The New Normal

The latest, February, issue of 'Verdict,'  the monthly hardcopy newsletter of the Judicial Watch team,1 is so damning of the Usurper's toxic occupancy of the office and of Congress's timid attempts, or outrightly nonexistent refusal, to take the nation back to its constitutional roots in the rule of law, that I had to set it aside a couple of times in my attempt to read it.  I couldn't even get past one of the articles starting on its front page.  Titled 'Holding Obama Accountable,' it is a Message From The President.  A legitimate president, that is; the president of JW, Tom Fitton.  A damn fine man.  I wish I could say the same for the man who is illegally occupying the Oval Office at this time.  For the sake of the nation, it would be better if it weren't so; to say, that he was in there.  But then, God moves in mysterious ways, sometimes…

Anyway.  He - the legitimate president in this blog - starts off his message nicely comprehensively and thusly:2

"To President [sic] Barack Obama, the constitutionally mandated separation of powers is nothing more than an anachronism, a vestigial impediment to his reckless, feckless headlong rush to 'fundamentally transforming the United States' into his own private fiefdom, all by executive decree.3  As a result, simply put, there is a rule-of-law crisis in the Nation's Capital.

"Nothing has made this more abundantly clear" [he goes on] "than Obama's petulant, post-election, announcement of his own unilateral amnesty program, based on no legal authority, for at least five million illegal aliens.  I have described it to Judicial Watch supporters as 'unrestrained, unaccountable, and unhinged.'  It is but the latest in a series of Obama maneuvers4 aimed at granting amnesty at the expense of the public interest, national sovereignty -- and the law of the land.  I told Fox News, 'if experience is any guide, (Obama's latest plans) will lead to one of the greatest mass migrations in history' into our country.

"The fact is, President [sic] Obama has displayed an astounding disdain for the Constitution, the other branches of government, and the American people.5  He is undermining the U.S. Constitution and turning it into what the Founding Fathers feared most -- a mere parchment barrier being ripped to shreds by a power-hungry chief executive, what they referred to as a 'monarchist.'  In the words of Thomas Jefferson, 'To appoint a monarchist to conduct the affairs of a republic is like appointing an atheist to the priesthood.'"

And so on in that sort of vein; including quoting another Founding Father, this time the man called the Father of the Constitution, James Madison,6 and even "the left-leaning constitutional law Professor Jonathan Turley, [who,] in a March 2014 Los AngelesTimes commentary, recognized that the president's contempt for Congress would have shocked the Framers of the Constitution.  He wrote, 'Obama's not a dictator, but there is a danger in his aggregation of executive power. The United States is at a constitutional tipping point -- the rise of an uber-presidency unchecked by the other two branches.'"

Indeed.  And so I say again: WHERE IS THE CONGRESS IN ALL THIS???

If Obama were a legally sitting president, he should have been facing a whole host of impeachable offenses by now (instead of merely being unceremoniously removed from the office.  Or allowed to resign.  Either way, then held for trial).  Two of them are mentioned in this article:

1) "A chilling case in point [of Obama's "overreaching" actions] is this president's attack on America's immigration laws that he twice took an oath to faithfully execute.  In June 2012 (just in time to impact the 2012 presidential election, not so coincidentally), Obama ordered his then Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, to issue a memorandum formally establishing the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program without any statutory basis, and, in fact, in direct defiance of Congress's earlier and repeated refusal to enact the so-called DREAM Act into law."7 (my emphasis)  So: acting precisely contrary to Congress's explicit sentiment and decision?  An impeachable offense right there.8

2) As for the Immigration laws that are already on the books: "President [sic] Obama unilaterally empowered the political appointees and bureaucrats of his administration to decide, at his direction, which part of the immigration law they care to enforce."  As I say, this goes beyond the allowance of some degree of leeway for 'prosecutorial discretion'.  This goes into actual and outright defiance of the law.  Another impeachable offense.

And one could go on.  And on.  And on, with this arrogant, insufferable liar.  And - to boot - Imposter.  Usurper.……and speaking of; and of his impeachable offenses: there is the issue of identity fraud/theft, surrounding not only his birth certificate, but his purloined Social Security number.

What a mess……...

So: what to do.

Get rid of the lot of them.

The American people want to see a man at the helm of the ship of state who is above the law?  I'll show them that:

* The Usurper in the office of the presidency of the United States - out.  (With the assistance of Oathkeepers, current and retired, and the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Assn.) To be held for trial, in a legitimate court of law, on a considerable number of charges.
And as for the matter specifically of a "legitimate" court of law:

* The Admiralty Law that grew up in America -- that was secretly plotted to gain hold here - out.  (Continuing:)

* The Congress that failed to do its constitutional duty to rein in a rogue executive - out.

