As it should have been all along,  The Democrats, having succumbed to their far left wing, are acting like the despots that they have become, in their attempt to turn the U.S.A. into a replica of Red China, and the old communist Russia under Bolshevik rule.  They need to be booted out of positions of power for a very long time to come, to teach them a lesson.  The lesson that this is a free country, with its citizenry's free will being exercised.  Not being thrown into the despots' dump. 

And now, let's get to work, to build a better world, on spiritual principles.  Not the principles of despots.

“It’s completely improper for Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan to be commenting like this…

Kagan is nothing more than a liberal hack. Her only fear is that the Constitution might actually be interpreted correctly. That scares the heck out of the left! Now they will have one less avenue now, to impose their will on the American people.

I’m concerned about the legitimacy of the SCOTUS because Kagan, Ginsberg [sic], and Sotomayor are on the court! None are Constitutionalist jurists…”)

Well put, Alicia.  As for Justice Kagan: Her days on the highest court in the land are numbered.  Getting back to the Constitution: Barack Obama will someday, and hopefully very soon, be arrested and held for trial on a whole host of charges by now, foremost among which is the charge of having been ineligible for the office of POTUS in the first place.  (For not being a "natural born" citizen; which, by definition of the term when it was codified in the Constitution as an eligibility requirement for that particular office - and that particular federal office ONLY, attesting to its special nature in the eyes of the constitutional Framers - is a person "born in the country, of parents who are citizens" thereof.  And that eligibility requirement STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.)  And when justice is rendered in that regard, all of the legislation that he signed into law, and all of the E.O.'s and P.D.'s that he issued, and all of the appointments that he made - including to the SCOTUS, and inferior courts - go with him.  Into the trash bin.  For it to be as though he had never occupied that office.  For, he was never there legally.

And thus, and in similar ways, we wilt get back to the rule of law in this country - its Constitution.  Hopefully having learned some lessons along the way.  Hard as they may be.
