Down To The Wire

We come now right down to it.

To crunch time.

Firstly: Is it to be the law.  Or lawlessness.

The Supreme Court of the United States of America has agreed to hear the case of, in a phrase, Obama v. the Constitution.

May the more legal competitor win.

For this is not about personalities.  It is about the rule of law; or the lack thereof.

It is about Truth.  Or falsity.

And if you are going to go into a civil war-type scenario, climate, would you rather have Truth on your side, or falsity??

Yes; truth can be selective.  But there is also objective truth.  And in this instance, the objective truth is that the current occupier of the office of the presidency of the United States is an illegal occupier.

He may even be an illegal alien, for all that we know; since the birth certificate that he has provided to the public. ostensibly to prove his bona fides for the special, and particular, office that he occupies, does not hold up to scrutiny.*

I have marveled at how so many aspiring prestidigitators on behalf of the man who in these latter days calls himself Barack Hussein Obama have continually counseled the public to 'Look here, look over here - don't look at the pig in the poke itself.  Look - here's the bill of sale.  It has been signed off by all manner of people, so of course it's the real thing.'

Well; in point of real fact: It's not.


So, now we come down to it.

At last.  A legitimate, full hearing before the Supreme Court.  Scheduled for February 13th, I believe it is.  (Who cares about mere details...13th, or 15th.  Citizen, or natural born citizen.  Close enough.  Right?...)

What do I expect of the Justices of the Supreme Court??

I would expect them to do their job, that the karmic peculiarities of life have assigned them to do  To apply the law as it is.  Not as they would individually make it be; or might like it to be.  But as it is.

And of course, the two Obama appointees to the Court need to recuse themselves from these proceedings.  Or be recused; for potential conflict of interest.  So it is down to seven scholars of the law to apply it fairly; to say, in a judicial manner.

Let's see how they handle their august responsibility.

To the law.

To say, in this American instance:

to the Constitution.


To the Constitution.

Before it disappears into the sands of time.

As Humanity moves up onto a new, higher level of Being.

Of consciousness.

From its roots, in its third dimensional experience.

Of making such decisions as this one.

For Good.

Or Ill.

For Right.

Or Wrong.

For Truth.

Or Falsity.

The latter of which sort of quality cannot exist on said higher level, plane, dimension - frequency - of Being.

So it is the sort of baggage that needs to be left behind.

And the sooner, the better.

For we have some work to do; before we make the actual full Ascension itself.

With Gaia; as our home base, in our new 'constellation'.

Those of us who make the grade.

And the rest?

Ah.  Well.  We need to simply Leave them to Heaven.

The Next Time around for them.

Not the equivalent of the First Time - the Zep Tepi - as for the rest of us.

Who have lived our ultimate 3D lives in accordance with, and in alignment with, such qualities as

Truth.


Your choice.

So it is not just the seven Supreme Court justices who have a major decision to make at this crowning time.

Crowning, of life in a third dimension matrix.

Now going Up.

For some.

How Many Times...

I trust that you would support this case going to the Supreme Court for adjudication on the full facts of the matter?  Which facts would include:

1) the fact that the Framers of the Constitution - who were fully conversant with de Vattell's '[The] Law of Nations', particularly through the influence of [fellow Framer] Benjamin Franklin - set the qualification bar particularly high for the office of the presidency, AND THAT OFFICE ONLY, in order that any candidate for that office would not have dual loyalties or allegiances, which would be the case if the candidate's father was not also a U.S.citizen.  This requirement was embedded in the Constitution on the advice of John Jay - who was to become the first Chief Justice of the fledgling constitutional republic - in a letter to G. Washington, in his  role as president of the Constitutional Convention, with Jay noting in warning that the president would also be the Commander in Chief of the armed forces of the new nation, and should not have such conflicting allegiances.  Thus, NO DUAL CITIZENS for that particular office;

2) the fact that the Framers were not using English common law; which talks, in such matters, about  'subjects'.  They were no longer subjects of the British crown, or any crown; they were sovereign citizens in their own right, and went by American common law or Natural Law.  (This fact was confirmed in a letter by George Mason to that effect.  I don't have a reference for it handy.  It could come out in a case before the Supreme Court on this issue);

3) the fact that the XIVth Amendment talked/talks ONLY about 'citizens' , and its authors even specifically saying that it was NOT about  'natural born' citizens, thus separating/distinguishing the two categories; 

4) the fact that Chester A. Arthur had to hide the fact that he was not a 'natural born' citizen, had dual citizenship.  (The facts came out after he had died.)