* All the termites in the executive-branch agencies - out.  (Some of said agencies out anyway.)

* All welfare-type payments (of taxpayers' money) to illegal aliens and welfare cheats - stopped.

And I'll take over now, the government of MY country.

And as for the rest of the picture, of this Time and Place - and to make it a total clean sweep; to allow us, now, to go Up a notch, in consciousness, to say as well, in density, and out of this dense realm of the 3D classroom that we have been in:

* the financial system, of interest-bearing money and fractional-reserve banking - out.  To be replaced, first by a monetary system with currency backed by precious metals, and then, when we have consolidated that state of consciousness, to move to a moneyless system altogether.

But then, by that time we will be close to no longer needing to share and exchange goods and services with one another.  But simply to manifest our needs.  Out of thin 'air,' so to speak.

Out of the very stuff of the Creation.

Out of, in a word:

DNA.  But actually, out of an even better, more accurate 'word'.  Out of, in that word:

Love.

With The Play - that has aided us in developing/raising our consciousnesses - now over.  And time now for

the Real Thing.

Those of us, that is to say, who are ready for Ascension.

Those who aren't?

Their choice.

They can always - always - join us.  (It's that sort of Creation.)

It's up to them.

Help them lose their attachment to their roles.

The rest is - as I say - up to them.

The rest of us now have a further work to do.

And hallelujah for it.

For it is - as I say - that sort of Creation.

Praise be the All That Is.

As we awaken out of the illusion, the illusory state of being, of separation, to our true reality, as a spark of divinity; as a multidimensional spark of divinity; as an aspect of The One.  And be further on our Way.

On the Royal High Way.

2 I think I'll have these quotes right.  I started making heavy underlines and circlings and scribbling comments all over the paper, occasioned by the (truth-telling) contents of the article.

3 I would have called it 'imperial diktat,' and did so in a scrawl alongside it.

4 my scribbled comment at this point: 'So Congress: Do your damn job.'

5 'So CALL him on it,  Congress.'

6 In Federalist No. 58: "An elected despotism was not the government we fought for, but one in which the powers of government should be so divided and balanced among the several bodies of the magistracy as that no one could transcend their legal limits without being effectively checked and restrained by the others."
To which extremely clear point Fitton goes on to say: "In the past, all presidents have sooner or later come to grips with this fundamental principle of American democracy.  But, that was then, and this is now.  And now, we have a president who seeks to rule by executive fiat and considers the Constitution an antiquated piece of repellent parchment."
Scrawled on by those colonialist types.  You know, the funny-looking dudes in their wigs and such, who had slaves.  Well, look at who are the slaves now!  - Oops.  I mean………heh heh…………

7 For those of you who have grown up under a liberal education and don't know better, it is not the executive's job, in our tripartite system of government - i.e., executive, legislative and judicial branches - to make laws.  His job, in part, is to "take Care the the Laws be faithfully executed".
What has grown up around that description is a practice called 'prosecutorial discretion;' that is, that the executive and his agencies can, in a 'housekeeping' sort of way, set priorities, i.e., pick and choose to what extent and when to apply the law.  Not MAKE law.  Simply to "execute" the law according to budgetary restraints, etc.
The law is made by Congress, in the form of legislation - drafted in its final form after much debate in both houses of Congress - which the executive then either signs into law or doesn't.
Or applies another practice that has grown up, slyly, called 'issuing a signing statement', whereby the executive attaches a statement to the legislation, indicating his intention to play with it a bit.  A practice that George Dubya gained much notoriety for.  And whose administration did many other things as well that set the stage for Obama's imperial presidency.
All of which is another, though related, subject.  Except just to note here his comment, regarding the Constitution, that "It's just a damn piece of paper".
George, George.  It is the law of the country.  You are bound by the rule of law.  Get over yourself.
Or perhaps see someone from the other side of the political aisle, succeeding you, take that ball, and run with it, to a touchdown, for The Tyrants.

8 As for the presidential election in 2012, please don't try to play the low-consciousness game with me of saying, shruggingly, 'Well, The People elected him.  So, get over it.'
I do not suffer fools gladly.
We are a nation governed by the rule of law.  Not the rule of men.
Until a game changer takes place legitimately, the Constitution is the law in this country.
And when I say "legitimately," i mean for the Light.  Not the Dark.
