Since Obama is not a natural born citizen, Impeachment is not the way to go to unseat the Usurper. That is only for legally sitting presidents. He must simply be removed - by Oathkeepers, active and retired (including Constitutional Sheriffs), and with a multitude of Patriots having their backs - or resign voluntarily, and be held for trial. And that way, all the legislation that he signed into law, and all the Executive Orders and Presidential Directives that he issued, and all the appointments that he made, go with him, into the trash bin. And that includes all the members of his administration; and also the sitting Congress, dissolved by The People for having failed to do its duty, and uphold the Constitution in this regard, of usurpation of & by the Executive.
And we start anew, as if this nightmare never took place. Having learned our lesson, as a self-governing citizenry - sovereigns in our own right. Not beholden to king, cleric, despot, or oligarchy. And therefore, having major responsibility, to go with our [constitutional] rights.

... The 25th Amendment provides for the REMOVAL of a POTUS by the Operation of Law.
1st;
" ...SECTION 1.
In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President...."
Here there are THREE circumstances provided for; "REMOVAL, death or resignation, that's three separate circumstances.
2nd;
" ...SECTION 4.
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President..."
Ineligibility in the 1st instant is a condition that would make a person " unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office " and any Declaratory Judgement on the correct definition of a U.S. natural born Citizen would serve as a Transmittal to " the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President .."

But what do you do when the Vice President is complicit in the crime that put an ineligible candidate in the Pres'l office? And when the Congress failed to act on it, thus causing them to be an accessory at the least after the fact??
You go back to the original spirit of the Framers, as espoused in the Constitution: Let The People decide "what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected" (Art. II, Sect. 1, para 6) . That is, someone to temporarily hold the space, until new elections can be held - including for the culpable sitting Congress.
Personally, if you were to ask me, I would say that this setting-to-rights of this terrible crime committed against the United States of America and its constitutional-republic citizenry signals the End of History - a turning to strict morality in all our dealings; in which case, the Play is ended, and we move up onto a higher level of consciousness, the better, more aware, for the experience in 3D life. But then, that's another subject in itself. But them's my thoughts on the subject.
As for the criminal sitting Congress, needing now to be dissolved (also since they have failed in their constitutional responsibility to hold oversight of the Executive): Everyone makes their own bed, and then lies in it. And some lie more than others. :-)
Whether he is or is not an NBC, he has been seated and more importantly ACCEPTED by majority of the American people as being legitimate. The only way to remove him is to impeach. Until his public support is completely undermined, any attempt to remove him by virtue of his intelligibility [sic!] will surely fail.

The immediately preceding being a point which I have now used in another reply to a response to my original comment at the above site:
I fail to see why a House that will never recognize that Obama is not the legal president would be constrained in impeaching him. Is someone in Congress going to say, "Wait, we can't impeach this guy because he is not legally the president". I don't think so, and neither will any court. The reason he isn't impeached is because Congress, both parties, are complicit in the biggest fraud in history. The Republican House doesn't need any more excuses not to impeach, they just implemented the "we are going to sue" excuse which can last all the way until January, 2017. Congress protects Obama to protect themselves and they have since he was sworn in back in 2009. Congress won't do their job because they aren't going to risk giving themselves prison sentences.
I agree with Commander Charles Kerchner, Impeach Obama and everything else will take care of itself. Please read this by CDR Kerchner:

Point taken, bob68, about impeachment proceedings a) at least getting the ball rolling, and b) helpful in order to get facts out into the public arena. But I feel that their Alinskyite crowd of obots will jump all over it before it gets any traction, and ridicule and demean it out of the ball park.
That's why I advocate a lightning strike, of Oathkeepers, with a multitude of Patriots having their back, and a direct trip to jail for the Usurper - and house arrest for Nancy Pelosi and any other Democrat Party officials directly involved in the cover-up of his non-eligibility, back in '08 and again in '12.
It's time to get serious about this appalling and atrocious matter.

As for that subject; and as to the theme I mentioned above, of 'the End of History: I can perhaps best use America as an example, of what I should perhaps have called 'the End of History as we have known it'.
America has been a crowning point of socio-econo-political history, Americans having learned - or at least, experienced - what can happen when you don't live by the rule of your law, and thus begin to play with fire. That's one part of the Completion process. Another has to do more specifically with free will, and the founding of the American nation on this blessed continent.
Some people say that the Native Americans were terribly done by by the Europeans, and the New World thing should never have happened, and so forth and so on. My response: "If God ordained it, it can't have been wrong."
Why do I say, 'God ordained it'?
Because America - a nation dedicated, not to subjects, but to the individual, and his/her free will exercising - was meant to be To ultimately as well learn from the wisdom of the Native Americans, about learning to live in harmony with Nature, as with a live Being, which has much to teach us; and entwining - in a process of Synthesis - the two threads into one. For a New Dispensation.
Which we are now to enter into.
You see, the socialists have the right idea, about cooperation, and all our needs being met, and all that. They just don't have the right means to that end. They're trying to do it without 'God,' as it were.
Big mistake.
But, it has all been part of the process. Of putting the pieces together.
The pieces, of the lessons of the 3D school that we have been living in; and thinking that it was all that there is.
And now, it's graduation time from the lower grades of that school. And time to harvest the fruits of our discoveries. And our accomplishments.
As part of the general Ascension process that we are involved in; ultimately taking us beyond the highest reaches of the School.
But first: it's Celebration time.
For making it this far. Without undue mishap.
We've failed on that score before, you know.
And if you don't:
You are about to. As it all comes back to us, now. In the Wrapping Up of our time ensconced - incarcerated? - in 3D.
In the 3D realm of our making. To experience Duality. And then - ultimately - to move on.
Into Unity.
In the Return of the Prodigal Son.

But on God's terms.