I won't belabor the point.  The point is,that there is [a] wealth of evidence to demonstrate that your take on the matter - and the take of too many lower courts - is not the correct take on it.  So the sooner this matter - this terribly important constitutional matter - makes its way to the Supreme Court, the better.

I woke up today angry.  It was about a name.  The name was: Harrison J. Bounel.

Who is, or was, Harrison J. Bounel?

Answer: No one apparently knows.  For this name is, apparently, an alias.  An alias, used by one Barack Hussein Obama.

The name appears under the same Social Security number (and home address in Chicago) that the man who these days calls himself Barack Hussein Obama uses.

The Social Security number that appears to be a fraudulent one.  Because it can't pass the country's E-Verify system.

And in point of fact, there are a number of Social Security numbers that the man who calls himself Barack Hussein Obama has used.

We are, then, talking about identity fraud.

identity theft.

Which has led to an impostor sitting in the White House.

America:

You are letting someone be your president who has been living a lie.  Has been living his life under a stolen identity.

The real question here is not what is wrong with him.

The real question here is what is wrong with you??


Will the real Harrison J. Bounel please stand up?

Oh.  That's right.  He can't.  He's a phantom.

But his Social Security number can apparently stand up in courts of law in the United States, as the Social Security number of a man who now goes by the name of Barack Hussein Obama.  And who has had a number of names in his life.

And Social Security numbers.

And has a Selective Service registration card on file that has proven to have a fraudulent date stamp on it.  And so a felony has been committed right there.

And who has posted a birth certificate that has also proven to be fraudulent.

Got that, America??

A forgery.

Not worth the paper it is poorly printed on...

This is a tawdry affair.  It must not be allowed to go on.

The man is a liar.  A cheat.  A thief.  And to crown it all: a usurper of the honorable, and thereby dishonored, office of the presidency of the United States.  It is unseemly.  It is an insult, to the office, and to the people of America who wish to live under the rule of law.  Not under the rule of a tyrant, and tyrants.  Who are beginning to make their move, of takeover of the country, in many ways.

Gun control.  Voting theft.  The latter including trying to break the United States down, from its basic roots, as a constitutional republic - One Nation, Indivisible - via a policy of multilingualism.

My wakeup call today was exacerbated by a mailing, for my breakfast reading, from the U.S. English Inc. group, outlining measures that are being implemented to force the country into a babel of languages, and cultures.  Into, then, giving up its sense of identity; leading to giving up its borders, and its 'traditional' rule of law - the Constitution - for another set of rules.  More amenable to socialist takeover -

This must not stand.

This is My country.  And that of American patriots, proud of their heritage, as a free and independent nation, with free and independent citizens.  Free from oppressive governmental control.  Individuals, sovereign in their own right.  Not mere chattels of the all-powerful state...


A lawyer fighting all this -  this usurpation of the nation going on, particularly via the Usurper in the Oval Office - finally has her day in court, in mid-February, in a hearing of her case before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Her case, against the legality of Resident Obama to hold that office, and against fraud in the voting rolls in the State of California.  We'll see what kind of decision they make.  On this issue.

And their soul's progression.

Before any further steps in this regard.

This regard, of setting things right in this country.

And therefore, for the world at large.

Waiting, for a better outcome, than civil war, from the deconstructing of the American constitutional republic.

For which some of us citizens still stand.

And will.  Until a better, more perfect union on Earth unfolds.

Not a worse one, than the one we have at present.  Via a United Nations with power from the top down - to say: from the ego level.  Not the transcendent level.

Which awaits us.

If we are up to it.

And we certainly will not be, if we enthrone such qualities as lying.  And cheating.  And theft.

They are of the Old World.

Not the New.


Get with the right agenda, People.

Or face the consequences.

Of following a Deceiver.

Whose Light is of a deceptive kind.

The deceptive kind.

Certainly not of the Most High.

Wishing us well.  As we practice - put to the ultimate test - our free will.

