A Voice In The Wilderness

Getting There

Sharyl Attkisson is a former investigative journalist for CBS who ran afoul of her bosses for digging too far into the various scandals associated with Obama - Fast & Furious, Benghazi, the IRS, the NSA, ObamaCare - pick a card, any card, and turn it over, and out pops a lead to some skullduggery being practiced by Obama's ideological minions, acting like something out of a documentary about the former Soviet Union.  As he attempts to fasten a 'total information' scenario on the nation - that is, total surveillance; especially as things heat up, and it becomes more and more obvious to more and more citizens what is going on, in terms of wolves in their midst, and they start getting more and more restless, and liable to actually do something about the trap closing in on them more and more - more and more individuals like Sharyl can be expected to start blowing the whistle on their shenanigans.  So they need to start doing something more and more drastic about the situation (with their FEMA camps at the ready).  In the meantime, all power to whistleblowers, wherever you are.  Please secure yourself a place in the Ascension going on now as well, as you fulfill your birth contract, and come through for the Light.

An excellent message that you're sending, Sharyl. Please keep it going.

Since the Republican Party honchos are obviously in cahoots with their Dem Party counterparts (for their own nefarious purposes) on the illegality of the Obama occupancy of the Oval Office (for his not being a bona fide "natural born" citizen, for not having 2 U.S. citizen parents), barring a frontal assault by Oathkeepers, with patriots having their backs, the Usurper will have to be brought down by the death of a thousand cuts. One executive-branch department at a time, being attacked over and over again, for their mission-creep misdeeds, effectively legislating by decree, under the command of their dictator leader. Well done for setting the stage for that desirable outcome, Sharyl. And may others join you, who have 'standing' to sue the bastards.

Arpaio/Klayman ask D.C. Circuit to accelerate appeal of Obama executive order immigration case

Tell Judges That There is No Time to Waste

(Washington, D.C., January 6, 2015). Today, Larry Klayman, counsel for Sheriff Joe Arpaio, moved the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit (D.C. Circuit Case No. 14-5325) to accelerate the appeal of a lower court order, issued by Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee. On December 23, 2014, Judge Howell dismissed Arpaio's lawsuit (14-cv-1966) on the professed grounds that it is simply a political dispute and that Arpaio could not show standing. To the contrary, however, Klayman and Arpaio assert that the lower court seriously erred and that a preliminary injunction should quickly issue to prevent irreparable harm from President Obama's unconstitutional executive actions granting amnesty to roughly 5 million illegal aliens. Time is of the essence, since the brunt of Obama's amnesty will occur in February.

Klayman and Arpaio had this to say at the time of filing this motion:

"As the old adage goes, justice delayed is justice denied. The D.C. Circuit has a duty to move quickly to protect the citizens of Arizona and the nation from the harmful effects of allowing for the continued horde of illegal criminal aliens who will not now be deported to remain in the United States, as was required under existing law before Obama issued his executive actions. And, an early decision will also allow the Supreme Court discretion to review Obama's executive actions at the earliest practicable time."

According to Sheriff Arpaio: "This act by the President will have a serious detrimental impact on my carrying out the duties and responsibilities for which I am encharged as Sheriff. Specifically, if a preliminary injunction is not swiftly entered, Obama's illegal executive actions will severely strain and cause severe harm to our crime-fighting resources, both in manpower and financially, necessary to protect the citizens I was elected to serve."
