On The Bandwagon?

       I

First, a fable:

Once upon a time there was a multi-tribed group of people who were prone to war on their neighbors, because their tribal god had told them to “be fruitful and multiply,” including taking over neighboring territories.  This caused them to have enemies, only in part because of their belief system. They were, simply, an arrogant lot.  And lo, it came to pass that one day a neighboring group that numbered a nation invaded them, and took many, if not most, of them into captivity.  Whereupon this obnoxious group, having by then learned a thing or two about life - although, obviously, not how to get along with their neighbors - managed to get themselves put in charge of preparing the royal household’s meals; further whereupon one evening said royal household was feted with some particularly delicious pastries, made of a white flour -‘fit only for a king,’ said one of the leaders of the slaves.  Further whereupon the royal household was blessed with an abundance of such items - light and fluffy pastries and such, sweetened with the tasty likes of dates, for all their meals; while the slaves ate the heavy, ugly brown flour, fit only for slaves.

‘And seventy years later, they were free.’

Depression is a symptom.  There are a number of causes.  One of them:

“Numerous laboratory tests and physical examinations of 929 people too emotionally ill to work revealed nothing abnormal except slightly low blood sugar; yet they were depressed, apathetic, exhausted, loathed the routine of daily life, and had lost their zest for living… when they were given an adequate, high-protein diet with mid-meals of milk and toast, and sweets, alcohol, and soft drinks were avoided, improvement was prompt, striking, and lasting, and psychotherapy was shortened for those undergoing analysis.”*

Another cause of depression is the work of what is called mind control.  The CIA has perfected forms of this assault on the human body.  The CIA, by and large, is working with the Power Elite to take over the world, and turn it into one big plantation, with an elite cadre in control.  And as George Carlin might say, ‘And you ain’t in it.  You and I are not in it.’

Time to rain on the parade of these, our erstwhile masters.

If you can rouse yourself out of your mind-control state sufficiently to

wake up!  and

get with it.

* from ‘Let’s Get Well’ by Adelle Davis.
Not so incidentally: Low blood sugar - aka hypoglycemia - is behind the epidemic of alcoholism that has ‘infected’ our modern day.  It is caused primarily by a condition known as adrenal exhaustion, whereby poor nutrition - primarily in the B vitamins - has caused the adrenals not to function properly; one of those functions is to control the level of insulin in the bloodstream; too much insulin causes too much sugar to be taken out of the bloodstream (hence the term ’low blood sugar’), which causes the brain to ‘call’ for ‘more sugar!,’ which is given it in the form of a craving for alcohol, among other sugary sources.  All for the want of a nail.   (In this case, primarily pantothenic acid.  One of the B vitamins.  Excellent source of the Bs: Whole wheat.  Not denatured.)
(A person with hypoglycemia is on a roller coaster, whereby a shot of sugar will cause their blood-sugar levels to shoot up dramatically and then drop precipitously, rather than a normal regular moderate up-and-down reading.  Treatment: Beef up the adrenals with such as protein and good nutrition in general, taken in five smaller meals a day, rather than three big ones.  In any event: See a good naturopath, or other practitioner of ‘holistic’/complementary’ medicine.  And do some reading for yourself, with your particular set of symptoms, online.)