And trusting.  That we will make the right decisions, at this crucial time.

To go Up.

Or fai the test.

And have to start all over again.

Which would be a terrible pity.


Make the right decision, in and for your Self.

Ol' Heartless Stan, On The Warpath Again...

Why?  Because the Resident Obama administration is making major moves now to implement the radical leftist plan for a socialistic takeover of the country, by, first, eliminating the Constitution, and its Bill of Rights.  Today there was also e-newsletter comment (at Natural News) on the government's attempts to outlaw raw milk sales, and private gardens, and implement mandatory vaccines, and block home schooling...and on and on it goes, including, of course, the gun grab.   I'm getting sorely disgusted.
     Yes yes; it needs to come to a head.  But still...

This is all simply the logical result of the nation allowing the concept of ‘entitlements’ to develop. As long as ‘welfare’ was understood to be a hand up, not a hand out, the mentality around it was not too bad; although it should never have been called ‘government money’. It should have been called, and thus considered, what it is: taxpayers’ money. But once people started considering welfare as an ‘entitlement,’ it should have been reformed immediately, and that mindset stopped in its tracks, and people thus conditioned not to depend on it, rather, have to turn to their immediate extended family or church for support; being made to understand that it is theft to take from some in order to give to others (whereas to give of one’s own free will to the needy is a virtue). Unfortunately, the Cloward-Piven strategy came into the picture, as the far Left determined to bankrupt the country through such means – in order to pave the way for their socialist, ‘redistribution-of-wealth’ takeover – and generations of welfarites grew up in that corrupt consciousness [climate]. Result: riots in food stamp offices, and the like.

It’s always easy to play the Monday morning quarterback game; but I really need to say that the main mistake in all this messy business was to pay females to have babies. To give a hand to a family that falls on difficult times momentarily is one thing (although they should always be checked out for family help first). But no female has any business having a child that she can’t [afford to] take care of properly – and especially not when many taxpayers can’t even afford to have their own children, and are being responsible citizens in not doing so.

A little tough love can go a long way. But first things first: We must eliminate this concept, this mentality, of ‘entitlements’. (Note: Social Security is a true ‘entitlement’, because it was paid for by the recipient during his/her working years. But welfare, and phony disability claims, and food stamps, are not properly ‘entitlements’. They are temporary assistance [at best].) And tell the liberals and brainwashed who object, quietly but firmly, that the gravy train doesn’t stop here anymore; and ask them if they have considered moving to Cuba or Venezuela??

Warn them not to try Russia. They learned their lesson in this regard. The very, very hard way.

I know this is a touchy subject, and I will try not to Rub any one the wrong way. I’m sure food stamps are a Great help for people who are out of work, but it seems that the majority of people getting food stamps are NON White. Here is My Beef about all this.

NON White people get food stamps to feed their 18 head of Chillins for OVER a month, and White people just barely get enough to feed one maybe two people for a couple weeks. Yet if a White person is receiving Help from the state, the Father of the children are Forced to pay child support, or GO TO JAIL. I would love to see the tables turned, so the NON White receivers of state help, start PAYING THEIR FAIR SHARE, or GO TO JAIL.

On a trip to Arkansas one year, I found myself Out of work, and needed to ask for state help. The state was Happy to help me and give me food stamps, However, I had to PAY FOR THEM by working off the Value of what they gave me.

I believe that if someone receives help, that CAN WORK, and has no ailments that keep them from being able to work, that they should also be forced to WORK IT OFF by doing community service, instead of laying all the burden on the Tax Payers.

  It seems that way to you because it is only the nonwhite they show, and as a result everybody thinks more blacks get food stamps. This can’t be further from the truth. In reality, there are more whites getting food stamps and welfare than any other segment of society.

  But the essential facts remain the same: this country has gotten off on the wrong track regarding all this welfare business; and ‘business’ seems to be a correct word to describe it. Temporary assistance to really needy people is one thing. Welfare generations is quite another. I have remarked elsewhere on this thread: the country should never have gotten into the business of paying females to have babies who couldn’t afford to raise them properly. That has just created a welfare class, and mentality.

Isn't It Ironic

Philosophical question: How do you know that 20 children and 6 adults were shot many times each and killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School?

