People largely deprecate
an honest
and virtuous
man
because
His very presence
is a reproach
To them, puts them
To shame.
They think him
above
His station;
with his nose
high
In the air. Better
to have to
deal with
one of
their own
kind:
easily
bought.
Such men
are sought
out
To deal with.
And thus, all
Can continue
To wallow
Amongst the pigs
In the sty
In God’s eye.

Congratulations are in order
to
The People
of this day
when they meet
An honest man, here
To save you
From yourselves.
You were
just about
to go over
a cliff, into
an abyss.
Instead, success
is yours
at last
when
You will have recognized
the nature -
the
true
nature -
of yourselves
In that person;
And further, that
As we go one
We go all.
For, We Are All
One
in the eye
of our Creator
