Rubio...this is the ineligible up-and-comer that the GOP is prepping for a run for the Office of the President in 2016? Notice that Rubio states, "I'm familiar with the Arpaio investigation in regards to it [the birth certificate]." Then, "If Sheriff Arpaio.... has evidence of fraud, he [Arpaio] can present that publically."
Well Senator Rubio, that information was presented to the press / public on March 1, 2012 and to the general public on March 31, 2012. The press didn't attend the press conference that over 1,200 people attended on March 31, 2012. Where were you Senator Rubio? Have you contacted Sheriff Arpaio? If not, why not? Arpaio's phone number is in the book.
Senator, you're beginning to look just like another one of the hand picked ineligibility team. Don't expect the GOP here in Arizona to back your potential bid for President in 2016. You took an oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution. It's time to deliver, Senator Rubio. Make the phone call!

I think we need to realize, Brian et al, that no one member of Congress is going to stick their neck out on this matter, esp. one with an identified 'future'. What needs to happen, IMHO, is for a delegation from the CSPOA, accompanied by some retired military officers (I am sure that there are some just waiting to jump at the chance), to go to each and every Representative and Senator's office with a copy of the CCP file on this forgery, have that Congressperson or office rep sign for its delivery, and be told that they have 72 hours to initiate some concerted action on the matter, or they might as well get out of Dodge City because the CSPOA and other Oathkeepers will be coming after them.
The time for stonewalling is over. It's time for action.

2) On 'Birthers':
I would really like to say to a lot of people on the Right these days, who have been trying to get some traction against the stonewalling of the MSM, the Democrat Party, and the minions of TPTB, who patrol the Internet for prospective 'victims' of their offensive; the offensive of the revolutionaries against any sign of the counterrevolutionaries poking their heads above the ramparts, for a potshot at them:
Why are you letting the opposition dictate the terms of the battle? If they want to try the 'ridicule' tactic - straight out of the Saul Alinsky playbook - let them; and turn their weapon back on them. They want to smear you with the code word 'birther'? Make of it a word of pride. Thousands, then millions of Americans saying: 'Are you saying that those Americans against the usurpation of the presidency and the trashing of the Constitution are 'birthers'? Then I am a birther; and I am proud of it.' Or, at the end: 'and I want to make something of it.'
Or, a little more 'softly softly' conciliatory; a subtle approach often the best approach:
"You're asking me if I am a 'birther'? I'm not sure precisely what you mean by the word. I consider myself, if anything, a constitutionalist. What do you consider yourself, if anything??'

This will be a major project, to lever this guy out of the office that he has usurped. Obama is, at best, ineligible for the office that he has finessed his way into - with a lot of help from both sides of the political aisle; of the minions of the ruling-class Elite who put him in there, to further their cause, whether he was aware of it or not - and is, at worst, an illegal alien; and therefore, no wonder that he is trying to legitimize that category of persons.
Though I take that back. The worst scenario is that he is, in point of fact, a natural born citizen, for being the child of either Frank Marshall Davis, his Communist (note the capital C: a card-carrying member of the Communist) Party) mentor, or Malcolm Little, aka Malcolm X; and therefore has a clear communist, and radical, background, which would mean that extremely powerful people indeed let him rise to the pinnacle of power that he has; greased the way So we are up against principalities and powers; not to be taken lightly. (But to be taken by the Light.)
Whatever the ultimate truth of his eligibility status: he has committed crimes along the way of his ascent to power. And so, he has to go. If the rule of law is to mean anything at all, ever again.
And maybe, indeed, this is its end as well. As we move out of the Human era. And into the Hue-man era; the full-spectrum level of our Higher Selves. Now to move into our Light bodies (crystalline-based, rather than carbon-based); and out of the 'laws' that have governed us until now. In the material universe, the matrix, the 3D (density, frequency, vibratory) level of reality that we have been incarcerated in for aeons of time.
Now to depart it; leaving it, and time itself, behind. As we assume more of our potential; as sons and daughters - aspects, fractals; multidimensional essences - of the One Supreme Being of which we are a part.
And should be giving more allegiance to. Speaking of such things as natural born citizens, as opposed to any other kind...