Actually: You don't.  All you know is what you have been told.  You have made an assumption that what you were told and what the truth of the matter is is the same thing.  And if there is anything that the American public should have learned by now, it is that there is many a slip between the cup and the lip.

For example: 9/11.  For example: The shooting killing in a house in Pakistan and burial at sea of Osama bin Laden.  I could go on, about how the American people have had the wool pulled over their eyes many times, by people with an agenda.

But back to Sandy Hook.

Did you not wonder why not even the children's parents were allowed to see their children, before sealed caskets appeared before the eyes of all of us? (The purported bodies spirited away from the purported scene of the crime in the middle of the night.) And did you not wonder why we the public, and the reporters of news to the public, were not allowed to see the crime scenes?  The purported crime scenes?  With the empty shell casings, of what kind of weapon, or kinds of weapons, were actually purportedly used?  When even the Medical Examiner - who reported to us on camera his expertise in such matters - told us that everybody was killed by the semi-automatic rifle subsequently heavily demonized, but not, apparently, found with the body of the purported lone assailant, who purportedly killed himself with one of the handguns that he was also purportedly carrying???

And note how often that I have just used the word 'purported'.  For we know nothing of that affair.  Except what we have been told. And even that story has changed over the course of the days since whatever happened at Sandy Hook, happened.

There's something wrong with this picture.

We have been told a number of things about it.

But we don't know any of it.

And it's time that we started finding out the real answers to these things.

Because the American people are being played for fools.

For there are people in high political places who have an agenda to take over the world, in a totalitarian New World Order of their making.

And how do we know that?

Because they have told us so.

And if your reply to this claim is that 'Well, you don't really know that'...

...why in the name of heaven wouldn't you apply the same reasoning to the above-named situations.

Especially given the seriousness of their natures.  As situations designed to enslave us.  As nothing more than chattel, to our erstwhile Keepers.


Wake up, America.

You are being had, by experts at what is a game to them.

A game to the death of Liberty on this planet.


And what about this business of both the far Left and the far Right wanting the same thing - absolute control over The People, the only difference being from their individual perspectives, of either communism or fascism?

Our Generation's Reichstag Fire In The Making

I have been trying to follow the trail down the rabbit hole in the Sandy Hook affair, for where it leads to.  It is quite a muddle.  What actually happened there??  We don't know; we're not being told.  Oh, we're being told things.  But they don't add up.  Except to obfuscation.  Apparently on purpose.  And that's most disturbing.  Especially for what that caper is being used for.  In a word: gun control.  In a further word: Overthrow.  Of the American republic.  And the establishment - the intended establishment - of a totalitarian New World Order.  Of either the Left or the Right: it amounts to the same thing, for the average person caught up in it, as a slave to it.  A number.  Not a sovereign.

Some simple steps at first.  Executive Order steps.  (Which, of course, increases the power of BHO to run things in the country; increases the appearance, the impression, of a powerful central figure, running things.  Shades of the likes of Hitler...)  But notice: The Democrats are trying - gently, gently; step by incremental step - to eliminate the filibuster rule in the Senate.  That will negate, in one fell swoop, the Republican senators' power to stop extreme legislation - or at least to force it to have a closer look brought to it; in conjunction with the House, with differences to be ironed out in the consultative process between the two chambers of the Congress.  Where anything can happen.

Especially if something is going down in the country, to force a hasty response.

I get into a bit of this subject in the response I made this evening to a blog on the exohuman.com site, titled 'EMP: The Next False Flag?'  ("The USAF is claiming insurgents have hacked into their predator drone controls...Are these threats real, or are we being prepped for pre-planned events?")  Immediately under the article on EMPs is a video of Mike Adams at infowars.com titled 'Mike Adams warns of another false flag on way'.  His take is that TPTB are planning on a big event to kick off their intended takeover of the government./country  My comment:

"I think Mike is right. regarding such planning.  TPTB seem to be going for broke.  Sandy Hook has so many disturbing anomalies about it - and they've gotten away with it.  Not allowing the bodies or the crime scene to be seen; no security camera shots; etc. etc. etc. I smell fish.

