Blocked From RedState - ???

I went back later today to post a further Comment on the previous RedState thread, because I was aware that I didn't spell out, in my earlier posting, precisely why Ted Cruz was ineligible for the presidential office.  This was what ensued:

Why do people keep writing about Cruz's presidential chances as though he is eligible for the office? He is not. As conservatives we have to decide whether we are the political philosophy with principles or not, whether we are going to defend the constitution or not. I love Cruz, I thank God for Cruz, but the man is not eligible to be president of the United States. He is even less eligible than Obama who was also ineligible.

And another Cruz birther bites the dust.
Folks, I'll say it again: Cruz birtherism is a bannable offense. Do. Not. Do. It.

  • Shame we have such dumbasses on our side. And just to think, there is a huge compost/fertilizer shortage they could help shrink.

  • The birthers, the xenophobe nativists, the racists. I almost hate them as much as the liberals. Almost.

2) (I then attempted to post the following message:)

There seems to be some unclarity on this thread regarding the eligibility or not of Senator Ted Cruz to run for the office of the presidency. I will assume - except in certain cases - an element of goodwill in the matter, i.e., an honest difference of opinion. Let me clarify the matter, in two parts.

1) Regardless of where he was born (a separate issue), Ted Cruz is not a 'natural born' citizen - as opposed to being just a 'citizen' - because of one salient fact: his father was still a Cuban citizen when Ted was born; he only got naturalized later. Thus, Ted was born a dual citizen (the American citizenship through his mother), not a 'natural born' citizen. A natural born citizen is one who has no DUAL/CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES; is totally clear of foreign influences on him/her.

(The whole POINT of the exercise on the part of the constitutional Framers, for putting that eligibility requirement in the Constitution for that particular office, was to make sure that the candidate, if elected, would NOT HAVE such foreign allegiances or loyalties. And the proof of this definition of an NBC, as intended by the Framers, is that the Framers SPECIFICALLY REJECTED a proposal by Alexander Hamilton, during the proceedings, that the candidate for that office merely needed to be a 'citizen'. They meant for the candidates not to have any foreign ties on them. Period.)

Thus, Ted Cruz - and Marco Rubio as well, for that matter - is not eligible for that particular office. (Or the VP office either, as subsequently established by constitutional amendment.) He can make, and is making, a good senator. And long may he serve the nation in that capacity.

This is not 'racist'. This is running the country by the rule of law. If someone wants to amend the Constitution in this regard, they are welcome to try. Until that event, dual citizens like Ted Cruz are not eligible for the office.

And the same with Obama. Who needs to be removed from the office forthwith, for being the Usurper that he is.

Which brings up part

2) Both the Republican and the Democrat Parties as legal entities are guilty of conspiring with one another to commit a constitutional crime. That is a felony (RICO statues). Their authorities need to be tried in a (morally straight) court of law for their arrogant hijacking of the American rule of law, and the parties, as legal entities, dissolved. And America returned to its proper state of being. Which is NOT under the rule of men.

Hopefully, having learned our lesson - about fudging the rule of law - from the disastrous example of Barry Soetoro, also known, later in his (checkered) life, as Barack Hussein Obama. A Red flag if there ever was one.

In going to the 'Posting Rules' site of redstate.com, I find the following subject - among a number of others -  as not allowed on that site:

"• Theories that Barack Obama is not eligible to the Presidency of the United States, or political movements based on that idea. Birthers must post their theories elsewhere.'

Well, redstate.com can certainly decide their own rules about 'acceptable' posting.  But:

Wow…

I call this rather short-sighted.  And counter-productive.

The truth will out.

Eventually.

For that is the nature of the universe.

P.S. I then noticed that the Moderator had left me a message, to my comment to celador2:

You obviously cannot read.
Birthers - Obama or Cruz - are not welcome here. PERIOD.

Sorry. Didn't realize this site was allowing one side of an issue, but not the other.

Doesn't seem fair. But them's your rules.  'Bye.
