Sent to a friend this evening, who had sent me during the day an article by Clarissa Pinkola Estes ('Women Who Run With The Wolves’ author) on trying to stay positive in these troubled times. I’m not sure that many Americans understand quite how troubled they are:

“I am reminded of something that JFK said once: that he was "reading more and enjoying it less". I don't know how well you are set up to 'ride out a storm,' but I would encourage you to make sure that you have emergency supplies to hand - drinking water, canned food, flashlight, candles, etc. etc. You probably know the drill, living in a seaboard state, and subject to potential hurricanes, etc And the Trump admin did declare September to be an Emergency Preparedness month. And for good reason. Not to go into those details here. Just a note of caution to a friend.

My soberness was occasioned by a couple of articles on one of the many e-newsletters I take, posted earlier today (Thursday, just) but that I didn’t get around to monitoring until this late (almost midnight, now). From what is called The Common Sense Show,' of a man living in AZ named Dave Hodges, they told of communications to him from some insiders in the DHS and FBI, warning of severe days ahead, involving the likes of embedded terrorist cells and impending invasions, from both the north and the south, and at least the West coast. Where I live. Precisely where I live, as one of the ports figuring in the longstanding plan for takeover of this country, by collectivist forces. To say: Communists on the front lines, with the fascists who are truly behind the push for a New World Order lurking in the background.
Not to go into all the details here. Just to say, that we seem really to be in some last days.