"The public proved its gullibility quotient when the perps got away with 9/11.  The FBI collected all the security camera shots at the Pentagon - except one; which actually shows just enough of a nose of an approaching missile that it has been sold to the American public as the emperor's new clothes...and speaking of clothes: at the Pennsylvania field so-called crash site of Flight 93, there was, to paraphrase an eyewitness: "Nothing.  No bodies, no clothes, no suitcases, no plane engines or fuselage or wings...nothing.  Just some guys walking around; and some smoke."  Some smoke, all right.  Blown into everyone's eyes.

"And they got away with it.  Including WTC7 collapsing at freefall speed directly into its own footprint...I'm saying that the American people are about to reap what they sowed, by not paying attention/by trusting their government.  Something that their Founding Fathers WARNED them about...It may be a race, between a major false flag op, or an incremental gun grab.  ObamaCare - a federal 'healthcare' system, encompassing every American individual - will have everybody's medical records centralized for the first time, so anybody with the slightest mental 'taint' - treatment for depression, say - will be banned from being able to register (such records now federalized/centralized) for a weapon; likewise anybody fitting a new profile for a potentially mentally disturbed individual, like a 'birther' or Ron Paul supporter or 'prepper' (now officially demonized by the Sandy Hook op), or returning Vet with a record of having voted Republican...I kid you not.  This is the sort of thing that the Left is trying to make go down these days.(1)

"These people are not playing.  They are going for keeps.  They know that a financial meltdown will not look good on Obama's watch - even though it affords them the emergency excuse they want for him to declare martial law and accomplish the takeover - so they need to make their move asap; in any event, before his term in office is up.  The financial meltdown could be the trigger.  But a more powerful one - one allowing for a quicker takeover - would indeed - as Mike Adams says - be a false flag op, to be blamed on the right-wing gun nuts.  So yes: Look for our generation's Reichstag attack.  And in spades this time.  A nuke in a major city?  An EMP pulse in the center of the North American landmass??  A bomb of whatever size in a major sporting event; like the Super Bowl???  Such madness should not be put beyond these people.  They don't think the way normal people do.  They think in a possessed way.

"Thanks for helping us keep an eye on all this, Exohuman.  And keep your eye particularly peeled in the next little while.  While many of us hold the vision for an increase in consciousness to fill the human energy field, to head off such an outcome.  And usher in a New Age.

"The New Age.  Which is the other side of the coin that Humanity is now in the act of flipping."


So.  We have at the least a couple of potential timelines: One heading linearly into relatively imminent disaster. And one heading Up, into a new level of Being, potentially for Humanity as a whole.

Each person's choice.  As always.


A touch more on the Sandy Hook affair, and then I'll let that one go.  For now.

A site that has done some good legwork on the 9/11 caper (manned in the main by a keen-eyed and -minded 'forensic economist', with the able assistance of a pilot whose friend was killed in the Pentagon explosion, and who will see to his avenging; who have 'followed the money' to a gaggle of perps mostly, but not exclusively, on the Left in politics) continues to keep an eye on a particularly dark-minded gang who know the ins and outs of making money and scoring personal socio-political points on assassinations and snuff films (both of which the 9/11 attack accomplished. For the latter aspect of that atrocity, see the 'Naudet Brothers' set-up shot of the first tower's explosion).  Their site is titled Abel Danger, and their take on the Sandy Hook affair looks into the curious business of the Medical Examiner not letting the parents see their children' bodies; also that the public, via the compliant mainstream media, wasn't allowed to see the crime scene; etc. etc.  Their take on the affair: Prisoners in a nearby prison did the assassination deed on contract (which is paid for by a federal program, set up by one of the main perps involved in the 9/11 caper as well, the sister of one of the guys behind Abel Danger);2 and others - the ones behind such capers - not only get their political ends met by such activities, but make money on the deal, via spread betting arrangements, that the Abel Danger site goes into in detail.  (It's all similar to the 'dead peasant life insurance' caper that was involved in the 9/11 atrocity.)

I append this last bit of sordid business, to let my readership know that there is a considerable amount of dastardly stuff going on these days, far beyond a normal person's comprehension.

To which, I will just say, and in closing this blog; that

1) there is Justice in the universe; and that

2) God will not be mocked.

Civil War Or Golden Age?

