citizen is that power that governs of his birth. Vattel by including the parents and place removes all doubt as to where the loyalties of the natural born citizen ought to lie, as Vattel’s definition removes all claims of another foreign power by blood or by soil, and is the only definition that is in accord with Jay’s letter to Washington.”

The reference to “Jay’s letter to Washington” I have referred to before in these pages.  If you are interested, go to the source of this excerpt; or to that subject directly.  (The letter in question was dated July 25, 1787 - while Washington was acting as Chair/President of the Constitutional Convention proceedings.)

This is terrible, terrible stuff. Banana republic stuff. And worse: At least in many of them, voters have a finger dipped in purple dye, to keep them from voting more than once. That cuts down on the corruption some. Here, we just allow the criminals to do their thing, unchecked. I am so angry, I am hurting my health. So much of it because the Democrats - and in conniving partnership with Obama's DOJ - have succeeded in buffaloing many states into supporting the scamming going on, by their passing laws not requiring photo ID; the ruse accomplished by cynically calling such a requirement ”voter suppression”…

Mr. Berg flew to Kenya, Indonesia, Hawaii, Chicago, Harvard and Columbia Universities. In my opinion, the single biggest error made by Hillary Clinton, was not to expose Obama’s true identity. Obama learned of the Berg investigation and Hillary Clinton’s involvement during the campaign for the Democratic nomination prior to the 2008 election. Obama met with Clinton and she told him in explicit terms what she had learned. Obama told Clinton that if she exposed him, he would have her daughter murdered. There was a video of Mr. Berg interviewing one of Clinton’s top campaign aides on the front page of his blog for years, where that aide told Mr. Berg the entire story.

Clinton should have had the Secret Service put Chelsea Clinton in protective custody and she should have revealed Mr. Berg’s findings. I would bet money that Bill Clinton told her they would be blackballed by the Democratic Party for life, for running an illegal alien as a candidate. Clinton made a deal with the Devil – Obama and the rest is history. Clinton could have been President in 2008 and changed the course of history by disqualifying this Kenyan born FRAUD who would still be in jail. Every campaign contribution he collected during both Presidential campaigns is one felony count. The millions of dollars he collected from Muslim countries, totally illegal, is another major criminal act. It is reported that all of that money is banked off-shore, run by a member of Barry Soetoro’s family. That scenario constitutes a major criminal conspiracy. I have been on this since 2007. I personally checked the web traffic to Obama’s campaign website daily during both campaigns. About 40% of the traffic came from Muslim countries around the world.

There is no such person as Barack H. Obama. That is the legal conclusion which is fully documented in Philip Berg’s book. Barry Soetoro came to the USA with an Indonesian passport and an Indonesian Student VISA to live with his grandmother in Hawaii in his teens. When that VISA expired, he changed his name to Barack H. Obama without going to court. Had he gone to court, he would have been arrested and deported. Mr. Berg ran a name change search in every county in all 50 states as part of his research. Absolutely nothing is recorded anywhere.

I fully expect that when the Trump Administration performs its due diligence on the books and records of the United States, a Pandora’s Box of criminal fraud and multiple counts of treason will rise to the surface committed by Obama, Clinton and hundreds of people who assisted them with these massive crimes. Public watchdog organization Judicial Watch already has better files on these crimes committed by both Obama and Hillary Clinton than the FBI. Judicial Watch has been in the discovery phase of over 30 lawsuits filed against the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation for years. This information must be shared with Trump’s new Justice Department, which will give them a major running start toward prosecuting both Obama and Clinton for their massive crimes and treason against this country. 

Donald Trump has promised to set up a Whistle blower’s HOTLINE for government employees and government contractors to report the crimes committed by the Obama administration. This HOTLINE will also take information about waste in government. No doubt, they will be busy taking reports for the foreseeable future. 

It is absolutely critical that America mark the pages of history with the prosecution of Obama and Clinton to send a message to future impostors that there will be a heavy price to pay for these crimes. Also, in order for history to be properly presented in textbooks and history books of the future, the truth must be documented and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

But all of this drama of the last 8 years could have been avoided if good conservatives like Dave Hodges had just done their own homework into the issue of the definition of a 'natural born’ citizen, and discovered that the whole birth certificate thing was irrelevant – that Barry had hung himself by declaring that his father was a Kenyan national, never naturalized in and to this country. That was it right there. For the homework would have shown that the definition of an NBC at the time that the constitutional Framers put that eligibility requirement in their contract for that particular office was a person “born in the country, of parents who are citizens”. (It’s from the definitive tome of their day on such matters, E. de Vattel’s ‘The Law of Nations’. Book One, Ch. XIX, Sect. 212. Look it up.) And that eligibility requirement for that office STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.

You didn’t have to gag on the two words together, President Obama, all this time after all, Dave. If you had just done your homework. And if so had other fine conservatives. Who thereby let us all down, in waiting for someone else to do it.

Sooner or later the American people are going to wake up to the fact that Obama has been an illegal president, for not being a 'natural born' citizen; and therefore, all the legislation the he has signed into law, and all the E.O.'s and P.D.'s that he has issued, and all the appointments that he has made - including to the POTUS, and inferior courts - will go with him. Into the trash bin; in his case - if Justice does not catch up with him before he exits the Oval Office - in the form of a prison cell.

And maybe then the American people will wake up to the importance of being a self-governing people, and not looking to others to do their constitutional homework for them. Or they could have headed this whole sorry last 8 years off at the pass, to use a good old American colloquialism.