I never knew just how clever left-wing lawyers and 'scholars' - and their influence on the judicial branch of government in the U.S. - had gotten until I read today of a sophistic rationale that they have been using in various matters, including keeping states from enacting more stringent voter ID laws.  And it is just this sort of arrant nonsense that is causing the American ship of state to cruise terribly close to the shoals of civil war.  

Some background.

In the mid-'50s the Supreme Court confirmed the constitutionality of an appeal to it to ban States from engaging in de jure school segregation - that is, segregation by state law.  (Brown v. Board of Education.)  The constitutional rationale used was that such laws ran afoul of the 14th Amendment's 'equal protection' clause ('No State shall...deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws") - that is, according to this amendment from post-Civil War days, in trying to help amalgamate the former slaves into American civil society, the State laws must be, in effect, color blind; all citizens must be equal before the law; you can't be singled out for special treatment by the law.

A couple of comments to this.  First of all, I happen to agree with the decision of the SCOTUS in this matter.  The Southern states had gotten around this requirement of the 14th Amendment by arguing that they were providing 'equal' educational facilities and such for black children - the same amount of tax monies as for white children's schools - just 'separate'.  The judicial discussion got into the realm of philosophy, and splitting argumentative hairs - the argument, e.g., that being 'separate' was inherently 'unequal', but how did you prove that?? - but the State's argument, for 'separate but equal', came across to the SCOTUS of the day as a bit flimsy, and the majority ruled for major change in America.

Against de jure segregation in schools.  Nothing was ever said, or posited, in the decision regarding de facto segregation, i.e., segregation caused merely by living circumstances.  No forced busing, or equal numbers of black kids assigned with white kids in schools, or anything of the sort, was ever part of the requirement of living strictly to the law, except as required to help overcome de jure segregation circumstances.  All of this sort of social thing that started taking place after that decision - e.g., busing merely for its own sake, to help overcome de facto segregation circumstances - was strictly ad hoc, never had legal requirement behind it.  Although liberals subsequently certainly tried to make it look that way; tried to make the law bend over backwards to accommodate fundamental social change in America, in trying to make the 'equal protection clause' mean something more than it did.  Make it mean that the law needed NOT to be color blind; needed to get involved in de facto situations as well, in order to make up for past moral disgressions.1

And the Left finally got a lot of this sort of thinking accomplished with the Civil Rights laws passed in the mid-'60s.  And though Hubert Humphrey, a main architect of the initiative in the Senate, swore up, down and sideways that the laws had nothing to do with special favors for blacks - that all Americans were to be treated equal in the sight of the law - that was the beginning of a painful period of such as 'reverse discrimination' initiatives by universities, and the sort of thinking that is prevalent in the body politic today: that the law is simply whatever one can make it be, with a silver tongue and a quick wit.

We are not amused, he said, for The People.  For the mainstream of the body politic.  Which has been sorely put upon by these sorts of shyster shenanigans, on the part of a generation of 'legals' who are applying the 'principle' that the end justifies the means.  Or in the words of Saul Alinsky (from his 'Rules for Radicals'): By Any Means Necessary.

A corrupt philosophy if there ever was one.  It implies that the only form of ethics that there is is what is called 'situational ethics'.  That there is nothing higher than 'the situation'.  That there is no Truth.  There is only the truth of the moment.  In a phrase: Whatever works.

I've gone into all this, to lay the foundation for the sort of thinking that is being used by the Left in fighting off State laws that try to clean up the voter fraud 'business'.2  I had heard a little about this during the lead-up to the elections; how States which wanted to establish more stringent voter ID requirements were being sued by various groups on behalf of 'the poor'.  What??  Yes, indeed; on the grounds that they couldn't afford to get such IDs, and so were being discriminated against as a class of persons.  'But there's no such law, regarding discriminating against 'the poor' as a class of persons.'  'Yes there is.'  'What??'  'Because 'the poor' are primarily made up of blacks, and Hispanics, and the aged; and you can't discriminate against them, on those bases.'

I'll cut to the chase here.  This thinking is based on something (I have just found out about) called the 'disparate impact theory'; which argues that "certain practices are discriminatory if they adversely impact a minority group regardless of intent" (my emphasis).3  You heard that right (if you haven't heard of that rationale before).  "So if a bank" - the article I am quoting from goes on - "has a neutral policy on credit that disproportionately affects minority customers, the liberal world view is the policy is discriminatory per se, even if there is no intended racial bias."

And just so has the Civil Rights Act of 1964 been turned on its head, and made to apply in ways never intended by its architects.

Supposedly.

I'm not going to belabor this.  Just to  point out where it is all heading - since it is all heading in a preconceived direction, by the leftwing architects behind it all; all this 'judicial activism' going on in our day.  To wit:  It is beginning to be 'discriminatory' against those with less money than others.

This is going towards 'equality of outcomes'.  Aka redistribution of wealth.  Going towards everybody having the same level of income; as in communist countries.4  And then nobody will be able to be discriminated against, you see.

And King Obama - our Dear Leader; who is already a law unto himself  - will see to it that you don't.

And 'equality' will reign.  Trumping 'liberty', as a principle, a quality, of life.

Which was foreshadowed in the liberals' arguments in the Brown v. Board of Education case.  Which I accepted in principle.  Except how it would be used, as a foot in the door, for more.  In the spirit of a comment made in a book by Swedish socialist scholar Gunnar Myrdal - which book was presented to the Court as part of the plaintiff's case.  And which said, in part: "In the battle between liberty and equality, equality is slowly winning."

And so this wasn't just about fairness.

It was about ideology.

Whereby the socialists felt, and feel, that they are "slowly winning".

And under Obama, have their great historical opportunity.

To put America under the yoke of statism.  Of collectivism.  Of a government that knows better for its people what is best for them.

Rather than letting them be free to make their moral choices for themselves.

As their natures - as 'spiritual beings having a human experience' - intended.              


 So: what's the answer.

Interestingly, it's 'a bit of both', so to speak.

Consider, that there is a Plan involved.  In life itself; and in how histories unfold.  Without going into great detail here, let me just sketch this picture.

Hegel was right.  History unfolds according to fundamental laws of action - reaction.  An historical situation develops: a thesis.  It generates reactions: an antithesis.  Out of the dynamic interaction between them evolves a synthesis; which, because it is is not complete, just becomes the thesis of another stage of development.  And we are now at an ending stage to that historical process; a true, complete Synthesis, because the 'contradictions' have become full-blown, and are ready, and ripe, for supercession into total conclusion.

Briefly: the Right stands for the individual/individual rights and for 'tradition,' i.e., roughly, the status quo; including a religious bent of mind. (Not everybody in the camp; this is still on the level of the process, remember, with 'unfinished business' still to attend to.)  The Left stands for a reaction to the excesses of the Right's presenting dynamic; so it stands for the collective/group rights, and for 'letting the old' go; including religion, its not being part of the Age of Enlightenment's freeing effects on society; the rise of science, to say, and 'reason' over 'belief', or over just good old superstitious nonsense.

Result: Conflict.  But Conflict with a particular movement to it.  Since the larger truth about life - i.,e., three-dimensional life - is that it is not the be-all and end-all of existence.  Is part of a larger Whole.  And our Science has now brought us to the brink of understanding at least a part of that larger Whole; which requires the awareness of a larger consciousness at work.  A larger Mind, as it were.  Which is holding the whole thing together; or, rather, making it up.  And thus, there is not only a Plan involved in life.  But a Purpose to it.

All of which I don't need to go into here. Here, I'm just positing the case for a breakthrough, now, of Humanity - humanity as a whole - into a new level of being.  Which also involves a literally new level.  As we 'evolve' out of limiting, constraining 3D existence, and move up to a higher level of consciousness - called 5D (4D 'just' an astral/emotional level on the way) - where we can inherit the results of our accomplishment, in a realm of abundance, and peace, and joy, and gratitude.

The latter quality the key to the whole thing (along with its partner, Love).  For, the key ingredient that is missing in the liberals' take on life is the motive with which we humans will move into the Golden Age now upon us.  Secular humanists think that people will be 'nice' without any real reason to be so.  Oh, the scientific likes of Richard Dawkins posit a role for cooperation in (Darwinian) evolution, via the natural selection process.  But science - true science; i.e., science with an open mind - is discovering that there is, indeed, 'something more than Man'.  And it is time to put all the pieces together - the pieces of our discovery about ourselves, and about life in general.   The key piece being that life has Purpose, beyond just in and for itself only.  Which implies a Creator.  And we can come closer to our Creator Source by sharing goods and services with one another - and giving of our best in the process - out of a higher motive than the age-old one associated with interest-bearing money, that being the concept of  'profit', as a carrot for the human animal.  Out of the highest motive there could ever be, for created beings: out of gratitude to our Creator Source for life with meaning.

Out of, in a word: Love.  

And it's time now to put that quality to work.  As we come together, out of the disparate roles that we have been playing, and exchanging, in this drama of our making that we have been engaged in in the 3D realm of duality/polarity - and illusion - for long enough, now.5  And engage in the Great Work at hand:

the landing of the Golden Age, of long promise. As the potential outcome, of our long climb out of limited consciousness, into the light of a New Day.

That.

Or descend back into the matrix, of limited consciousness, and awareness, of what it has been all about. And treat each other as enemies.

As separate entities.

As competitors.

Rather than as parts of our Selves.

As sparks of our One Divine Source.

Willing us - encouraging us; enticing us - Home.

Enticing; as in the fruits of living one's life in alignment with our highest Selves.

Where Love commands the universe to be at our beck and call.  As we move beyond the limitations of 3D life.  And enter the realms of Unity.

Granted, just on the lower realms.  To start with.

As we acclimate ourselves to the new heights of Being opening up to us.  As graduates of the lower grades of the life process.

Once we prove ourselves ready to so ascend.

And don't blow the opportunity, by believing that we are our bodies, and minds, and emotions.

When we - We - are, rather, magnificent, multidimensional Beings of Light.

In the process of unfolding our full potential as such.

Please. Wake up to who you really are.

And save the world from a disaster in the making.

In the making of our lower selves.

Bottom feeders.  Living in the dark.  And thinking that it's heaven.

Get your orientation right.

And then join the exodus Up.

Out of the third-dimension matrix we have been embedded in long enough.

And into the New.

1 Whereas when you leave these sorts of social matters up to The People, they sort them out for themselves.  They didn't need a federal law to desegregate major league baseball.  And so forth.
     All that is needed is for good men and women to rise to the occasion of their time and place, and do the right thing.  Passing laws to regulate such things is to take away the rights, and responsibilities, of The People to show what they can do on their own.  It's called free will, and the proper exercise thereof.


2 I came back to live in the States last year, after many years away, and was appalled to find out about the massive extent of voter fraud going on, and had been going on here.  The voter rolls filled with names that were not properly identified as being citizens, only residents - if that; people capable of voting more than once; voting machines that have been proven to be tainted and unaccountable; etc. etc. etc.  I refused to vote in the November 2012 elections, given these shoddy circumstances -  to be a part of such a farce.  It needs to be scrapped totally, or cleaned up totally.  No more third world tinpot dictatorship fun and games.  Or Stalin's take on the matter; who didn't care who voted, just in who counts the votes.

4 I saw for myself the outcome of this sort of philosophy, in the mid-'80s, when I went on an organized trip to the USSR - in the middle of Gorbachev's reforms just starting to be implemented - and saw for myself how the communist system was working.  Or to say, wasn't.
     Queues for the simplest things.  Surly clerks.  Shoddy workmanship.  Nobody with incentives to do things, because everybody was paid the same, regardless of how much you put into your own individual effort.  The list goes on, of life in a worker's paradise.

     And additionally, while in this momentary diversion into the various roles that we have (undoubtedly) played in life: they could well now be picking up the essence of the New Age in their belief in a 'redistribution of wealth' because we are heading towards a moneyless society.  (With the moneychangers no longer running the show.  And good riddance, for the havoc they have created; recently, and over the years.)  And so, they are not wrong, per se, in their attitude towards such a thing.   They just don't have the whole picture, of how it is going to come about.
     And are running the risk of inciting a civil war, by not understanding how the way you do things is 'equally' as important as what you do.  And trying to make The New Age happen by statist fiat - by the philosophy of the end justifying the means, and employing totalitarian control over people - shows how limited, and unacceptable, their thinking is.
     That's the sort of thinking that created the monster of the USSR, and its tyrannical leaders.  And Mao.  And Hitler.  And Pol Pot.  And......
     A little bit of thinking can be a dangerous thing.
